Per noi, ci piace un po' di isolamento ogni tanto quando si viaggia. Nonostante il trasferimento aeroportuale di 1 ora e il viaggio a Coron Proper, il Busuanga Bay Lodge è stato fantastico! Il personale è stato accogliente e cordiale dal momento in cui siamo arrivati qui fino al nostro ultimo giorno, che è oggi. Ci è stato dato un upgrade, dal King Waterfront a una suite 2 piani sotto l'area della hall, a causa del basso numero di ospiti che soggiornano qui in quel momento?. Il menu è di sole 2 pagine ma lo chef è davvero fantastico! Joaquin, Joel e il resto dello staff hanno offerto un servizio di prim'ordine. Ad alcune persone che potrebbero soggiornare qui potrebbe non piacere la strada che collega il resort alla strada principale, ma vabbè, aggiunge una piccola avventura al tuo soggiorno! La notte di San Valentino è stata romantica con 2 membri dello staff che hanno offerto intrattenimento musicale. Abbiamo appena perso la regata annuale che si svolge proprio di fronte all'hotel dal 18 febbraio al fine settimana. Consigliamo vivamente questo posto!

This is a very lavish resort with a lot of activities available to guests. My only feedback would be that the extra services are quite expensive for what they are. Beautiful location but no accessible beach. Very friendly staff and Pirate Dive Shop on location.

If you like to have a quiet & relax holiday, please stay here. Services are good, but foods are just normal.

Amazing place, quite unique. The best: the staff, super helpful and always with a smile in their faces. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are very nice, with a comfy bed and a very good bathroom. The views are breathtaking and the massages are one of the best massage i ever had! Its been great spending time in this magic place

Service is superb

Hands down, amazing! It was the most personalized one we've ever experienced. The staff members led by AJ (great leadership skills) took really good care of us and went above and beyond what we expected. In fact, they went outside the resort hotel to buy some of our essentials and needs. The atmosphere was everything. The view when you enter the facility is out of this world that pictures and videos do not do justice with. You have to come here to feel the warm Filipino hospitality and dive deep into what real tourism really means. We recommend getting the Pass Island tour package + diving which is so worth every dollar! Thank you Dexter, Jackie, Jenny, Rica, and Nicah for all the love you showed us during our stay. Highly recommended!

Busuanga Bay Lodge earns rave reviews for its pristine cleanliness and spacious, comfortable rooms that boast luxury amenities and large beds. We had a bay view bungalow room which we highly recommend ! Their food is absolutely delicious and happy hour specials are great! The beauty and cleanliness of the entire property is absolutely stellar. Such a beautiful hidden gem on the water. If you want a serene off the beat path amazing place this is it! 10 minutes from PASS island. The property including free water activities, an infinity pool, and a spa, are popular among travelers, as is the inviting atmosphere. They have live music and fantastic musicians. They have an engaging 3 member trio entertainment. In 24 hours they learned and sang a song that was so special just for us. The high level of service, noted for its warmth and attentiveness, consistently leaves a lasting impression on visitors. Special thank you to Ninoy( guide), Dexter, Erika, Jenny, Nanelyn, Joaquin( excursions) and fantastic GM - AJ. We will be back!!

While planning my vacation from Canada I found BBL and the reviews online were good. They facility offered alot of activities. We booked 5 nights 4 full days. Two adults, two teenage girls. From the moment we arrived the resort did not disappoint. The resort is very well managed staffed and maintained. The rooms were beautiful. The views from our room and the pavilion were incredible. We tried to utilize all the resort had to offer. I highly recommend the spa. We booked all of our activities through the resort. The resident guide was very knowledgeable and professional. ( if you want to feel like royalty, order lunch with your island hopping activity) I could write a book about how much we enjoyed our stay at BBL but you will just have to go see for your self ! I highly recommend this resort and this part of Palawan. Coron is an amazing area full of amazing sights to see. Our days there were filled with snorkeling, scuba, coral reefs, shipwrecks, hill top views, incredible sunrises and spectacular sun sets, beautiful white sand beaches and crystal clear waters. To all the staff and management at Busuanga Bay Lodge thank you from bottom of our hearts from Tyler, May, Satine and Gabby.

We couldn’t believe how beautiful this place is! The view of the bay from the infinity pool is gorgeous. The best part of our stay was the staff. Joaquin welcomed us & helped us so much during our stay. He went above & beyond. Also the kitchen staff always serve with a big smile. We highly recommend the spa services. The massages are wonderful.

This place is one of the best place that I've been. I've been to other places and this one is memorable to me. The staffs were one of the best and amazing people I've met! All were friendly, accommodating, and all smiles! The foods were all tasty, room's spacious, me and boyfriend get to go on a island hopping tour and enjoyed until the end. The tour guide was very friendly and knows what he's doing. Will definitely go there again by my next vacation! Can't wait to go back again!

No regrets staying at this hotel! We were greeted by friendly staff members who were always willing to go the extra mile whenever we had any requests. The infinity pool overlooking the bay was breathtakingly beautiful, making it the perfect view to have while eating. We went kayaking which was a great bonding experience. Also, the Bermuda style architecture of the hotel looks sleek and elegant. This place is a serene getaway from the bustling cities! Food was also great, a little pricey but worth it. My daughter enjoyed their Hawaiian pizza. Nevertheless, we enjoyed a lot and would come back given the chance!

The room was large and had the best view in the morning. I loved the privacy that I got during my stay. The food was great, staff were accommodating and helpful. I was able to joined a group tour and I enjoyed every moment of it. It was a whole day tour, all the destinations were worth it. If you wanted to experience a private and away from city vacation, this is the best choice.

It was my birthday and I wanted to treat my wife and I to a luxury getaway in Palawan Busuanga Bay Lodge markets itself as the place where “luxury meets adventure”. Their website is attractive… especially the photos. It looked every bit the part of a luxurious resort. It is the furthest thing from the truth. The place is old and run down. The website pics must have been taken 15 years ago. In the first place, potential visitors must know that this is not a beach resort. There is no beach. It is in the middle of a bay infested with jelly fish. It is not suitable for swimming. The resort is in the middle of nowhere with nothing to do. Go there and you will be trapped. I say trapped because once there, the resort will charge you about $50 per person for a round trip to town . And since you have no where else to go, they will charge you European prices for food that is of the lowest quality. As the title says, this is a resort of NOs. Why do I say that? This was our experience. • We asked for the internet password in our room. NO. there is no internet in the rooms • We ordered some items in their food menu. NO. they don’t have the ingredients to the items we liked. We were forced to order items we didn’t like to eat. • The island hopping tour was exorbitantly priced and charged on a per head basis, minimum of four people. I told them we are just two people, can we just pay for ourselves? NO. you have to pay for all four people • OK, assuming we pay for all four people (even if we were just two), effectively chartering the boat, can we pick and choose which islands to go to? NO. you must follow the fixed tour • With exorbitant prices, we asked if the tour come with lunch. NO. we must order the bad, expensive food from the resort and they will pack it • We asked to schedule a massage in the spa at a specific time in the afternoon. NO. we must conform to their spa schedule. Despite the fact that we had paid for three nights, we decided to leave after just 24 hours. It did not help that the shower took 5 minutes to spew hot water and the toilet did not flush properly. To be fair. The staff of NOs, said their NOs with a smile on their face. And while we did not demand a refund (neither did they offer to give it), at least they deducted our consumables in the last 24 hours. We left that awful place of NOs and went to Discovery Club Paradise instead and there, we got the luxury respite we were hoping for.

Overall, awesome! Joaquin, Dexter, Sheena, Erica and the other staff were extremely friendly and warm and helpful. My complaints are generally pretty minor and I debated making this a five star review. Some of the food was not my favorite and it was close to American prices, but the seafood was delicious and the drinks were excellent. The room service was, wonderful. There were more mosquitoes than I would prefer in the main dining area. There might not be much to be helped by for that since we were on a bay. The hotel itself was also somewhat expensive compared to other hotels in the Philippines, but there were many excellent things about it. The views were gorgeous and incredible. The staff was outstanding. It was easy access to excellent scuba diving, and the rooms were clean and large. They always refilled our water with clean water and the shower was great. The view from both the room and the restaurant was excellent. Overall, extremely good stay.
