Really clean and tidy room and we had the best night sleep on the comfiest bed. Plenty of tea and coffee. Really friendly and helpful staff. Location was at the Center of Chester which made everything easier to get too. It was right by the shops and loads of places to eat. Self service breakfast with plenty of choice enjoyed everything and hope to visit again.

Hotel carino con belle camere pulite. Tuttavia, alcune questioni - si deve davvero arrivare qui, perché è un po ' lontano dal centro della città. In mia stanza c'era un menu di servizio in camera e un numero da chiamare per servizio in camera, ma nessun telefono. Il cibo e la bevanda erano buoni. Durante il mio soggiorno c'era solo una persona sul bar e il servizio era un po' lento. Ho ordinato una bevanda morbida e un po' piatto, certamente non valeva il 4 sterline che avevano prelevato. A causa della carenza di personale, la sala da pranzo era piena di tavoli che dovevano essere puliti. Il colazione era anche un po' di catastrofe. Sono costosi £15 per questo, ma non ne vale certo la pena. Ci è un autoservizio a buffet caldo che era bello, niente di eccezionale. Non c'era caffè disponibile, solo sacchetti di tè e acqua calda, e non c'erano piastrelle disponibili alla stazione continentale - davvero mancava attenzione ai dettagli quando c'erano pochi membri del personale presenti.

La cosa migliore che posso dire è che vorrei che ci fosse stata più di una notte! Bella personale amichevole e buon colazione. Piscina complimentare, sauna, stanza a vapore e tubo caldo molto benvenuto. Grande posizione vicino al centro e alla stazione. Abbiamo camminato da quest'ultimo con bagagli in 8 minuti, bar con sedi all'esterno, vista sul canale, solo in basso non c'è aria condizionata nella stanza e con il tempo caldo attuale, il fan non è arrivato al lavoro.

Il personale è benvenuto, amichevole e professionale. La stanza era tesa e confortevole. Mi è stato colpito dall'interno dell'hotel. La posizione è grande, vicino alla stazione ferroviaria e non lontano dal centro della città.

This trip my room was small. 1 Level above ground, without lift. Therefore i need to lug my 28inch luggage up. Suitable for family as we get access to Feelgood Health Club gym and pool. Children swim time 7am to 7.30pm. Plenty of car park lots. Lots of TV channels. Excellent breakfast, nice dining brasserie. Happy to return again.

Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

Handy location for travel to North Wales and an easy drive to Chester. Hotel rooms are dated. We only had one bedside cabinet and lamp in a double room.The wardrobe door was in danger of falling off. Room looked out onto another part of the building. A storeroom or something. No window in en suite. Felt a bit claustrophobic. Breakfast was of limited choice but adequate. The public areas and pool facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Per un normale colazione di dimensioni dovete pagare un'altra, il riscaldamento era rotto nel bagno, così era abbastanza freddo. L'hotel sembrava un po' tatuato in luoghi. Il servizio era mancante, doveva sempre cacciare i membri del personale. Bella costruzione e buona posizione.

The air conditioning is now strong and functional, unlike during hot weather when it was weak. The staff are always accommodating and friendly.
