The Large bathroom with newly renovated walk in shower has a large vanity with additional supplies underneath as well as fluffy towels. Please note the old pipes are sensitive and can sometimes drain slow, please be considerate of hair and items down the toilet. The yard is fully walled in but pets may not be left there unattended for long periods of time. PLEASE NOTE: There may be some muffled noise heard from the main house since there are two shared walls. The home is located in a quiet established working class 1950's neighborhood with older homes near the Rillito River walk, River Park, and plenty of amenities within 1/2 mi.
