Buenos Aires: i migliori appartamenti

Buona posizione, vicino al centro, Plaza de Mayo, Palacio Barolo; Senza colazione NI servizio alloggio NI parcheggio, anche se ci sono un a mezza stanza che fa un 10% sconto in soggiorno, ospitandoti in hotel. La pulizia è corretta, anche se nelle due notti che abbiamo passato, nessuno è venuto a pulire o cambiare le scarpe o gli asciugamani. Si noti che manca di manutenzione (uno degli ascensori non andava). Le camere sono grandi , le letti comodi, c'è frigo, frigo elettrico, microonde, TV, cassaforte e un'ampia zona di soggiorno. ricevimento 24 ore su 24.

Ho fatto un aggiornamento per cinque notti, per cui ci siamo sistemati in un appartamento con soggiorno, un locale per cucina con microonde, frigorifero sotto tavolo e vasca, Poi in un corridoio si apre il bagno e al fondo con vista sulla strada , il dormitorio, comodo con piastrelle, cassaforte, TV LED. L'edificio ha dettagli di mancanza di manutenzione, ma in generale tutto ha funzionato in linea con le aspettative. Devo sottolineare in ricevimento la gentilezza di Ruben, un genio, sempre di buon umore, dava piacere trattarlo, non così con gli altri ricevitori che erano semplicemente giusti. La colazione non è inclusa nella tariffa, e si può acquistare in un bar di latte, non posso dire perché non usa questo servizio. I vestiti bianchi erano un po 'pervertiti ma impeccabili per quanto riguarda la pulizia. Il servizio di pulizia è un giorno a richiesta o tramite. La connessione a Internet ha funzionato eccellente. Grazie alle attività che doveva svolgere, è stato un luogo strategico con facile accesso al sotterraneo e linee di autobus. In definitiva mi sembrava un buon rapporto prezzo-qualità. Con piacere sarebbe tornato in viaggi prossimi.

Siamo 2 notti di passaggio, in partenza e in ritorno di Ushuaia. Hotel super ben situato e ben arredate. Solo il 2° letto extra (che era un piccolo divano ) potrebbe essere meglio. Il receptionista Xavier è stato super attento e ci ha dato grandi consigli della regione e ristoranti. Ottimo professionale !

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Excelente lugar. Dispone de estacionamiento. Moderno y limpio. Gran gimnasio y el area de la pileta con muy buenas vistas y con un ambiente relajante. Seguridad las 24 horas. Cocina moderna y bastante cómoda. Muy recomendable para un viaje de negocios.
