Regno Unito: hotel con bar nella provincia di Cheshire

Siamo arrivati a Chester qualche ora prima di controllare, quindi volevo chiedere se potessimo immagazzinare il nostro bagaglio, ma la nostra stanza era pronta, così ci è stato detto che potevamo controllare subito! (Grande iniziativa!) Abbiamo anche ricevuto un prezzo di sconto (bellissimo piccolo contatto lì) La zona esterna è stupenda, la porta girante (forse la mia parte preferita dell'hotel haha) e la grande scala erano stupenda! Mi aveva tagliato il dito prima, continuava a riaprire e uno dei miei dipendenti mi aiutava a ottenere le lavatrici e piastrelle extra mentre esci. La stanza stessa era bella!!Abbiamo visto i giardini posteriori che sembravano così bello con le foglie dell'autunno! Il letto era grande e comodo! Vorrei sapere dove comprare le mutandine!! Odio salire le scale, ma non erano troppo grandi. Non mangiamo in hotel, ma abbiamo bevuto in bar mentre aspettavamo un amico e era bello. L'unica cosa che avevo era la strana ummazione/buzz di notte che rendeva difficile scorrere fuori a dormire. Tuttavia, ho portato le mutandine e avrei dovuto usarle così a me haha! Resteresti qui, se visitassimo Chester!

The picturesque setting truly enhances the overall experience. **Arrival and Service:** Unfortunately, my arrival experience was somewhat disappointing. The service upon check-in felt slow and not particularly welcoming. There was no offer of assistance with my luggage or guidance on where I could take Stanley, which left me feeling a bit lost. I expected a more hospitable reception, especially given the hotel’s reputation. **Room Quality:** On a positive note, the room was clean and well-appointed, featuring a lovely spacious bathroom that included a plush robe and complimentary toiletries such as shampoo and soap. I appreciated the mini bar, which had complimentary water, adding a nice touch to my stay. **Room Service:** One downside was the room service hours, which ended at 10 PM. I arrived at 8:15 PM and was informed of this limitation, which felt a bit early for a hotel of this caliber. It would have been nice to have more flexible dining options during my stay. **Dining:** The hotel itself is stunning, and the grounds are a joy to explore. I had breakfast at the brasserie restaurant, where the attentive staff made a significant difference. The breakfast was wonderful, with a variety of delicious options that set a positive tone for my day. **Overall Impression:** While my stay had its ups and downs, the beautiful setting and the quality of the accommodations were highlights. I hope that the service experience can be improved for future guests, as that would truly elevate the stay. I would consider returning, especially for the lovely grounds and excellent breakfast, but I would hope for a more welcoming atmosphere next time.

I had a good stay with my girlfriend at The Tytherington. The only thing we were unhappy with was the food. It took about 1 hour to receive our food, and we were also told different information about the Kitchen closure time. Likely, we could give our order on time, but someone who was served after us was not able to. It seemed that on the day we visited, the kitchen staff was either short-staffed or had other issues. The staff behind the counter looked inexperienced, with only 1 or 2 who knew what to do, though they had too much to do already and couldn't assist. The view from their garden was great, over their golf pitch.

L'hotel è in una posizione molto vicina ai bar e ristoranti 👌 facile da trovare .La stanza era molto piccola e non aveva un asciugacapelli, abbiamo chiesto una a ricezione, hanno detto che potrebbero portarci asciugacapelli ma mai! L'isolamento nelle stanze è molto cattivo, potrebbe essere qui tutti da stanze accanto a noi .

Ottimo albergo Dietro l'hotel c'è un fiume... ottimo per una passeggiata mattutina! Mi piace.

Some have mentioned minor issues such as thin walls leading to noise disturbances and occasional maintenance concerns in the bathrooms. Brilliant location, lovely old building. The fold out beds for kids are uncomfortable (worse than the ones at travel lodge or premmier inn). Don't bother with breakfast! Kept running out of things and didn't always replace them. Bacon inedible, sausages cheap, no nlack pudding even though it's on the menu and small portions. I would stay again but wouldn't add breakfast

Questa è la seconda volta che abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel, e la nostra scelta è dovuta principalmente alla sua comoda posizione e al buon colazione. È molto vicino all'aeroporto e molto tranquillo di notte, circondato da fattorie e prati. Il buffet non è un tipico, ma è un menu con una grande varietà di opzioni, tutte di buon gusto. La decorazione del ristorante è anche bella, e sarete più che soddisfatti delle porzioni. Il personale del ristorante è passionato, amichevole e utile. Un punto di riferimento è che la zona di accoglienza è spesso circondata da ospiti, che è solo un'osservazione e non né positiva né negativa. I ricevitori fanno sempre il loro meglio e sono molto gentili e professionali. Tuttavia, la progettazione della stanza è un po' obsoleti.

A nice stay at The Mill, food and service were great, the bar had a nice vibe…setting was relaxing, nice to see the ducks on the water…excellent location for walking into Chester. Room was very comfortable, staff were helpful and welcoming. Top marks go to Sam, absolutely first class, every guest was met with a smile and cheery attitude, nothing too much trouble, thank you Sam, you really are a breath of fresh air! Car park charge was not advertised previously so £12 a day was a surprise.

Beautiful hotel with plenty of free parking for guests. Friendly welcome, thank you for making my husbands 50th a special stay! Highly recommend.
