Appartamento semplice, ma comodo e pulito.. Buona qualità rapporto prezzo. Il personale di ricezione e sicurezza è molto gentile. Secondo i tempi di pandemia, tutte le aree comuni dell'edificio hanno fornitore di alcol in gel. Suggerimenti per migliorare l'estetica: nell'Apartamento 94 riparare le crepe e le dipinte che sono state realizzate su tetti e pareti per un problema di umidità, e coprire il buco sopra la cucina. Consiglio anche di riparare le perle di accensione dei velatori di letti.

Be mindful of the address of the hotel being at Tacuarí 243, as the safari map took me 40 minutes out of the way to another location also called Design Suites. For $120 a night I don't think the experience could have been better. I am a walker so for me the location was great but also easy access to all the subway lines. The decor is contemporary, and the establishment clean. The room was large and quiet with a fridge and a strong shower with a jet stream - massage bathtub. There is also a whirlpool and sauna downstairs. (There was no coffee machine in the room.) The breakfast was adequate, and the gym was large and well equipped.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

È stato accolto con un check-in precoce dopo un lungo volo che è stato molto benvenuto. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana chiamato Sube (devi acquistare la carta da speciali kioschi giornali in BA, poi la porta alla stazione per pagare per aggiungere soldi sulla carta). È un sistema di trasporto integrato, quindi si può utilizzare gli autobus e la metropolitana con la carta Sube molto economico e facile da raggiungere. Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si possono lasciare valori. Fastidamente puliti. Pulizia multipli al giorno. Tutte le foglie, le tende sono super pulite. Molte grandi bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Attività quasi quotidianamente, che vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala di lavoro, un giardino. Dispensatori d'acqua gratuiti. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile 24/7. Sicuro perché devi buzz in ogni momento. Qualcuno è lì 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto bello, conveniente, vegetariano e un ristorante molto bello con carne grande dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente dell'ostello. Mi hanno lasciato il bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per il lungo recensione, ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino era stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie a Che Juan Hostel.

In generale, ci sono cibi cinesi molto convenienti vicino, vicino alle attrazioni turistiche come il Congresso, e la notizia è non vivere vicino alla stanza della strada principale.E'troppo stupido!

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! We stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.

Un po’ impersonale, ma sicuramente elegante e formale. Quest’hotel si presenta tenuto molto bene, con una reception pronta a fornire ogni informazione utile, piscina e centro benessere a disposizione per gli ospiti e ampie camere accoglienti. Il buffet della colazione è un po’ freddo, impersonale appunto, ma ci sono varianti sia dolci che salate. La posizione è ottima per chi è diretto / proveniente dall’aeroporto di Ezeiza è molto utile il servizio gratuito di navetta aeroportuale messo a disposizione dall’hotel.
