Good hotel. Bad management - no rules for guests. Drunk, noisy guests. We stayed at the hotel with our 2-year-old son for the weekend. Offering a wonderful new water world for the little ones and pool activities. 2 children's boxes. Children's playhouse /machines/. Excellent food and nicely renovated rooms. Mascot and animations. It sounded like a great family outing. The hotel offers all-inclusive services, including beer and wine drinks. This attracted many noisy guests, who were already drunk and asleep at the reception by 6 p.m. The housekeepers were doing their work and pouring. No one told the guests that they would not get any more beer. Although the rooms had thick walls, through the door in the corridor you could hear the shouting of drunken people returning around 9 pm. - 2 a.m. per room. What regularly woke up my child. Elderly guests 70 plus went to relax in the pool activity for children. They sat there for a really long time and used the pearl bath and the trikes. At the same time, they also had trikes in the relaxation pools and large jacuzzis just for them. It did not make a good impression when instead of children in the children's pool there were old guests scratching their heels /I saw that/. Therefore, it would be good to set rules for pools. Older clients also went to the toilet in the children's section of the pool. Although the men's and women's toilets were only about 5 meters away. After all, if the women's toilet is occupied, I don't go to the men's or the children's - I'll wait. The hotel has many advantages, which I really appreciate, such as a TV by the pool, an offer of water or a large bottle of water at every step, excellent food, nice rooms and bathrooms, many possibilities for children's entertainment. Unfortunately, there are no set rules for guests and no one checks the guests. guests selfishly do what they want and it spoils the impression of the hotel. I don't know if the hotel focuses on families with children or on clients who go for free beer. Thank you for the statement from the hotel management.

Nettes Hotel , etwas altmodisch! Dunkle Holz , dunkles Soa ! Essen erstklassig ! Weite Wege zum Soeisesaal , zur Therme !

Würde gerne 5 Sterne geben, aber das wäre nicht gerecht. Zuerst das Positive Essen, Service und Personal TOP!!! Das hat sich sicher 5 Sterne verdient. Nun die Abzüge. Superior Zimmer - Teilrenoviert - könnte besser sein (Balkon, Farbe blättert ab, Badezimmer - sagen wir OK) Der Hauptpunkt geht im Wellnessbereich verloren. Die Sauna und die WC Anlagen sind teilweise in einem katastrophalen Zustand. Hier ist dringendes Handeln gefordert. All inklusive ist ja schön, aber wenn ich mich jedesmal anziehen muss, um mir einen Kaffee zu holen, den dann auch noch draußen trinken kann weil keine Pappbecher vorhanden sind, stört das die Erholung. Die Liegen im Ruheraum und in der Badeanlage sind relativ neu und somit in einem guten Zustand. Wir werden sicher wieder buchen, dann allerdings Executive Zimmer. Die beste Reisezeit für Paare ist außerhalb der Ferien.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, das Frühstück würde uns mit Liebe zubereitet, alles dabei was man braucht! Der Garten war so idyllisch, hier kann man's gut aushalten 😍 das Haus hat so schöne Details, für die Kinder Platz zum Spielen, Spielzeug, Hängematten.... Alles eingezäunt! Einfach super Der Hund war super süß! (Wer keinen Hund mag, ist hier wohl leider fehl am Platz) wir haben sich über den Hund total gefreut und die Kinder konnten mit ihm spielen! Hauseigener Parkplatz! Ausstattungsmäßig ist eigentlich das wichtigste da. Sehr sehr nette und freundliche Leute. Vielleicht kommen wir mal wieder, wenn wir in die Therme nach Bük fahren🤗

Renovierte Zimmer top. Lobby und Speisesaal sehen aus wie vor 12 Jahren . Keine Schwefelwasser mehr Becken ist abgedeckt , das sollte in der Hotelbeschreibung angeführt sein. Essen war sehr gut man konnte immer etwas finden . Ab 22 Uhr sind Getränke zu bezahlen und das wegen einer halben Stunde dann ist sowieso Schluss. Sauberkeit auf dem Zimmer balkon lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig . Aussenterasse wurden die Tisch sehr sehr selten abgewischt zuwenige Aschenbecher. Wir werden nicht mehr buchen . Ungarische Gäste wurden bevorzugt behandelt , da gab auch schon mal nach 22 Uhr noch Getränke ohne zu bezahlen . Auf keine Fall eine Maniküre oder Pediküre buchen wenn man es selber macht ist man besser dran Die billigsten Nagelacke werden verwendet , das hat nicht Ansatzweise auch nur mit Mani - Pediküre zu tun das Geld kann man sich sparen auch beschweren hilft da nichts
