La prima volta che abbiamo visitato il reparto Spa del vostro hotel ieri (familiare), ci sono stati negozi di Nurri Sayal e Xeni, che ci sono soddisfatti dell’interesse delle signore, del servizio rapido e della risata. E' solo che... fin dall'entrata dell'hotel, i miei amici di Calisan... sono molto lieto di stare al sicuro... e di stare in un buon hotel. Da poco tempo, la Camera Natale e il centro della città, con autoveicoli di montaggio, auto in pieno, auto taxi, vi prenderanno circa 20 minuti. Nota piscina termica hamam vs. pulita lì, gli amici di Calisan sono molto guagli e amano l'aiuto

Il personale è molto interessato, il tè e il caffè, a qualunque ora che vuoi, e anche quando salgo a sci, mi hanno riempito il termos. Grazie mille al personale. L'hotel è appena stato costruito, tutte le cose nuove, bagno-spazzatura sono davvero pulite. Ho chiesto la colazione, ho chiamato l'hotel, ho chiesto la colazione, e il menu caldo, hanno detto che potremmo fare una specie di omeleta ampia e in cucina, ma quando andiamo, hanno detto che non c'era tubo! La sala colazione era come un ghiaccio. Non mangiamo niente il primo giorno, siamo gelati, e poi siamo usciti con la roba dello sci per non raffreddare. Sono andato in vacanza a sci, quindi quando sono arrivato all'hotel stasera, la prima cosa che ho cercato è calda, ma non c'è sistema di riscaldamento, non c'è riscaldamento in aria, e non sono stato malato in camera a sci. In primo luogo, il personale era molto interessato a noi. Quando volete, portano del tè o del caffè, quando videro che avevo un termo, riempirono il mio termo con tè, gratis. Quello che sembra un bel hotel quando entrate è diffuso da problemi. Il mio partner e io siamo stati donati la stanza 310, siamo entrati e siamo saluti dalla stentina di fumo. Horror l'intera stanza che ne ha. Ho chiamato la ricezione e l'hotel sembra essere completamente prenotato e non potevano spostarci l'odore mi ha fatto sentire malato e ha dato un mal di testa a mio partner. La doccia non era pulita, l’acqua era orribile e le stoffe di legno erano state messe a posto, che potevano e avrebbero dovuto essere rimosse, se la stanza fosse stata pulita, la lancia per il letto aveva stoffe di grandi dimensioni, e il sedile era stato sbloccato e croccato. C'è un paio di punti più, tuttavia, il ristorante in fondo al piano era piacevole e hanno anche riuscito a cucinare un pasto di vegetariani che non era semplicemente pasta. Il centro di Dublino è un hotel a 2 stelle. Non posso credere che cosa vedrei se avessi portato una luce nera non avrei raccomandato nemmeno a basso costo.

UUtente ospiteAnche se siamo venuti qui per soggiorni familiari, l'efficienza del personale in questo hotel è stato di prima qualità, immagino che questo possa essere un ottimo hotel per viaggi di business, anche data la sua efficienza e la sua accuratezza. Mentre siamo arrivati all'hotel dopo aver guidato oltre 4 ore da un'altra città, Ershin alla ricezione è stato molto utile ed efficiente nel completare la nostra registrazione e la stanza è stata ben preparata prima della nostra arrivo (il letto extra era pronto per il nostro toddler senza chiedere), egli era anche attento e seguito bene su richiesta della nostra camera. La cura dei clienti e la riflessione in avanti per loro erano un stupefacente standard di servizio che abbiamo sperimentato in questo hotel. Il personale era così amichevole e si è prestato buona attenzione al nostro toddler. Anche il colazione ha offerto una buona selezione di cibo per la nostra famiglia. Abbiamo anche accesso alla Sala Executive che ha offerto buone pranzi e bevande. L'hotel è anche all'interno dell'10-15mins camminare per le strade fino a un centro commerciale moderno.

Prior to booking, we read the excellent reviews on Google and we hoped that we would have a similar experience to other guests who had enjoyed their stay. My wife and I have stayed in many hotels over the years and this by far was probably the best we have ever stayed in!! From the minute we arrived to the final moments that we left, everything was just perfect! The staff are all incredibly helpful, polite and will do anything to accommodate their guests. The hotel room, the hallways, the lounge area are all very clean and inviting. The rooftop restaurant is probably the best restaurant we ate at in Bursa and given that it was on site and we didn't have to travel, this made it even more incredible! One of the best features of this hotel was probably the gym and spa areas! The facilities were quite superb! The swimming pool is heated and although it can feel a little too warm at times, it felt very nice to swim lengths in. The staff in the spa area were so helpful and did everything to make sure we enjoyed each visit. For me, this hotel has certainly set the benchmark for any future stays I plan as I wouldn't want to experience anything less! Thank you Movenpick Bursa for everything!

NNalan GHo preso un giro di TES per il nostro viaggio di festa, due adulti, un bambino, abbiamo pagato 125 t. La posizione è molto bella. Puoi andare a piedi tranquillamente in tutto il centro della città. Credetemi, stavo aspettando un hotel molto peggio. solo per dormire troppo. L'unica cosa peggiore che non c'è da pagare e' che la stanza si agita mentre cammina in camera, come se stesse svegliando la sensazione di caduta, e una notte, dalle 2 alle 3 ci sono persone che fanno un suono folle in camera. Non guarda il telefono, non l'ho ancora aperto, e il giorno dopo, volevamo almeno che fossero a casa, ma non abbiamo raggiunto nessuno, almeno poteva essere un ufficiale, la stanza era pulita.

UUtente ospiteLa nostra camera familiare era molto spaziosa, pulita e buffet, ma la strada era molto diluita e abbiamo avuto problemi con l'ascensore anche perché era molto piccola rispetto a quella normale. La posizione dell'hotel è vicina a una moschea o Cami che abbiamo avuto il piacere di pregare fajr. In generale, se si sta viaggiando lontano e dovete fermarvi per un po', questo hotel sarà abbastanza bene per un riposo notturno.
