Hotel in zona Van Cleef & Arpels (Busan - Shinsegae Centum City), Pusan

남자친구랑 1주년인데 일정이 늦게 끝나서 가성비 좋지만 깔끔한 곳을 찾다가 예약했는데 완전 기대 이상이었어요! 후기가 얼마 없어서 괜찮을까 했는데 평일이라 그런지 주차장도 넓고 자리도 많았구요, 화장실도 객실도 너무너무 깔끔했어요ㅎㅎ 특히 화장실 샴푸린스바디워시 향이 넘 좋았는데, 숲향이랑 꽃향이 같이 나더라구요:) 객실 톤도 전반적으로 브라운에 초록으로 포인트가 있어서인지 그 분위기랑 잘 어울린다 생각했어요ㅎㅎ 카누 캡슐커피도 구비되어 있구 와인잔이랑 컵, 냄비 같은 주방시설도 잘 갖춰져 있어서 감탄했어요!! 체크인 체크아웃도 원격이어서 편리했고, 해운대역이랑도 완전 가까운데다 메인거리쪽 접근성도 좋아서 밤에 나와서 맛있는 야식 찾아먹기도 좋았어요ㅎㅎ 베란다 뷰도 스탠다드 방 예약한거 생각하면 오션시티뷰 느낌이라 전 만족했고, 식탁도 책상도 싱크대도 낙낙하게 여유있게 배치되어 있어서 방이 좁다는 느낌이 없었어요. 진짜 너무너무 만족스러운 숙박이었습니다!!!!! 다만 카톡이나 문자메시지 잘 확인하셔야해요! 엘레베이터 비밀번호랑 객실번호가 그쪽으로 가더라구요. 엘레베이터 비밀번호는 엘레베이터 버튼들 위쪽에 터치!라고 되어있는거 누르고 치면 됐는데 저는 원래 기계치라 그런지 약간 헤맸네요ㅋㅋㅋ 그리고 샤워가운이나 칫솔 치약은 없으니까 다들 참고하시길!!

Non capita spesso che gli hotel siano insonorizzati, ma questo è davvero fantastico! Al massimo si sentono dei passi occasionali al piano di sopra! Il valore CP è estremamente alto. Si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dall'uscita 3 di Haeundae e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Haeundae! Eravamo sistemati al 13° piano, anche se era un po' bloccato dall'edificio di fronte, potevamo comunque alzarci e guardare il mare ogni giorno. Era molto comodo! La camera viene riordinata ogni giorno ed è molto pulita. Anche il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile e i bagagli possono essere depositati! Si può dire che è un hotel che tornerò sicuramente :)

Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. È super pulito e ordinato, persino l'accappatoio è ben stirato come se fosse nuovo, è vicino alla stazione di Semoyeon, a pochi minuti a piedi. È un buon hotel nel centro di Busan. Consiglio a tutti di soggiornare qui.

La mia famiglia e io siamo rimasti all'hotel dal 26 Dic al 28 Dic 2023 e, al check-out, il personale ha insistito che avevano problemi di rimborso del mio deposito di 200.000 KRW perché non ho usato la stessa carta. Questo è strano e confuso perché ho usato una carta di credito solo in Corea tutto il tempo. Ho usato la stessa carta per pagare la prenotazione dell'hotel al check-in. Abbiamo soggiornato in altri hotel di Lotte in Corea e rispetto a quei hotel, la nostra esperienza a Lotte Hotel Busan non è stata la migliore. Durante il check-in, ho avuto diverse domande per il personale che ci aiutava, ma lei ci ha detto coraggiosamente che lo spiegarà più tardi. Forse era una questione linguistica, ma mi ha certamente sbagliato. Durante il nostro tempo di uso della piscina, diversi guardiani mi hanno chiesto due volte separatamente se la mia famiglia fosse stata registrata per usare la piscina... abbiamo pagato per l'uso della piscina e abbiamo ricevuto nastri di nastro. Anche loro si sono svolti in giro con la mia famiglia, perché il tatuaggio del braccio di mio marito si mostrava sotto la camicia e i miei figli sono piuttosto alto (sono 3 e 6 fii). Comprenderemo che, rispetto ad altri bambini coreani, il nostro bambino può essere molto alto. Abbiamo cercato di mantenerlo in silenzio, ma lui è solo tre e semplicemente eccitato di essere lì e non è stato così bello sentirci come ci stavano guardando per il nostro bambino tutto il tempo.

Super spacious! With a queen bed and 2 single beds with still have ample space for sofa and table and lotsa spaces to open our 4 luggages. Surprised by the super huge bathtub! Too bad we were only there for 2 nights. Not much chance to use. A few min walk away from metro. And the metro is only one stop away from Busan KTX. Convenience store is at opposite street. Bus stop is outside too. Will definitely come back again!

My 80 yo father and I had a good stay at the Ramada. The proximity to Busan train station was a plus, as was the Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts on either side of the hotel entrance. The cost of the rooms is quite nominal which is evident in the cheap grade of cotton towels they provide. They do not have wash clothes or provide bathroom amenities, but they have a vending machine in lobby to purchase said items. They also have coin laundry, which we used with no problem. The room was clean with the exception of the blinds that close off the bathroom from the bedroom, it was dusty. The bathroom was tiny but satisfactory. The hotel has a great rooftop view with a pool. Chinatown is right across the street but we did not explore it due to the long hours of tours we were doing. Not a bad stay for the cost.

La camera dell'Hotel è super pulita e spaziosa: siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Busan, il che era molto comodo. Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Stanno promuovendo i viaggi ecologici, quindi non forniscono gratuitamente servizi monouso come spazzolino da denti e pantofole, ma c'è un distributore automatico nella hall se qualcuno ne ha bisogno.

Reception staff were super kind and helpful. Was able to help us with weighing our bags and arranging taxis. Excellent room cleaning each day 👌 with complimentary bottled water. Solid wifi too and sound proofed well, didn’t hear anyone else the whole 5 days I stayed. Location wise, a bus stop is right outside and short walk to subway, making Gamcheon village, Jalgachi market, Busan tower, Nampo, all super accessible. Airport only 30 minutes away via taxi for around 20,000 won. Cafe and convenience store on the first floor and amazing bbq chicken and beer on 2nd. Also some good cafes and restaurants walking distance near by. Would I stay here again? Yes if wanting to stay in the area. If I want to focus on Haeundae more I would perhaps choose somewhere closer to there. I think for first time visit, you can go wrong!

The facilities are very clean and beautiful, it's easy to feel at ease in this hotel. The sauna was unfortunately closed but the bathrooms were spacious and convenient. The capsule was relatively large, the locker would be quite small if you have large luggage pieces. In the sleeping area, including the capsules, there's CCTV filming, which felt a bit strange. The location is unfortunately not great, it was okay for staying the night and moving on quickly the next day.

Le strutture hanno superato le aspettative. Gli interni confortevoli e senza fronzoli hanno reso molto confortevole il pernottamento. All'inizio non avevo familiarità e mi preoccupavo perché funzionava senza personale, ma quando ho utilizzato il fronte mobile, la consultazione è stata effettuata immediatamente e i camerieri si sono presi cura della cosa rapidamente, quindi non ci sono stati disagi. Tuttavia, era una sera di fine settimana e la connessione wifi era molto lenta. Penso che fosse perché c'erano molti utenti simultanei, ma dato che ero qui in viaggio d'affari, era un po' scomodo lavorare. Ecco perché gli ho dato 4 stelle nella sezione strutture. Ho intenzione di tornarci quando andrò a Busan. Chiediamo un servizio migliore in futuro. :)
