Great location & friendly staff. A waking distance to Jam Gadang & shopping area. We love the beautiful sunrise from our room. We booked 4 rooms but 1 of the rooms was smelly perhaps due to poor drainage in the bathroom. Breakfast selections are great with menu changed everyday. We enjoyed the authentic Bukittinggi ‘kolak pisang’ and ‘katupek pakis’ a lot.

Location is near to jam gadang..good restaurant near by..near to pasar ateh..walking distance to zoo & bird park..friendly staff..good breakfast food..worth it.

This is an old hotel but the room was clean and comfortable and had a large balcony. The staff were friendly. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and the service was fast. The only downside was the room lighting as it was rather dim for reading.

I am staying in this hotel Feb 8th 2024 room 514. Very bad quality mattress. Sleep above metal spring feel my back bone stressed. Average breakfast taste and lack of variant menu. Santika and Triple Tree much better or staying option in Bukittingggi. Expensive hotel with horrible mattress quality.
