La mia famiglia e io siamo stati qui per 13 notti e la nostra esperienza è stata perfetta. Il personale di prenotazione ha accolto le nostre richieste senza alcun problema. Il personale di ricezione è sempre stato amichevole, gioioso e utile, così è stato il personale di custodia. La posizione dell'hotel è buona. L'area lobby e il caffè dell'hotel sono buoni e confortevoli per soggiornare in. E il spa dell'hotel dispone di una fantastica piscina termica all'interno e una bella piscina all'aperto. Raccomando al palazzo di Celik di visitare Bursa, soprattutto le famiglie, e di aspettare la prossima visita.

We had unfortunate experience of travelling from Istanbul staying in some mediocre Hotels that just does no favour to Türkiye tourism whatsoever. 27th June was our 27th Wedding Anniversary & wished we were her at the Marigold but never mind. We stayed from 29th to 1st July & we had no regrets at all. In fact the service levels were so high we were taken back. From smooth checking in to Fruit platter in our lovely room to a phone call advising us that Complimentary Tea downstairs. We could not help but just kept a huge smile all the way our stay here at this perfect hotel. In fact we have not yet revisited same hotel twice but we might make another trip to Marigold in 2024. Hotel prides itself on service levels that are unmatched from anything we have experienced before. Breakfast was abundance & top quality including hot omelettes of your choice. Restaurant Manager was brilliant taking care that you were provided with everything even at Tea time smiling, caring. Room was lovely clean, had lovely bath/shower with shampoos/soaps that were more than appropriate. Beds were comfortable & large enough for a great sleep. What is a spectacular event is the Spa never seen wide ranging treatments catering for all. Steam, Hammams, Sauna Heated pool, thermal pool. Relaxing areas. My Wife was so taken back she visited Spa twice on the same day rather than visit other areas of Bursa as we had a car. Marigold made up for lost days on our actual Anniversary in June. It was an absolute pleasure to experience such hospitality with incredible facilities, festive food & Staff service levels which were a credit to the owner Erdal on my LinkedIn contact now. This hotel sets standards that are hard to comprehend given the fact you can spend more money elsewhere & not experience what we did in just few days. Only one minor point I would not allow personally any parents to dunk their children in the hot pools given their sensitivities/skin for so young. I witnessed few times where child cried out & very reluctant but parents were incessant. There should be minimum age for entry. People in Bursa are very different to Istanbul, more friendly, more unique & appreciate tourists more in my opinion I have nothing but brilliant memories in our stay at Marigold Hotel Spa Inshallah we will be back again as we would like to experience Bursa much more too

E' strano che il personale dell'hotel abbia detto che non possono trattare il pagamento con la carta di debito mantenuta chiedendomi di chiave nel codice pin a 4 cifre (che non è applicabile alla mia carta). Quando altrove non ho avuto problemi con la carta (per acquistare/pagare per prenotazioni alberghiere) tutto il tempo in Turchia prima di arrivare a questo hotel. Per quanto tempo ho dovuto chiamare la mia banca per correggere e non hanno detto alcuna questione sul mio conto. Finito di pagare tutto in contanti. Devono davvero risolvere/correggere questo. Avevamo informato il nostro orario di check-in più tardi. Ma quando siamo arrivati in camera solo per scoprire che era appena stato mosso e il pavimento è bagnato =( I staff front were very helpful. Il centro commerciale è grande vicino all'hotel. La diffusione del buffet del colazione è meravigliosa!

La nostra camera familiare era molto spaziosa, pulita e buffet, ma la strada era molto diluita e abbiamo avuto problemi con l'ascensore anche perché era molto piccola rispetto a quella normale. La posizione dell'hotel è vicina a una moschea o Cami che abbiamo avuto il piacere di pregare fajr. In generale, se si sta viaggiando lontano e dovete fermarvi per un po', questo hotel sarà abbastanza bene per un riposo notturno.

L'hotel che abbiamo visitato in aprile era una grande priorità per il servizio di casa nuova, e la reception, signora Esra, signora Ugur e altri amici del lavoro ci hanno fatto piacere. Il termale dell'hotel ha soddisfatto più delle aspettative, le camere private, la temperatura della piscina, i salotti di massaggio erano completamente puliti e nuovi, e ho visitato molti campi dell'hotel, non ho incontrato alcuna situazione negativa. Grazie a tutti i dipendenti per il servizio che hanno ricevuto.
