da frequentatore assiduo di Mercure la mia opinione e' che qua non ci siamo - note positive: colazione ben fornita ed ottima posizione per raggiungere Disneyland, ragione per cui lo abbiamo scelto note dolenti per essere un hotel a 4 stelle: personale alla reception scostante, fanno fatica persino a salutare, non parlerei di accoglienza ma di ”respingenza” se mi passate il termine - hotel non troppo pulito, ma cosa sono quelle poltroncine in tessuto al ristorante cosi macchiate? se il docciaschiuma e' finito e lascio il barattolo vuoto in bella vista, perche' l indomani non viene riempito? e i vassoi con le cene terminate lasciati fuori dalla porta dove rimangono oltre un ora? torni in camera e fai lo slalom tra i vassoi, non un gran bel vedere - si certo, avrei potuto scegliere una seggiola non macchiata come una panchina della metro, avrei potuto uscire dalla doccia e andare a chiedere alla reception il docciaschima, non ho inciampato in un vassoio nel corridoio e pazienza se il personale e' scostante...ma allora non pariliamo di 4 stelle pero' per cortesia

Please stay away from this hotel especially if visiting with children for disneyland. We stayed on the 26th to the 31st May. We arrived at 1pm and couldn't check in until 6.30pm even then we had to argue to be checked in. Not a great start to the holiday travelling with a baby since 6am ! We were told staff were on strike. When we finally got into the tiny dirty room I had to take dirty sheets from previous guests to the hall and they were left there all evening. Our remote was broke called reception nobody came with a new one. The staff were outside striking from 7am until late afternoon. Banging pots and pans shouting screaming and playing loud music. The police were called for them on the 27th May. I rang love holidays was promised someone would call be back within the hour to move hotels and nobody did. There was no food no breakfast no dinner nothing. Our room wasn't cleaned the whole 5 days not even a clean towel was given to us had to go looking for a laundry cupboard ourselves. The rubbish from room wasn't even removed had to try and put it into public bins as the nappies were smelling. I asked for a manager was told they were on strike too and that the girl at the cou ter was an intern ! My children cried when the saw the police and when we had to walk through the mob each day as they would block the entrance/exit of the hotel ! There was nothing magical about this place an absolute shambles of a place. I will be taking legal action as our holiday that we had saved for the whole year for was destroyed !

Personale attento e simpatico. Unico punto positivo con il suo parcheggio chiuso. Dalla stanza aspettiamo la conversazione telefonica (anche se a voce normale) del vicino di casa. E anche le persone nel parcheggio. Non è affatto insonorizzato e ciao sciacquone di notte. Il rubinetto è danneggiato, macchia incrostata sul lavandino e coperchio strappato in diversi punti e macchiato. Mai più. Siamo stati svegliati da ogni rumore.

L'hotel è stato prenotato per Disneyland Paris, come era vicino al parco, ma abbastanza lontano non ha aggiunto al prezzo. L'hotel stesso è quello che si aspettava da una catena hotel b&b e era pulito e tempestivo al momento dell'arrivo. Potrebbe essere stato meglio.

L'appartamento di soffitto del proprietario Seghi, lui e sua moglie, due figli, vivevano al piano di sopra, condividono le camere da letto e il bagno. Le 10 si riposavano al piano di sopra, e il bagno era equivalente a un uso indipendente. Nota che il tempo di soggiorno è 19pm a 10pm. Il parcheggio è dietro l'appartamento per aspettare che altri veicoli parteno. Basicamente 35-40 Euro circa un giorno, e pagheranno alcune tasse urbane per entrare e pagare circa 4.2 Euro. Ci siamo principalmente cercati di fare il bagno in un posto dove parcheggiare una notte intorno a Parigi, e non siamo abituati a fare una prenotazione di persone. Il proprietario usa WhatsApp, non è buono in inglese
