Das Personal sehr freundlich Zimmerwechsel wegen nicht schließbarer Zwischentür ohne Probleme, sogar in ein sehr viel komfortableres Appartement ohne Aufpreis !
Die Lage ist ok, zu Fuß zum Strand oder zum Supermarkt nur als guter Fußgänger zu empfehlen.
Frühstück ist reichhaltig und ausgewogen. Dem Preis angepasst allerdings auch nicht geschenkt.
Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer allerdings grenzwertig. starke Flecke auf dem Boden und an den Wänden, Balkontür nicht schließbar vollkommen verzogen, Flecke an den Wänden und die Gardinen eigentlich zum entsorgen. Es gibt viele Ecken wo man mal wieder etwas erneuern und reparieren müsste.
Im Spa Bereich Solarium und Dampfbad während des ganzen Aufenthalts defekt. Der gesamte Bereich wurde den Tag hindurch scheinbar nicht geräumt abends keine Becher mehr für bereit gestelltes Wasser und Unordnung. überfüllte Wäschesäcke ect.
Mit eigenen Bechern geht es ;)
Der Preis ist nicht extrem billig und dadurch hat man das Gefühl da geht noch mehr. Es sind allerdings viele Kleinigkeiten, die führen nicht dazu das man sich nicht erholen kann. Es waren sehr schöne Tage, es bleibt ein Gefühl von schade da könnte man sich mit ein wenig mehr mühe Stammgäste erhalten. Wir probieren was anderes aus beim nächsten mal, würden jedoch wenn es nichts gibt auch wieder kommen. Schade, viel potenzial verschenkt.

Hotel dall’aspetto esteriore imponente e di grande impatto, l’interno mostra i limiti: si ha la sensazione di un 4 stelle vetusto, probabilmente molto chic una ventina di anni fa ma ormai lasciato andare. Le stanze sono molto grandi così come i bagni ( ristrutturati di recente) ma le terrazze sono in stato di abbandono e abbastanza sporche. La colazione ha piuttosto varia. Ottima la possibilità di affitto bici, classiche o elettriche, ma terribile che pretendano il pagamento del parcheggio dell’auto all’interno della proprietà dell’hotel!Consiglio questo hotel a coppie o gruppi di persone avanti con gli anni perché è decisamente tranquillo…troppo tranquillo. La location e il paesino sono molto gradevoli.

Friendly personnel during ther entire stay. The hotel is wll located , only like 2 km from the coast - walking distance. There a few nice restaurants nearby. The hotel has a large parking area, including EV charging. The rooms are spatious and clean. We did not eat in the hotel as we went out to another place so I can't judge the food in the hotel. Dogs are aloud in the hotel and even in the bar so they can stay with us. Overall good experience.

Very pleasant stay in a quadruple room, very spacious and livable with kids.
Nice pool area and lobby where you can drink/eat.
Some equipments a bit dated but very good overall.

Nice place, friendly staf, diner was very good. Breakfast notting to complain. Bar: clean the tables and menu-cart please!! About the room. Large room not cleaned well! Stains on carpet bathroom was dirty. Dust everywhere!!!

We had another wonderful stay in this luxurious and spacious hotel. Everything was perfect again, from the welcome to the food and enjoying the various facilities like the fitness, sauna and pool. We will come again!

Grand Hotel Ter Duin is a grand hotel in peaceful surroundings - but what happened to the balconies? Our balcony was dirty and dusty, with a table and some chairs scattered around, and a full ash tray on the table. We left a complaint at the front desk on the first day, asking if it would be possible to clean up the balcony, but when we left after three days the full ash tray was still there. It was not a nice place to sit, but with a clean table, a clean floor, some cushions and maybe a lantern it would have been lovely! Why don't they make the most of this space, I wonder? Also be aware that you don't sign anything when ordering drinks at the bar and put it on the room, so anyone can use your room number if you don't pay attention. We ended up paying for drinks we didn't have, but found out too late. Didn't want an argument with the staff.

Did not like the room, too 'business', not a nice view outside (building), did not like the restaurant (no windows), always the same menu, not much choice. The food was average, the bar was very nice to sit.

Nicly located place, god space in the rooms with two balconies, very good and big bed, a sitting Ares with armchais and tavle. All very clean. The only thing we missed, was a little fridge with water in the room. Friendly serviceminded staff.
