Easily one of the Best Westerns that I have stayed at. Huge Kudos to the staff that made our stay excellent!

早餐豐富 美式簡餐 7-10點適合睡懶覺 位置優越打車五分鐘到任何地方 走到Baffulo Convention Center15-20分鐘 回來的路上順便買杯咖啡壓壓肚子 前台很熱情 非常感謝他們的友善和幫助 走着去center即可 不需要做subway浪費時間，提前打車5分鐘到 開車可能需要找停車位 很少有人開車🚗 很多人去看大瀑布 真的離加拿大很近

房間網絡時有時無；衞生間隔斷有個浴簾就好了；北側有一條餐飲街，很多餐飲店；酒店大堂裏關於城市介紹的小手冊很好。

陪孩子考試住在這家酒店，方便，安靜也很乾凈

Quando sono arrivata la mia prenotazione era stata cancellata perché in giornata avevano verificato che la mia carta di credito data a suo tempo non avrebbe coperto il pernottamento. Ormai tutti abbiamo più carte di credito! Non sono stata avvertita in nessun modo. Essendo tardi ho preso un’altra camera presso l’hotel facendomela pagare 30$ in più!

We arrived in the middle of a snowstorm and were treated with great care and friendliness. This is a great spot to use as a 'home base' when travelling in or through Buffalo. Would definitely recommend.

Great location, easy to park and employees are all so helpful and kind. Our room was very clean and the bathroom was recently updated. Breakfast options were excellent—many choices both hot and cold.

Best of the best. The GM, Troy, made our stay very pleasant. Will def be back. Many thanks to Troy and rest of your team.

It was a very comfortable stay, yummy hot continental breakfast and very friendly staff!

It was a nice hotel, stayed here because of the bills vs steelers game. Parking wasn’t the best and a few broken items in the hotel. Overall it is a decent place to stay.

... on a night when all city hotel rates were jacked-up due to two New Year's Eve festivities, this was a great value. The room was clean, and the hotel was relatively quiet despite a number of Bill's fans staying there. Would stay there again.

Beautiful buildings and near our concert venue (which unfortunately was cancelled the day before); no shopping area; seems to be a business and theatre district only; liked the free rail ride and access to bus station and then on to Niagara Falls; was wonderful there is a full free breakfast at the hotel every day and a lovely breakfast room.

The hotel, both the lobby and guest room, were very clean and comfortable. I appreciated being able to check in much earlier than the normal check in time.

Fitness center equipment- half didn’t work. “hot breakfast” was cold except for what I toasted or made “waffle”. Breakfast room tv was set to a channel with all infomercials. This was at 8 on a weekday. Hotel was very convenient, rooms and open areas very nice.
