Hotel in zona Museo Santa Felicitas, Buenos Aires

We had a horrible experience at this hotel. By accident my husband broke a small side table in the lobby. In the beginning we were more concerned about my husband’s fall than the broken piece of furniture. Unfortunately, the management was more concerned about the small table than my husband’s well being. They asked us to pay $900 for the broken table. Since It seemed to be a lot of money for this kind of furniture we asked for proof that it costs $900 which they did not provide. We did the research online and found a set of two exactly the same tables for $200. Based on our research we offered them $250 in cash for the table and the trouble. They refused to accept the $250 and called the police. The management locked us in the room until the police came. We tried to explain to the police that the management wanted us to pay $900 for something that is worth no more than $200 but the police took our passports and kept us hostages until we paid the $900. It was the last day of our vacation. We did not have any cash left but since they threatened us that they will not let us leave Argentina we decided to pay with a credit card. The manger agreed to accept the credit card payment under one condition that the hotel will charge our credit card with black market exchange rate and not the official one. This was illegal and we would end up paying almost double. It would be around $1,700. The police did not do anything and pressured us to either pay with cash or transfer the money from our US bank account. We didn’t have any choice and asked our friend to borrow $900 to avoid further complications, get our passports back, and leave the country. In situations like this you have no rights as a foreigner. You have nowhere to go and nobody to talk to. It was a horrible and unnecessary experience in such a beautiful country. You definitely do not want to go through something like this. It was a theft in broad daylight. We strongly recommend to avoid this hotel.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Buenos Aires e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. La nostra stanza era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era terribile. La stanza era un po' piccola ma ancora abbastanza gestibile. Portate le mutandine, come il pavimento della tela nella stanza si raffredda.Vi consiglio anche di portare con voi qualche hangar di maniglia, il tipo di filo che si ottiene dai puliziari secchi che non vi importa di lasciare dietro. Non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza, ma si può ottenere uno dal desk front. Si può anche ottenere un tavolo di ferro e di ferro dalla custodia di casa se ne ha bisogno. Non c'è un tipo di uscita elettrica nella stanza, ma c'è un tipo europeo. Il colazione incluso era sufficiente: pasticceria, tagli freddi, cereali secchi, formaggio, caffè, tè e succo d’arancia fresco. Se arrivate presto, il desk front memorierà il bagaglio per voi fino a quando la vostra stanza non sarà pronta. A pochi passi dall'hotel, vi sono molti attrazioni, oltre ad eccellenti ristoranti. Solo un isolato di distanza è un piccolo posto familiare chiamato Viejo Alsina che offre un'ottima cena a un prezzo molto economico. Il famoso mercato San Telmo è a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Per qualche motivo Uber non può prendere o lasciare l'hotel. È circa un quarto di chilometro al punto di pick-up più vicino. Il servizio auto (Talixo) che abbiamo prenotato all'aeroporto e da esso è stato permesso di tirare alla porta del lobby. Questo è stato $74 per un viaggio in giro. In tutto questo, questo hotel era perfetto e il prezzo era un negozio ($321 per la settimana). Potrebbe essere stato il tasso d'inverno, ma l'inverno è il momento migliore per visitare BA.

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Bu City, molto vicino alla strada e a Fangxian a settembre 7.L'igiene è pulita e il servizio è caldo.Ho usato tre pranzi in un ristorante dell'hotel. Mi sento bene!Il calcio dell'hotel è super lode 👍🏻

Amo il nostro soggiorno qui nel maggio 2023 in questo hotel. Grande posizione nel centro di BA, a metà strada tra Obelisk e Plaza de Mayo. È stato accolto con un check-in precoce dopo un lungo volo che è stato molto benvenuto. Hotel vicino alla metropolitana chiamato Sube (devi acquistare la carta da speciali kioschi giornali in BA, poi la porta alla stazione per pagare per aggiungere soldi sulla carta). È un sistema di trasporto integrato, quindi si può utilizzare gli autobus e la metropolitana con la carta Sube molto economico e facile da raggiungere. Ha lusso ed eleganza per corrispondere alla reputazione di un hotel 100-year-old. Ma l'odore nella stanza è un po' ... ＞_＜ Personale amichevole e buon colazione

1 Avevamo il ceck in alle 2PM e siamo arrivati alle 1.30PM circa dopo un giorno intero di viaggio dall Italia e ci hanno detto che prima di due ore la stanza non era pronta 2 avevo prenotato un suite e ci hanno dato una camera che non era la suite, molto più piccola, senza soggiorno separato senza angolo cottura ne nessun optional, letto molto scomodo, lenzuola male odoranti, bagno pieno di muffa. 3 i due signori e ladri della reception GONZALO E CHARLIE ci hanno consigliato di pagare tramite bonifico dall argentina per evitare di pagare tasse e cambi valuta e dopo aver fatto il bonifico un giorni prima della partenza ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altrettanti soldi in contanti a loro due perché avevano fatto un errore di calcolo, in totale la camera alla fine mi è costata quasi il doppio!!! LADRI E DISONESTI!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si può lasciare valori. Festibilmente pulito. Più volte al giorno pulito. Tutte le foglie, cortine sono super pulite. Molte grandi, bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Le attività quasi quotidianamente vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala da lavoro, un giardino. Incredibilmente amichevole e utile personale 24/7. Sicuro perché devi fare il buzz ogni volta. Qualcuno c'è 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto grande, conveniente, vegetariano autoservizio e un ristorante molto bello con grande carne dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente di ostello. Io sono rimasto lì all'inizio e sono tornato dopo un viaggio a Patagonia, e mi hanno lasciato lasciare il mio bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per la lunga recensione ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino è stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie Che Juan Hostel.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Incredibile l'attenzione del personale! Dal contatto precedente prima di arrivare e durante il soggiorno. Ogni giorno si consulta se hai bisogno di qualcosa ... Sono senza dubbio orientati per arrivare a qualsiasi destinazione che si desidera conoscere La caldità e la predisposizione. Il depto impeccabile!!! Torno! Non c'è dubbio!
