Hotel con parcheggio a Burlington

La posizione geografica è unica. È sul lago di strada e sul lago di Ontario, si siede nella stanza dell'hotel, e si può vedere il panorama del lago fuori dalla finestra. La porta è la strada commerciale. La cena è stata comprata per portare indietro l'hotel e sedersi sul divano e godere della bella vista. Quando si è lasciato, la signorina servizio di ricetta era molto bello. Mi ha portato al parcheggio fuori dell'hotel per insegnarmi a usare la carta di parcheggio gratuita.Il servizio di colazione gratuito dell'hotel è ricco e buon gusto 👍

I always stay at Best Western hotels because of my work. I come in very late just to sleep , pick some stuff for breakfast when I could not even sit for a meal and leave for work. The courteous and helpful staff was the reason this branch is my favorite. It gives me a sense safety and peace of mind away from my home. The rooms are clean and very well kept. Always a restful sleep with my stay there. Just like home.

Questo soggiorno è stato colpito da una crescente lista di caratteristiche rotte e da una diffusa interazione con un ospite nel ristorante del colazione. Il problema è stato affrontato con brillantezza da un personale di servizio di fronte che ha prestato un'attenzione straordinaria e che ha facilitato il nostro passaggio in un hotel migliore per completare il nostro soggiorno. I punti rotti sono: (1) tubo caldo, circondato da una cintura di attenzione giallo. Una grande delusione, come questa, è stata la caratteristica che ha spinto la nostra scelta di questo hotel. (2) un ascensore rotto, o almeno uno con un segno di ”non usare”. Tuttavia, l'ascensore rotto è ancora aperto inizialmente quando ho colpito il pulsante di chiamata, che ha impedito l'apertura del secondo ascensore ”non rotto”. Ho dovuto mettere l'ascensore rotto in un piano superiore per uscire dalla strada, quindi le porte dell'ascensore non rotto funzionavano. (3) La TV funzionava la sera, ma non rispondeva alla distanza di mattina. Un cambio di distanza non ha aiutato. (4) L'eccezionale membro del personale del desk ha iniziato a prepararci colazione a causa dei nostri problemi. Ma quando la mia famiglia ha visitato il ristorante e ha cercato di chiarire quali articoli del prezzo del colazione di tre livelli dell'HGI sarebbero stati composti, mi ha sconvolto l'ospite durante il pagamento del conto che ha fatto un'esposizione molto alta e vergognosa di ”vedi, Non ci deve niente”. Ho firmato e camminato, imbarazzato e disgustato. Poi ho fatto un passo in ufficio e ho chiesto al personale di ufficio molto gentile di accoglierci presso la casa partner vicino alla porta (anche Hilton), La sua buona esperienza ha fatto di essere li' per cucinare un soggiorno disastroso (1 notte di 4 prenotati).

I have never been a guest who complains about hotels. I travel extensively, and always find being pleasant is a better way to move forward with concerns. HOWEVER...this time was the exception. After a very long day on crutches, I arrived at the front desk and had to wait while the two guest agents continued to discuss some discrepancies the one had found in paperwork. It seemed they were trying to figure out where some money didn't add up. When they finally addressed me, as I stood on my crutches (broken leg in its 7th week of recovery), they were only barely friendly. We went through the usual reservation details, and by then I was visibly wilting and in pain from standing so long. When I was handed my room keys, I was directed that our room was upstairs and the stairs were pointed at. I asked if there was an elevator, and was told there wasn't. Fair enough...I could have researched that but didn't think of it. I asked if I could please have a main floor room since I was on crutches, referencing them with a gesture. Imagine my surprise upon hearing that there was none available -- in a hotel that size, on a Wed. midweek!!! I was flabbergasted. Still, I said okay, guess it was the stairs. Still, no apologies, offer of help, or even commiseration. Just moved back to talking about the paperwork issue! I shrugged and my son and I made our move to the stairs...only to discover we were LITERALLY in the second last room of the second floor!Not only that, our room was in the extension of the hallway down yet another hall! We not only had the longest walk and one already lengthy stair climb...but also had an ADDITIONAL five stairs to go to reach the extension hall!!! By the time I got to our room I was in tears from the pain. I have never in my life called the front desk of a hotel in an irate state, but I did that day. Called and let them know that I couldn't believe that this was the only room they could give me, that I was a Choice member but would never be back again, and that their service was appalling. They left me standing and waiting while they discussed something that could have waited, made no effort to offer a chair or expedite my registering, and gave me the farthest room they could ever have found. We were so upset we skipped the free continental breakfast the next morning and went out the stairs at the end of our hallway to save the distance walking. Just appalling. These two people were the worst guest service agents I have ever encountered. Frankly, someone needs to be fired.

Sono stato in città per partecipare a una conferenza e mi sono dato uno dei nuovi camere ristrutturate. Kudos ai designer. Tutte le parti sono state in piedi da soli, che dovrebbero facilitare gli aggiornamenti in futuro. La tavola mobile che si accendeva al fondo del telaio era versatile da usare. La stanza aveva un buon numero di porti USB. La banca mobile sotto lo specchio della parete d'ingresso ha anche dato usi seduti aggiuntivi. Il bagno con il controllo all'ingresso era conveniente, lo shampoo riempibile e il lavaggio sono stati apprezzati, il personale è amichevole e accogliente. Anche se ci erano attività di costruzione in corso, ha avuto poco impatto sul mio soggiorno all'hotel. I messaggi di posta elettronica anticipata e le opzioni di checkout anticipato erano efficaci. Un soggiorno piacevole. Aspetterò di ritornare per vedere tutti gli aggiornamenti.

Abbiamo avuto un appuntamento vicino, quindi siamo rimasti qui per tutta la notte. Era una grande stanza con un letto di dimensioni re e cucina con tutte le attrezzature per cucinare i pasti con un top di vetro bruciante costruito nel contore ... tutti i tazze e pani inclusi. La colazione non era un buffet caldo come al giorno, ma una giusta selezione di colazione erano disponibili per farvi andare in viaggio. Le tariffe erano molto ragionevoli considerando la zona. Certamente il luogo di soggiorno quando torniamo.

Very easy to find, quiet and clean. Delicious breakfast!

Stavamo cercando un alloggio che offre una cucina (a causa di allergie alimentari) e accettava animali domestici. Ho prenotato una stanza senza una cucina, e il manager poteva trasferire alcune prenotazioni e ottenere una cucina alla fine. Il wifi era debole a volte, ma una chiamata veloce al desk ha risolto la questione. La posizione era eccellente. Agevolmente accedere all'autostrada, vicino ai ristoranti, negozi di prodotti alimentari, spiaggia e parco cane.

Buono: L'hotel è in una zona di magazzino, ma è molto conveniente ... tra Toronto e Niagra, vicino ai Royal Botanical Gardens. Non così buono: abbiamo soggiornato in altri 6 con piacere, ma questo non era terribile. La prima stanza ”reina” che avevamo era piccola, senza posto per appendere i vestiti (eccetto due pezzi). Sapendo che facevamo la Niagra Falls e c'era pioggia ... siamo andati al desk front e sono stati sorpresi di sapere che la stanza ”renovata” non aveva posto per colpire. Questo non avrebbe funzionato per 3 notti di soggiorno. Erano gentili e ci hanno trasferiti in un'altra stanza. Il primo ha anche avuto problemi di manutenzione (illuminazione floreale è in bagno, specchio mancante).

This is such a fantastic facility!!! Their customer service is top tier. I passed by the GM (Mila) in the hallway. She stopped and greeted me. She asked about my stay and if I needed anything. It was just speaking with a dear aunt or very interested inn keeper. It's simply wonderful. My check-in was a breeze. My room was clean and spacious. I was unsure about dinner and went to the front desk for assistance. I was warmly greeted by Kim (a newly promoted team member). She took out a legal pad and inquired about my food preferences. She filled about a page and a half of different dining options. Bravo, Kim!!! Great job, Mila!!!! I can't wait to see you and the team again.
