This space is a converted private master suite of the main house w private entrance and private fenced in yard area.This studio is quaint with a queen size bed, dresser, large bathroom and small kitchenette indoors. There is also a covered outdoor cooking area and patio in the back. Apt. Fridge, microwave, electric frying pan, toaster oven, coffee pot, Convection Broiler, George foreman grill and toaster oven are available for use outside in the patio area. The Large bathroom with newly renovated walk in shower has a large vanity with additional supplies underneath as well as fluffy towels. Please note the old pipes are sensitive and can sometimes drain slow, please be considerate of hair and items down the toilet. The yard is fully walled in but pets may not be left there unattended for long periods of time. PLEASE NOTE: There may be some muffled noise heard from the main house since there are two shared walls. The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi. Property nearby Grant Rd, Alvernon Way, River and Swan Rd. Bus stop within min. Friendly pets are welcome, cats must be pre-approved (no sprayers or scratchers please). Smoke Free home. Formerly an art studio with large roll up door and concrete floors, bold design & lots of flare. Unit has its own little private patio and fenced yard area for pets. Fence is only 3 ft high so larger dogs may not stay in. Guesthouse has parking on the left side of the driveway and on the quiet neighborhood street. Friendly dogs welcome, cats need permission with agreement.Go through the rusty metal fence, past the main house and through the courtyard to the guesthouse. Enter into the sitting / dining room with two lazy boy recliners, lots of reading and games provided. The sitting room has Small cafe style table and chairs, brightly lit room with high ceilings and french doors. Through the doors to the Rustic kitchen, with most everything you need. Kitchen has a medium sized frig, cooktop only two burner stove, toaster oven, microwave, electric frying pan.Then swing left into the spacious bedroom area. Lots of drawer space, a small clothing rack, and Smart TV. There is a washer and dryer in courtyard area is free to use behind the bamboo partion. Please do not use the tenants laundry supplies and abide by hours of use but otherwise free to use. hours are 8 am to 8 pm. Cleaning supplies and Vacuum are also in there.
