Hotel in zona Plaza Onesimo Leguizamón, Buenos Aires

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall’Obelisco e da Plaza de la Republica (la fermata della Subte più vicina è Uruguay) è una struttura accogliente, in stile moderno e minimalista, con camere confortevoli e spaziose (dotate di vasca/doccia, phon, cassaforte, frigorifero, desk di lavoro con una presa europea, riscaldamento regolabile). Il letto matrimoniale è molto ampio e comodo. Wi-fi gratuito in tutta la struttura. La colazione a supplemento, oltre il costo della camera, viene servita nel ristorante/bar della hall (indicativamente 8 Euro per persona), ma non l’abbiamo utilizzata essendoci proprio di fronte all’hotel, all’angolo, il Cafè Martinez con ottime soluzioni di ogni genere e altre caffetterie. Buon rapporto qualità/costo e buona base per la visita della città.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

1 Avevamo il ceck in alle 2PM e siamo arrivati alle 1.30PM circa dopo un giorno intero di viaggio dall Italia e ci hanno detto che prima di due ore la stanza non era pronta 2 avevo prenotato un suite e ci hanno dato una camera che non era la suite, molto più piccola, senza soggiorno separato senza angolo cottura ne nessun optional, letto molto scomodo, lenzuola male odoranti, bagno pieno di muffa. 3 i due signori e ladri della reception GONZALO E CHARLIE ci hanno consigliato di pagare tramite bonifico dall argentina per evitare di pagare tasse e cambi valuta e dopo aver fatto il bonifico un giorni prima della partenza ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altrettanti soldi in contanti a loro due perché avevano fatto un errore di calcolo, in totale la camera alla fine mi è costata quasi il doppio!!! LADRI E DISONESTI!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Due fermate di notte prima del crociera. Ricevimento veloce ed efficiente. Arrivato molto presto ma in grado di accedere alla stanza più colazione per due per $40 che era grande. Camera grande, pulita ma fondamentale. Tutto funzionava - sicura, TV anche se più sockets, USB sarebbe stato benvenuto. I piani più alti sarebbero meglio per le viste città. Bed grande e comodo.Colazione di base ma più adeguata. Spa e piscina disponibile se desiderato. Bar dell'hotel era buono valore. Posizione grande - Just off Av. de Mayo e 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza centrale. Area abbastanza sicura anche se tranquilla dopo il buio. Molte varie cibo nelle vicinanze. Hotel e BA buon valore per soldi soprattutto se si acquistano peso quando qui.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti all'inizio del nostro viaggio in Patagonia e l'ultima notte prima del rientro in Italia e ci siamo trovati molto bene Hotel vicino al centro con personale molto disponibile. Pulito nelle parte comuni e anche nelle camere che non sono enormi ma puoi tenere comodamente aperte le valigie. Sono dotate di cassaforte. Colazione buona e piuttosto varia. Sicuramente da consigliare

Che Buenos Aires sia oramai molto pericolosa è cosa nota; ma che ti consigliassero di uscire senza orologio o telefonino, per poi derubarti in albergo non era prevedibile. Il portiere si è offerto di tenermi il telefonino mentre andavamo a cena, per poi inventarmi una poco credibile storia, secondo cui due bambini gli avrebbero rubato il telefono. La direttrice (probabile complice) si è offerta di farmi risarcire dalla loro assicurazione (immaginate il tempo perso per denuncia e lettere inutili) poi, tornato in Italia, mi ha chiesto più tempo per le pratiche assicurative. In seguito, quando sono scaduti i termini per esprimere la mia valutazione su Booking, ha smesso di rispondermi e da allora tutto tace, nonostante molti solleciti anche da parte di amici argentini. Ho dovuto ricomprare L'I Phone a B. Aires, perché lo uso per lavoro e li ha un prezzo esagerato: mi è costato il doppio di quanto lo avrei pagato in Italia. L'hotel è molto vecchio, in una zona solitaria (rischiosa a piedi) e la pulizia delle camere lascia decisamente molto da desiderare.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! We booked the HTL Urbano hotel on *********** for staying four times(two nights each time) during our vacation in Argentina.The very first time on November 2 through November 4, instead of the deluxe room for two they gave us a single room with a small bathtub with the slippery slanted side wall and rotating bathtub door.There is no safety handles in that bathtub.I stepped on the corner,felled with my face against the bathtub,got stitches at the hospital…We didn’t have time to talk to them,because we were busy looking for the hospital and a doctor and had the busy itineraries.After the second night we went to the Iguazu falls and left our luggage in their storage.We returned to the hotel two more times(after the trip to the Patagonia and Uruguay).We had the reservations made from home long time ago.On our last leg of the two nights stay( on November 16-18 after returning from the Colonia on the ferry,hotel informed us that our reservation was canceled, because they couldn’t approve our credit card.We had paid with the same credit card at that hotel twice for our first and third stay!We found ourselves at 10:00 pm at night without accommodation, and our luggage in the storage at HTL Urbano. Receptionists called his manager,and utter that conversation was very rude to us,refused to help,refused to let me to talk to his manager directly,refused to call a taxi for us!He said that he is nobody and the hotel doesn’t have a manager! I would recommend people to stay away from that terrible and unsafe hotel who’s employees have no integrity, not willing to help.Also hotel is located in the business area,which is deserted and unsafe at night
