Hotel in zona Plaza Pierre de Coubertin, Buenos Aires

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! This was a very reasonable hotel in a great location, there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but almost next door are a number of bars and restaurants which serve plentiful good food. The rooms are not plush and could do with refreshing but they were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and all the meat cheese and baked items and was free. We stayed 6 nights in all. 3 before our cruise and 3 afterwards.

I have travelled the world extensively over the last 40 years and this has to rate as the worst checking in experience ever. We had reserved a room for 3 adults with the hotel directly and had a confirmed booking. We dropped our luggage off with the hotel, placed our personal belongings in the hotel safe on the Sunday morning and were told we could not check in until after 3pm and they would take our payment then. We spent the day sightseeing around Buenos Aires, having a lovely meal at Don Julio (a great place to go for the best steak), and returned to the hotel @10.30pm only to be told that they had no room available for the family. It appears that @ 5pm that day a guest suffered a broken pipe in their room and the reception staff had decided to give them our room and find us alternative accommodation in another hotel. The alternative accommodation was two single beds in a disabled room for a group of three. Naturally we were upset, the hotel did not offer to pay the differential, and were unwilling to even pay the taxi to our new accommodation. In addition we had organised for a private Gaucho trip to pick us up from their hotel on the Monday morning. What happened next was bearing on the farcical. A reception staff member decided to call the police as they believed we were being aggressive. The police arrived, and lucky for us our son is a fluent Spanish speaker. They sided with ourselves, told the reception staff member that they should not have been called out and due to the fact the hotel were unwilling to pay for a return taxi fare gave us a lift to the other hotel. We then returned to the hotel on the Monday morning in time for our tour and booked into the hotel using a British Airways voucher for the Monday night (10 October) On the Tuesday when we checked out to return to Chile my wife and son spoke to the manager. The manager was not aware of the police being called and our circumstances (very poor internal communication). They explained all of the circumstances and we have been offered 1 nights free accommodation which we will never take. We have to date not received any explanation as to why no one contacted us on the Sunday to inform us that reservations had changed our hotel and as to why we had been rebooked into a room with 2 single beds. In addition when we stayed on the Monday night, the enamel paint was flaking off the bath, the sink taps were not fixed to the basin (refer pictures attached) and the breakfast milk was sour. Due to our experience it is difficult to recommend this hotel to anyone

Are some people in their reviews talking about the wrong hotel with their 1* reviews? I know the place we booked, and are reviewing, changed its name since we booked We stayed twice, 2 rooms each time. 1 night on the way out to Ushuaia, 2 nights on the way back The rooms were large, bordering on enormous. The bed was a commensurate size Air con worked fine, great as it was mid 30s C when we were there Breakfast is acceptable - cereals, toast, fruit, scrambled egg, pastries, muffins.. Coffee was pretty good Fridge in room Got a reasonable blue dollar exchange rate at the desk Well placed in Recoleta, barely 20 mins from AEP They readily printed boarding passes for me Highly recommended

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Bu City, molto vicino alla strada e a Fangxian a settembre 7.L'igiene è pulita e il servizio è caldo.Ho usato tre pranzi in un ristorante dell'hotel. Mi sento bene!Il calcio dell'hotel è super lode 👍🏻

Foi nossa primeira viagem internacional,o hotel fom uma localização excelente,perto de tudo, achei a recepção muito agradável , funciona 24horas,o quarto bem confortável, chuveiro com temperatura excelente,as tomadas atuais,gastei dinheiro atoa com adaptador achando que precisava, internet wifi muito boa, a tv do quarto excelente, o cafe da manhã típico argentino, mas oque tinha era gostoso, e com variedade dentro do padrao,e um episódio que nao aconteceu comigo mas estava na hora e presenciei,teve uma queda de energia no hotel e bairros próximos, e uma hospede nao tinha como acessar o quarto sem energia, entao solicitou ao gerente da recepção um valor em peso para ir comprar agua e tomar um café, ele muito solicito dispois a quantia que a moça quis, achei muito agil e gentil da parte dele. Enfim, um dia retornarei com meus pais agora.

La limpieza y el personal; fue muy buena. La atención muy amable, en gral todo limpio y bien atendido, tendrían que renovar las alfombras, se ven viejas y renovar la luz. La habitación; Muy amplia, la tv muy chica, el baño demasiado pequeño, el aire funciono bien algo ruidoso. la cama muy buena. Ubicación; Próximo a Pto Madero, Calle Florida y demás ptos de interés, volvimos muy tarde de cenar, las calles desoladas algo tenebrosas EL sector piscina; descuidado. jardín sin mantenimiento, macetas vacías, deck terraza inhabilitado por estar roto el piso de madera, pocas reposeras y sillas plásticas sanas, Desayuno; faltaban algunas cosas, pero en gral bien Fuimos por ser un hotel emblemático que queríamos conocer, fue un hotel de lujo que mantiene detalles de calidad en diseño y equipamiento de aquellas épocas, pero si sigue en este nivel de cuidado recomendaría que vayan pronto antes que se cierre definitivamente.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Buenos Aires e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. La nostra stanza era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era terribile. La stanza era un po' piccola ma ancora abbastanza gestibile. Portate le mutandine, come il pavimento della tela nella stanza si raffredda.Vi consiglio anche di portare con voi qualche hangar di maniglia, il tipo di filo che si ottiene dai puliziari secchi che non vi importa di lasciare dietro. Non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza, ma si può ottenere uno dal desk front. Si può anche ottenere un tavolo di ferro e di ferro dalla custodia di casa se ne ha bisogno. Non c'è un tipo di uscita elettrica nella stanza, ma c'è un tipo europeo. Il colazione incluso era sufficiente: pasticceria, tagli freddi, cereali secchi, formaggio, caffè, tè e succo d’arancia fresco. Se arrivate presto, il desk front memorierà il bagaglio per voi fino a quando la vostra stanza non sarà pronta. A pochi passi dall'hotel, vi sono molti attrazioni, oltre ad eccellenti ristoranti. Solo un isolato di distanza è un piccolo posto familiare chiamato Viejo Alsina che offre un'ottima cena a un prezzo molto economico. Il famoso mercato San Telmo è a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Per qualche motivo Uber non può prendere o lasciare l'hotel. È circa un quarto di chilometro al punto di pick-up più vicino. Il servizio auto (Talixo) che abbiamo prenotato all'aeroporto e da esso è stato permesso di tirare alla porta del lobby. Questo è stato $74 per un viaggio in giro. In tutto questo, questo hotel era perfetto e il prezzo era un negozio ($321 per la settimana). Potrebbe essere stato il tasso d'inverno, ma l'inverno è il momento migliore per visitare BA.

Amo il nostro soggiorno qui nel maggio 2023 in questo hotel. Grande posizione nel centro di BA, a metà strada tra Obelisk e Plaza de Mayo. È stato accolto con un check-in precoce dopo un lungo volo che è stato molto benvenuto. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana chiamato Sube (devi acquistare la carta da speciali kioschi giornali in BA, poi la porta alla stazione per pagare per aggiungere soldi sulla carta). È un sistema di trasporto integrato, quindi si può utilizzare gli autobus e la metropolitana con la carta Sube molto economico e facile da raggiungere. Grazie Hotel 725 & Buenos Aires, molto da vedere e fare e fantastico cibo e bevande!

Grande posto e grande servizio con grandi attrazioni. Posso solo consigliare l'Hotel Grand View e il prezzo è grande anche 😊👍🏻🇦🇷 anche uno riceve abbastanza breve avviso rapido conferma di prenotazione - se sei troppo presto per il check-in - si ottiene il deposito bagagli gratis mentre si aspetta per 2 PM fino a quando si può muoversi nel tuo - Sono in camera.
