"Modern hotel, nice decor, plenty of facilities (extra charge required), poor service. Swimming pool, sauna, gym all require additional charge or are only included with premium rooms and above. The facilities are great and gym is of a commercial level. Hotel staff were not very welcoming and rather depressed.
Even though the hotel is in the city center, it's not really near any of the main spots you'd want to check out. We ended up taking a 30-minute taxi ride every day just to see the sights, which was a bit of a hassle."

"We stayed a couple of nights but the room was never made up, bottled water not replenished. Asked the receptionist Mr Ho (not sure if he had given me his real name) as I want to highlight how rude he was with the guests. We ask one question and he said ‘wait’ ‘wait’ as he busily continued clacking on his computer. He could have given a more polite and professional response given that he is working in a service industry. Apart from that nasty experience, I couldn’t fault the room as it’s spacious. The location is just a stone throw away from Busan KTX, metro and across Chinatown. Not many restaurants that are near the hotel except for the Pojangmacha or Pocha that are right next to it if you are in for a quick tipple with quick and easy meals cooked right there. Starbucks and CU convenience store are nearby for a quick hunger fix."

"Devo dire che la posizione dell'hotel è conveniente. Più precisamente, è un hotel, proprio sotto la torre di Shan. A cinque minuti dal ponte di Shan Island. È la prima scelta di venire a Shan Mountain per giocare.
Per coloro che vogliono mettere più soldi altrove nel viaggio, scegliere qui.
Il capo e il capo sono anche persone fideli locali, che sono felici di fornire aiuto!
L'unica carenza, per le persone che vivono in un hotel, l'ambiente è una parte, e soprattutto l'igiene deve essere pulita.Il letto può essere cambiato per cambiare le merci. Vedendo la sporcizia ovvia, l'angolo del muro ha residui di capelli, le persone che puliscono l'igiene devono prestare ulteriore attenzione! Non viviamo nella stanza con un bagno, non so se c'è.Ma il bagno e il bagno sono ben progettati!"

"새벽 4시 20분 경 도착해서 30분 정도 데스크 앞에서 직원 부르면서 기다림. CCTV 관리책임자 연락처가 있어서 혹시나 하고 연락했다가 그 분이 야간 직원한테 연락함. 5시경 체크인.
뭐 적어달라고 해서 적어주고, 주차 얘기하다가 형식적인 대답만 하다가 방 키 주길래 받았는데 끝까지 사과 없었음. 24시 데스크 운영이라고 해서 잡았던 숙소였고, 3시부터 4시까지 직원 휴식 시간이라고 표시 해놨음. 어디 있었냐고 물었더니 빈 객실에 있었다며 대답하길래 빡쳐서 뭐라 하려다가 참았음 ㅎ
친절은 기본이어야 하는 게 서비스업인데,
친절은 둘째치고. 본인 때문에 40분을 밖에서 날렸는데
사과 한 마디 없이 뭐가 그렇게 당당한지 ㅋ
야간 여자 직원 업무 교육 좀 제대로 시켜야 할 듯."

"Room: It’s clean, minimal and ok. Despite staying for 5 days, I was not offered a bigger room and higher floor.
Security: The hotel has no security, anyone can access the lift, no tapping of room key is required.
Location: it is not near to subway, approx 10 mins walk. Surrounded by many construction projects.
Amenities: only 1 convenience stall, if you need anything, you must grab them near subway."

"The room is clean. There is an elevator in the hotel. Nearby gs25 and CU, macdonalds. The toilet is upgraded with modern technology. The hotel has a bath to relax after the long day.
The location is near to the airport but is quite far away from the center (it will take 40 minutes on the bus). The receptionist doesn’t know english, don’t forget about a translation app. The room didn’t have a big towel only 5 small ones."

KKitmokmok酒店位置便利，樓下有CU便利店。自駕遊可以把車停停在酒店對面公寓大廈的停車場，是免費的。步行5分鐘就是南浦洞商圈，一路可以走到BIFF廣場。聽說酒店是台韓夫婦經營的。酒店裝潢很有格調，酒店地樓下設有自己的cafe，有一個小小的area售賣小商品和明信片。酒店住客每一天可以免費獲得兩杯Americano。酒店房間也設有咖啡豆和磨豆機可以自行在房間沖咖啡。酒店房間也備零食飲品還有啤酒，都是免費的，每天都會refill。房間也設有黑膠唱片和喇叭。早餐每天8:30am會放在門口，早餐包括雞蛋, cereal, scone, 果汁和水果。Scone 很好吃👍🏻 又香又脆。房間內設有筆記本和文具顏色筆，你可以把旅程的點滴都記錄低分享給其他酒店住客，是一個很有趣的體驗。房間有浴缸也有準備浴球，晚上可以浸浴。房間唯一不足是晩上燈光比較暗但由於圍繞着房間都是玻璃早上有太陽光打入房間，光線是足夠的化妝也沒有很大的問題。房間沒電視機，但是準備了一張摺枱和手機架，可以俾你一邊睇手機一邊食宵夜😆總括來說還是很推薦這間酒店☺️

Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the free parking service was a great bonus. The staff provided excellent support before and during our stay, ensuring a smooth experience.
A special shout-out to Mr. Kim Kyu Sung, who went above and beyond when our rental car had an issue late at night even though it’s out of the scope of the hotel service . His quick response and genuine assistance saved us from a stressful situation, especially as first-time visitors to Busan. His hospitality was truly remarkable and greatly appreciated!!

UUtente ospiteThe hotel is really located very well. The main street has everything and more. Close to subway, buses, subway exit (which is the closest to the hotel) with elevator.
The minus of the hotel is the absence of breakfasts, the hotel does not have any arrangements even with nearby restaurants. Reception will not advise anything, in fact there is just for check in and check out.
Rooms are large with good bed, a small view of the beach. Windows are opening. Air conditioning works.
the corridors carpeted (you won't hear suitcases), soundproofing is good (I have a sensitive sleep).
Cleaned well.
Shampoo, shower gel and soap is there, but the quality is so so.
Just 3 stars hotel.

Convenientemente situato proprio accanto alla stazione di Busan.
La colazione gratuita era buona con un menu coreano. Tuttavia, è piuttosto affollato, quindi non puoi mangiare in pace.
Si prega di notare che non ci sono spazzolini da denti.
Inoltre, era scomodo che il wifi fosse piuttosto lento e inutilizzabile di notte.

Alla reception c'erano due zii: uno sorrideva a tutto quello che diceva, l'altro era più serio ma comunque entusiasta e rispondeva pazientemente a tutte le mie domande.
A 5 minuti a piedi troverete un minimarket aperto 24 ore su 24, diversi punti ristoro e una stazione della metropolitana. Dista circa 3 chilometri dalla stazione di Busan. Nel complesso il rapporto prezzo/prestazioni è molto alto

WWBooked a room with ocean view, and the staff is kinda to give me the highest floor (31st floor). The view is breathtaking! Loving the sound of the sea at night and the cool ocean breeze in the day. You can open the door to the balcony to enjoy the ocean view fully.
The room is clean, quiet, and spacious. I like that the hotel is environmentally-conscious, so there’s no disposable amenities like toothpaste, toothbrush, comb etc. it’s good to bring your own for your stay here. The room provides leather slippers and 3 bottles of drinking water. The table is long so there’s plenty of space for working.
The location is fabulous. Downstairs there’s a coffee and a bar. There’s also an olive young shop and a 23-hour pork soup shop about 50m away. Haeundae beach is about 50 m away. It is about 150m from Haeundae station. This street has a lot of shops that open late at night, and several convenience stores.

Located conveniently within the city, the hotel serves as a great base for travelers looking to explore Busan’s vibrant neighborhoods, beaches, and culinary spots. From check-in to check-out, my stay was smooth, and I found the hotel to be a solid mix of comfort, cleanliness, and character.
Check-in & First Impressions:
Upon arrival, I was greeted by courteous front desk staff who spoke basic English and were very accommodating. The check-in process was fast and efficient, with minimal hassle. The lobby itself was tastefully decorated—nothing extravagant, but definitely welcoming. It had a quirky charm that felt a bit more boutique than your average budget hotel.
Room:
I stayed in a standard double room, which was surprisingly spacious. The decor was modern and minimalist, with a few unique touches that gave it personality. The bed was large and comfortable, with clean, crisp linens. I appreciated the small details like a well-lit vanity area, USB charging ports, and a mini-fridge. The room also had good soundproofing, which meant I could rest peacefully even though the hotel is near a busy area.
The bathroom was spotless, equipped with a full set of toiletries, and had a surprisingly luxurious rainfall shower. Water pressure was excellent, and hot water was consistent throughout my stay. Some rooms also offer jacuzzis or bathtubs, depending on the tier you book, which I thought was a great value.
Amenities & Services:
While Hotel Elephant isn’t a full-service luxury property, it offers everything you’d need for a comfortable stay. There’s a vending machine area, complimentary bottled water, and in-room amenities like a kettle, coffee, and tea. Wi-Fi was fast and reliable, even during peak hours. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or gym, but there are plenty of cafes and convenience stores nearby to make up for it.
Housekeeping was thorough and respectful. My room was cleaned daily, and towels and toiletries were replenished without needing to request anything.
Location:
This is arguably one of the hotel’s strongest points. It’s just a short walk from a nearby subway station, which made commuting to places like Haeundae Beach, Jagalchi Market, and Gwangalli very easy. There are also tons of restaurants, bars, and local shops within walking distance. Whether you’re into street food or want to try Busan’s famous seafood, you’ll find great options nearby. If you’re into nightlife, there’s also plenty happening in the area, but thankfully, the hotel itself remains peaceful at night.
Staff & Hospitality:
Every staff member I interacted with was polite and eager to help. While not everyone was fluent in English, they made an effort to assist with directions, transportation tips, and even helping me book a cab using local apps. Their hospitality made the stay feel much warmer and more personal than I expected.
Overall Impression:
Hotel Elephant may not be a five-star hotel, but it delivers more than what you’d expect from its price point. It’s clean, cozy, and well-located—perfect for solo travelers, couples, or even friends on a budget-friendly getaway. If you’re visiting Busan and want a reliable place to stay that offers good value without compromising on comfort, this hotel is a solid pick. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit to Busan.
