La camera dell'Hotel è super pulita e spaziosa: siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. È a 5 minuti a piedi dalla stazione di Busan, il che era molto comodo.
Il personale era gentile e disponibile. Stanno promuovendo i viaggi ecologici, quindi non forniscono gratuitamente servizi monouso come spazzolino da denti e pantofole, ma c'è un distributore automatico nella hall se qualcuno ne ha bisogno.

Si tratta di un hotel conveniente a Centum City. Il personale è cordiale e le strutture sono pulite. C'è una scrivania per poter fare lavori semplici, ed è comoda perché la stanza viene pulita anche se ci si ferma la notte.
E' comodo perché ci sono molti servizi nelle vicinanze. Ho intenzione di tornarci.

Grande posizione in una zona tranquilla se si vuole andare intorno a Yeongdo. Diversi autobus si fermano all'interno 5-10min camminare per andare intorno a Busan (〜1h a Haeundae). La vista della finestra non era così buona dalla mia 6a stanza di vista oceanica, ma v pulito e il letto super comodo. Il più grande deprimento per me è che la doccia è nel bagno vicino al sedile igienico, in modo che il bagno e il pavimento si bagnino inevitabilmente.
C'è un negozio di comodità e caffè sul primo piano, puoi anche ordinare la pizza dal terzo piano per mangiare nella tua stanza.
Se ti piace il caffè, vai al caffè Momos 5 minuti da qui.

I don’t recommend this hotel at all. I couldn’t sleep for my 3 nights stay. First thing, the reception doesn’t understand English. They didn’t know about my reservation. After 10 minutes, I was given my room keys. The room was clean but the trouble began at night. Light was constantly coming out through the blinds and curtains. I don’t know why they had see through white blinds and mesh curtains. I called the receptionist but she didn’t understand my message. Second day, complained to trip.com. They called the hotel but the management lied and said the guests have been upgraded to a different room. Nobody contacted us but they were constantly lying to trip.com. I went to the receptionist and asked her to fix light issues. There was also a lot of construction sound and I was really tired after sleepless nights. The receptionist said she would get it fixed on the 3rd day but that was a lie too. Nobody came to fix the light problem. There was no balcony as advertised. Kitchenware was missing. The staff doesn’t understand simple English like cutlery. Nobody came to collect trash or give water during my 3 nights stay. Hotel looks stylish but their customer service is terrible. I don’t recommend staying in this hotel especially if you are a foreigner. I took these pictures at 6 am in the morning when I was awake because of sunlight and construction noise. During the night, city lights were coming in. Trip.com compensated me with 1500 coins but that doesn’t soothe the 3 sleepless nights. My entire trip was uncomfortable because of this hotel.

Non capita spesso che gli hotel siano insonorizzati, ma questo è davvero fantastico! Al massimo si sentono dei passi occasionali al piano di sopra! Il valore CP è estremamente alto. Si trova a 3 minuti a piedi dall'uscita 3 di Haeundae e a 3 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Haeundae! Eravamo sistemati al 13° piano, anche se era un po' bloccato dall'edificio di fronte, potevamo comunque alzarci e guardare il mare ogni giorno. Era molto comodo! La camera viene riordinata ogni giorno ed è molto pulita. Anche il personale delle pulizie è molto gentile e i bagagli possono essere depositati! Si può dire che è un hotel che tornerò sicuramente :)

Di recente ho trascorso un soggiorno piacevole in un buon hotel, anche se l'esperienza della colazione lasciava un po' a desiderare. L'hotel in sé era pulito, confortevole e offriva un servizio eccellente durante il mio soggiorno.
La camera in cui ho alloggiato era ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno confortevole. Il personale è stato cordiale e premuroso, sempre pronto ad aiutare con qualsiasi richiesta o richiesta.
Tuttavia, l'offerta per la colazione non è stata all'altezza delle mie aspettative. Anche se l'hotel offriva una discreta scelta, la qualità e il gusto del cibo non corrispondevano allo standard generale dell'hotel. Le opzioni mancavano di varietà e i sapori non erano soddisfacenti come speravo.
Nonostante questo inconveniente, la posizione dell'hotel era comoda e gli altri aspetti del mio soggiorno sono stati piacevoli. La pulizia, il comfort e il servizio attento hanno compensato la delusione della colazione.

24년에 지어져서 건물자체는 깨긋했어요.
스파도 있고 건물내 무료 BAR도 있어서 위스키 좋아하시는 분들께 추천!
조식도 맛있었어요 근데 메뉴가 3개만 있어 선택지가 많이 없었어요.
장점 : 방이 커서 좋고 음식들도 맛있고 근처 편의점도 많이 있어서 좋았어요. 교통도 좋고 바로 앞에 바다가 있어서 편하게 갈 수 있고 호텔에서도 보였어요. 화장실 위에 헤어드라이기가 있어 씻고 나와서 춥지 않고 편했어요.
단점 : 2박 3일로 80만원 주고 스파 있는 방을 잡았지만 스파를 많이 못 했어요 많이 하실 분들 빼고는 근처에 스파,온천을 가시는걸 추천해요. 그리고 물 받고 들어갔는데 먼지가 둥둥ㅠ
욕실에 물이 잘 안 빼졌어요. 씻을때마다 멈추고 씻고 멈추고 씻고
여인끼리 부부끼리 가는거면 랜덤방 있던데 추천드립니다.

You can borrow a HDMI-iPhone cable to mirror to TV for YouTube/Netflix. Family room was queen and single beds. Daily snacks such as macaroons, chocolates or fruits. Concierge and check in/out service was polite and prompt. Short cut from hotel to LCT mall (towards Haeundae beach) was very handy. The mall has few shops opened such as a bakery, 7-11, and cafes. Hotel is in the building on far right in pic.

UUtente ospiteTruly a wonderful stay, love the details that the owner put in decorating the room. Hotel is very clean and comfortable. This is a highlight of our trip to Busan, highly recommended!! They provided free breakfast and is very delicious!!

MMiN52774L'interno è lo stesso del Toyoko Inn in Giappone, dandoti un senso di sicurezza. La camera era piccola, ma pulita.
Convenientemente situato proprio accanto alla stazione di Busan.
La colazione gratuita era buona con un menu coreano. Tuttavia, è piuttosto affollato, quindi non puoi mangiare in pace.
Si prega di notare che non ci sono spazzolini da denti.
Inoltre, era scomodo che il wifi fosse piuttosto lento e inutilizzabile di notte.

If you come to busan by bus you dont need to have a taxi to reach the hotel get a metro from nopo station line number 1 get off to busanjin come out from station gate exit 7 just walk 5 minutes and you can see your hotel its on the main road ,for visiting places you can use bus and metro from your hotel ” for haeundae beech and gwangan beech use metro get line number 1 change at seomonyeon take line number 2 get off at gwangan station walk 10 minutes and you will be at beautiful gwangan beech and for haeundae beech same line number 2 you can get off haeundae station and walk about 3-4 minutes you will be on haeundae beech, for night clubs from hotel just get line 1 and after 3 station get off seomonyeon station and walk you will be in night clubs street , for the busan cable car and songde beech from the hotel just go infront of the hotel road use bus number #26 which comes every 10 minutes riding time will be around 22-25 minutes from hotel to songde beech by bus#26 , its so easy to use public transport for travelling in busan from hotel prima no need to waste money for using taxi, from the night clubs to hotel you just need to use taxi and its near so not much money you have to spend 9000-10000 won only !!!! Using subway is also very easy everything writen in english and korean so you can see which exit gate you have to use for your particular places ,and for lunch dinner pizza restaurant subway food all are near to hotel ,i found this hotel at best location and i am writing all these because some people come new for travel and before booking they are confused which location we should go for , trust me its comfortable for everything!!! I hope you will enjoy staying here as we enjoyed

- Guarda, ho pagato un'altra per la stanza ”visualizzata parziale sull'oceano” e c'era una grande differenza tra le immagini e la realtà. Il muro della finestra aveva grandi e grandi pannelli di finestra che rendevano impossibile apprezzare la vista. Ciò che è ancora più pazzesco, il balcone aveva un enorme muro di pietra, quindi non avevamo nemmeno una vista di cammello, MEIA QUALCHE SIAMO STATO CHE STANO MURA. Non potevamo vedere l’oceano in un angolo molto specifico, in un piccolo punto, in un piccolo posto sul letto. Non vale la pena e mi dispiace prenotare la stanza.
- No, i busker cantano fino a tardi i fine settimana, e perché eravamo situati proprio sopra il punto di bussare, potevamo sentire ogni parola di parole con finestre chiuse e non potevamo davvero tenere conversazioni senza sollevare la nostra voce. Non potevamo sentirci pensare.
- Mancanza di attenzione ai dettagli. sconveniente. doccia non è ben costruita e l'acqua non si svuota; fluisce fuori dal doccia. nessun bidet. il secco dei capelli è debole e puzza vecchia
- Sottoscritto all'inferno. abbiamo fatto check-out alle 10:45, 15 minuti prima dell'ora di check-out e di solito il più occupato del tempo alle reception. Un personale è occupato delle chiamate telefoniche, organizzando i taxi, supervisionando/gestionando il deposito bagagli. Non ci sentivamo davvero sicuro di immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio nel lobby, con il personale così distratto e fisicamente incapace di vedere cosa accade al bagaglio, anche se è proprio davanti alla ricezione la coda bloccava la vista.
Almeno l'opzione parziale di vista oceanica non vale il denaro. Mi sento insultato e fortemente raccomandare altre opzioni di simili intervalli di prezzo o hotel di vista oceanica vicino Gwangan-li, dal momento che Haeundae è una regione molto turistica. Ti bruceranno dopo due notti di soggiorno nel quartiere.

UUtente ospiteThe location is good as it is very close walking distance to shopping streets and the price is affordable. Room is equipped with a smart TV. I did not need to use my travel adaptor as well. Basic toiletries available. However, the bath towel is in face towel size. Clothes hanging area is on top/in front of the dresser. Things to note if staying here. Hotel is located upslope from the streets. (relatively steep) Most of the times (like a 9 out of 10), I was unable to book a taxi from my hotel due to the kakao taxi app prompting that cars cannot enter my area (they will outline the roads on the app to show the roads that cars cannot enter).I had to walk some distance out to another place to book a taxi. However, there was no restrictions to drop off at this address but many times, the driver will also drop me somewhere further away to walk in. Both the guy & lady (seems like lady boss) receptionists seems enthusiastic for a normal conversation but can become rude when we enquire or request for help. I had difficulty switching on the aircon when I first checked in and called for help. They refused to come and help and the instructions was vague as all I can understand was ”the switch is below the TV”. I later found out that it is common for aircon switch to be on the TV remote controller in Korea after I checked in to another hotel. It was after the third call when we flared up that someone came to help. But the help was of course also a rude one. Another thing to note is that they only give one access card and this access card is also the only card that manages the power in the room. If you insert another card in the slot for power, they will switch off your electricity after a while. This means you will not be able to probably sleep/shower in the room if your partner goes out since you will have to be the one to open the door, unless you can stay in the room without any power. You will also not be able to charge your phones/power banks etc while you are out and the refrigeration will also be off. The receptionist have called us via room phone and scolded us for putting a foreign card in. I think this is upsetting as we usually have more than one card in other hotels. The other hotel that I booked in Seoul even had a ready card slotted in for power and we still had 2 cards for access. Another downside: There was some form of leak from toilet bowl area and I cannot make out where its from. There will be a typical pee stench after awhile. Both the automatic bidets and manual bidets did not work in my toilet. I am not sure if this only happens in my room thus this is just for reference. Otherwise my toilet was huge and the water jet was strong. Do note that they allow early check in but it is chargeable. When I reached 2 hours earlier, I was told that their hotel does not have early check in. After asking further, they told me to pay 20,000 won if I want to check in early and I got my room immediately. I would have preferred if they told me from the start that early check in is possible for a fee.

UUtente ospiteI stayed here just a few days before, and chose to stay here yet again after coming back from an excursion to Busan. The self check-in process is smooth even after the check-in counter is closed at late night. Perfect location if you arrive into Seoul train station at midnight, either from Korail or airport train. Even if all metros lines are closed. You can just walk to the guesthouse within 10 mins from Seoul station. During the day, there is a metro station at your doorsteps connecting to Seoul Station in 1 stop. The room is clean and warm. The owner is very friendly.
