Molto buona posizione tutta la camera prezzo e tutto in se la verità lo consigliamo e torneremo all'hotel Ci piaceva la posizione perché lì ci avevamo tutto vicino tutto amano sia porto di legno come le principali avvenute Molto sicuro il posto

Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si possono lasciare valori. Fastidamente puliti. Pulizia multipli al giorno. Tutte le foglie, le tende sono super pulite. Molte grandi bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Attività quasi quotidianamente, che vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala di lavoro, un giardino. Dispensatori d'acqua gratuiti. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile 24/7. Sicuro perché devi buzz in ogni momento. Qualcuno è lì 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto bello, conveniente, vegetariano e un ristorante molto bello con carne grande dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente dell'ostello. Mi hanno lasciato il bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per il lungo recensione, ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino era stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie a Che Juan Hostel.

This hotel is old and worn down. It’s worth nothing I booked a small budget twin room, the larger rooms could be nicer? The hotel was noisy, the paint was peeling, the room was very small, but the price was right. I arrived around 11am and was looking for a place to crash for a little bit for a 12 hour layover that would let me explore the city. The front desk checked me in right away with no questions asked which was great. However the front desk was staffed by someone who didn’t speak great English, so certainly not really a bilingual hotel and not sure I could have gotten a lot of help had I needed it. The hotel was cheap at 48 usd so it served what I wanted. I would definitely think of this hotel more as a 2 star motel than a 3 star hotel. Had more hostel like vibes than a hotel. Fine for a long layover like I had but I wouldn’t stay for an extended vacation unless you get a good deal and you’re on a tight budget. Location is great, close to tourist attractions and walking distance. You have to walk a bit to get to the famous pink building in the current TA cover photo so that is a bit misleading. Easy to flag a taxi outside the hotel which was a plus.

L'hotel è molto vicino al porto di Rotary e non ci sono voluti dieci minuti per camminare.Dal pedaggio all'hotel alla piazza di maggio, alla strada del 9 luglio, alla Fangxi e al porto di Madro sono molto vicini.Se vuoi fare shopping, puoi andare alla strada a piedi vicino al Pacifico. Il servizio dell'hotel è anche molto attento. Quando ti vedo come un straniero, l'iniziativa è di aiutarti a chiamare un taxi, evitare di comunicare con il tassista e evitare di essere incastrato dal tassista.Non tutte le camere sono dotate di un serbatoio elettrico di acqua calda, i concittadini che vogliono bere acqua calda possono portare una tazza di acqua calda al bar per bere acqua calda.

First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

Sono andato all'Hotel Parada estremamente preoccupata per le valutazioni negative, ma ho rischiato per il prezzo basso e la posizione. Ho visto le valutazioni che hanno riportato questioni di pulizia e precarietà nel servizio in camera, quindi ho già viaggiato con lenzuola e asciugamani nella valigia. Tuttavia, sono rimasto sei giorni all'hotel e, onestamente, non ho visto niente delle carenze indicate dagli altri ospiti, forse l'hotel ha cercato di migliorare. Camere confortevoli, pulite, non c'è stato rumore notturno, nemmeno il sole entrando nelle camere. Rispondenti di servizio che hanno indicato che potremmo chiedere nuovi asciugamani ogni volta che vogliamo. I bagni non hanno una scatola, ma chi ha già viaggiato in altri paesi sa bene che la questione della scatola è un'altra tradizione brasiliana, e non è stato un fatto che ha reso la vasca incomoda. La posizione è ottima, con due agenzie dell' Western Union vicino, molte torte da bere. Mi sono sentito obbligato a fare questa valutazione perché tra tante valutazioni negative, i due camere occupate da me, il mio collega, e le nostre madri, non hanno corrispondeto alle critiche contenute nelle valutazioni.

Molto buon hotel, il servizio è buono.L'hotel è molto vicino al centro della città, sotto è il principale sentiero della strada commerciale.Mi piace molto qui, sara'reperta la prossima volta.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall’Obelisco e da Plaza de la Republica (la fermata della Subte più vicina è Uruguay) è una struttura accogliente, in stile moderno e minimalista, con camere confortevoli e spaziose (dotate di vasca/doccia, phon, cassaforte, frigorifero, desk di lavoro con una presa europea, riscaldamento regolabile). Il letto matrimoniale è molto ampio e comodo. Wi-fi gratuito in tutta la struttura. La colazione a supplemento, oltre il costo della camera, viene servita nel ristorante/bar della hall (indicativamente 8 Euro per persona), ma non l’abbiamo utilizzata essendoci proprio di fronte all’hotel, all’angolo, il Cafè Martinez con ottime soluzioni di ogni genere e altre caffetterie. Buon rapporto qualità/costo e buona base per la visita della città.
