We lovingly remodeled this 1930's bungalow in the heart of town for relaxing and entertaining. We have 3 bedrooms, one with a full bed and two with queen beds. The upstairs sitting area converts to more bed space with a brass full bed and two additional full beds that pull out from hidden drawers built into the walls. That's enough for 6 people to each have their own bed or 9 people to share.The yard is massive with a fire pit and 2nd floor balcony with a view of downtown. We cater to all types of events including SXSW events and bachelor/bachelorette parties. Some of the furnitures may look slightly different from the listing photos since it’s very hard to find the identical replacement pieces.5. All the sleeping areas have been installed with 100% lightning blackout blinds and (or) draping curtains.6. We don’t have the regular housekeeping and cleaning services during your stay. The cleaning fees that you have paid are to cover the cleaning work that the cleaners have done to get the house ready for you. We have some cleaning supplies available at the property, you’re welcome to use them if needed. If you rather have professional cleaners to do the jobs with the additional fees during your stay, I will be glad to give you the local cleaner’s contact information.7. For the longer stay guests (any reservations greater than a week), we will provide the living necessities (such as shampoo/conditioner, body wash, lotion, detergents, toiletries , coffees and cooking condiments, etc.) for the first week, then it’s the guests’ responsibilities to replenish the supplies themselves. Only the amount of the guests on the reservation are allowed to go to the property, any unauthorized guests will be considered trespassing, and will be charged $300/person/occurrence.
