The whole hotel is smutty. It is not worth the price, there are better thermal hotels in Western Hungary. I do not suggest this hotel. Room: There isn't kettle, the magnetic card lock frequently often jammed. Food: The food is worse than the average. There are 16-18 year old cooks in the kitchen without any qualifications. The meals are tipically extremly salted or the other parts are unsalted. The coffee is worse than on low-cost flights. There are few coffee machines, you should wait in the queue 10-15 minutes. Bar: The service is rude. The bartender unceremoniously told me he could not serve me for at least 20 minutes. Reception desk: It's terrible. We had to wait in the queue more than half hour to check out.

Gäste werden pauschal als Betrüger eingestuft. Nach Abfrage der Zimmernummer am speisesaaleingang verlangt der Getränkekeller nach 6 Tagen erstmals eine Zimmernummernkarte!! Wir bekommen keine Getränke. Nach sofortiger Beschwerde an der Rezeption passiert nichts. Nach dem Abendessen nochmals an der Rezeption nachgehakt kommt der speisesaalleiter hinzu, keine gemeinsame Sprache und natürlich kein Einsehen. Dann den Diesthabendenhöchsten verlangt: das Hotel habe Probleme mit Gästen, die falsche Zimmernummern angeben!! Daher sollten die Gäste ihre Zimmerkarte vorweisen können. Das nach 6 Tagen erfahren! Toll verschiede Handhabungen und die Gäste erfahren nichts. Soetwas habe ich in über 40 Jahren Reisetätigkeit nie erlebt. Zimmer werden oberflächlich geputzt, Gläser nicht ausgetauscht. Bademäntel haben Löcher und überaltert. Dies war unser erster und letzter Aufenthalt in dieser Hotelkette.

Wir haben ein Deluxe Zimmer mit Balkon für 2 Erw , 1 Kind im Westflügel gebucht. Bekommen haben wir heute ein Zimmer OHNE Balkon, ohne mal beim Check in darüber informiert worden zu sein. Auf unsere Nachfrage haben wir weder eine plausible Erklärung noch eine Entschuldigung bekommen. Der Hotelangestellte hat es auch abgelehnt uns in die von uns gebuchten und bezahlte Zimmerkategorie zu versetzen. Im Zimmer, das wir bekommen haben ist es über 30 Grad, die Klima funktioniert nicht, es gibt kein Moskitonetz. Der Angestellte an der Rezeption hat zunächst gesagt, jemand kommt wegen der Klima. Nachdem niemand gekommen ist hat der selbe Angestellte uns wissen lassen, dass die Hotels im Frühjahr keine Klimaanlagen haben. Wieder keine Entschuldigung. Laut Buchungsbestätigung haben wir natürlich ein klimatisiertes Zimmer bekommen.

Das Hotel ist weiterzuempfehlen. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und ruhig. Wir waren im East Wing und genossen All-inklusive. Das Essen war gut, die Auswahl ausgezeichnet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und entgegenkommend. Manchmal war die Musikbeschallung im Speisesaal etwas laut, aber nachdem man ersucht hatte, die Musik leiser zu stellen, wurde dem sofort nachgekommen. Unsrer Meinung nach ein tolles Preis - Leistungsverhältnis.
