Hotel in zona Parroquia Santisima Trinidad, Buenos Aires

Abbiamo soggiornato qui ben due volte durante il nostro piccolo viaggio tra l’Argentina e l’Uruguay. Faccio questa recensione dopo il secondo soggiorno di tre notti nello stesso albergo. Devo dire che la struttura è molto bella, sia dal punto di vista architettonico che per tutti gli allestimenti che sono presenti all’interno della struttura stessa. Personale molto disponibile e pronto a qualsiasi suggerimento. Il motivo per cui do una valutazione non alta e per una serie di motivi che mi hanno causato anche del disagi. Il principale è la connessione Internet, dalla stanza non sono mai riuscito ad avere un collegamento stabile che mi permettesse di poter fare delle riunioni online. Ho segnalato la cosa più volte senza nessun risultato. Il problema è persistito anche quando sono sceso nella hall nella speranza di poter lavorare meglio. Altro punto su cui potrebbero migliorare è la colazione, che direi non eccelsa ma soprattutto non ricca. Altra cosa che mi ha lasciato colpito è che in un totale di cinque notti trascorse in questo albergo non siamo mai riusciti ad avere un tappetino per l’uscita dalla doccia vedendoci costretti ad utilizzare un asciugamano per il viso. Anche questo è stato segnalato più volte ma senza nessun risultato. Altra cosa che mi ha colpito è che non ha mai funzionato l’aria condizionata, delle volte assolutamente necessaria in delle giornate particolarmente fredde. Ne risulta quindi che il rapporto qualità prezzo non è talmente sostenibile.

Es un gran hotel que se encuentra ubicado en una de las mejores y más lindas zonas de CABA (y las entradas al subte están muy próximas) y se encuentra bastante insonorizado. Es un hotel muy amplio y cómodo. El desayuno es cumplidor. Entregan artículos de aseo personal y el Wifi funcionó muy bien, permitiéndonos trabajar allí mismo. Si podría mejorar es la cantidad de enchufes (tomas) en cada habitación, ya que nuestra habitación solo tenía 1 disponible. La pileta no la pudimos utilizar porque estaba vacia los días que fuimos.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! 1 Avevamo il ceck in alle 2PM e siamo arrivati alle 1.30PM circa dopo un giorno intero di viaggio dall Italia e ci hanno detto che prima di due ore la stanza non era pronta 2 avevo prenotato un suite e ci hanno dato una camera che non era la suite, molto più piccola, senza soggiorno separato senza angolo cottura ne nessun optional, letto molto scomodo, lenzuola male odoranti, bagno pieno di muffa. 3 i due signori e ladri della reception GONZALO E CHARLIE ci hanno consigliato di pagare tramite bonifico dall argentina per evitare di pagare tasse e cambi valuta e dopo aver fatto il bonifico un giorni prima della partenza ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altrettanti soldi in contanti a loro due perché avevano fatto un errore di calcolo, in totale la camera alla fine mi è costata quasi il doppio!!! LADRI E DISONESTI!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

erano gli anni bui di Buenos Aires, quelli del cacerolaso …. e in tale data che ritornai per la seconda volta in piacevole hotel allora di proprietà di un emigrato italiano, che con la sua esperienza del settore fece di tutto per rendere la nostra vacanza meravigliosa anche per la sua econimicità, e ci riuscì appieno, personale attento e scrupoloso, camera fra gli ultimi piani che ci dava un panorama unico e massima la pulizia, colazioni ricche e abbondanti: La posizione UNICA a pochi minuti c'è Buenos Aires a Vostri ”piedi” : Plaza de Maio con il palazzo della Presidenza … La cattedrale, ( durante la visita conoscemmo l'allora arcivescovo di B.A. poi divenuto Papa ….), Sant'Elmo e il Caminito a piedi mezz'ora …., attraversando la strada per andare alla zona commerciale della Florida, c'era il giornalaio anche lui italiano, con i giornali italiani il teatro Colon … cosa si vuole di più ripeto B.A. alla nostra misura di vacanza a che a piedi !

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

excelencia... asi puedo definir la forma del trato de los empleados, inmersos en cada detalle para que el huesped pueda sentirse en su casa y a gusto. Me gusto mucho el desayuno, opcion muy variada, y de buena calidad. Destaco la amabilidad de la gente que nos proveia del mismo. recomiendo el lugar.

Ho prenotato una stanza quadrupla e mi hanno dato una tripla. Ma la ricezione ha appena risolto il problema. La stanza è compatibile con le foto. Caffè mattina è sempre lo stesso, ma molto buono. Nessun problema durante il soggiorno. La posizione è eccellente, a pochi metri dalla stazione di metro Belgrano, da un Carrefour Express e a pochi minuti a piedi da San Telmo, Puerto Madero e Centro storico. L'unico punto negativo è l'aria condizionata, che è centrale, quindi anche se la camera è molto calda o molto fredda, dipende dall'hotel attivare la centrale.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.
