Hotel in zona El Molino, Buenos Aires

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Considering the expectations that I have for the Ibis brand (an entry/economy level hotel), my experience was great. The check-in process in the front desk was a differential. I was tired and had a few bags, but the person of the staff that received me was really quick and smart. I didn’t write her name down, but she really deserves the compliment! That day, one of the two elevators wasn’t working, but overall infrastructure of the hotel is good and the space of the room that I had was nice. I would return to this hotel, for sure.

Terribile proprietà, servizio e attrezzatura.Le suite sono bellissime, così è il Club Floor.La sala colazione è piena e lo spazio è tranquillo. Non può battere il servizio di Concierges Christian e Pablo, Butler Nelson (un tipo estremamente professionale che ha lavorato lì per anni/decenni) anche i campanelli e le squadre di custodia sono fantastici. Due volte nel corso di sette notti ho avuto un piccolo problema nella mia stanza e la squadra di manutenzione è stata li in 10-15 minuti per correggere rapidamente. Dopo aver visitato per la prima volta circa 20 anni fa e ritornato più volte, questa proprietà è ancora molto ben gestita e gestita. Kudos alla GM e all'intera squadra Intercon BA. A parte, due notti straordinari sono stati (di nuovo) a Don Julio e a Aramburu (consigliato da Christian)

Dalle foto sembra meglio. La colazione era ok, niente di speciale. Servizio di accoglienza un po' pessimo. Il primo giorno mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che avrei dovuto fare il check-out, dato che avevo prenotato per 5 notti. Un po' di confusione che ha impiegato un po' di tempo alla receptionist per capire cosa fosse successo. Inoltre ho avuto problemi con la tessera di accesso alla camera due volte, e la seconda volta sono riuscito ad entrare nella stanza solo dopo aver utilizzato la quarta tessera. Il materasso di uno dei letti era morbido.

Che Buenos Aires sia oramai molto pericolosa è cosa nota; ma che ti consigliassero di uscire senza orologio o telefonino, per poi derubarti in albergo non era prevedibile. Il portiere si è offerto di tenermi il telefonino mentre andavamo a cena, per poi inventarmi una poco credibile storia, secondo cui due bambini gli avrebbero rubato il telefono. La direttrice (probabile complice) si è offerta di farmi risarcire dalla loro assicurazione (immaginate il tempo perso per denuncia e lettere inutili) poi, tornato in Italia, mi ha chiesto più tempo per le pratiche assicurative. In seguito, quando sono scaduti i termini per esprimere la mia valutazione su Booking, ha smesso di rispondermi e da allora tutto tace, nonostante molti solleciti anche da parte di amici argentini. Ho dovuto ricomprare L'I Phone a B. Aires, perché lo uso per lavoro e li ha un prezzo esagerato: mi è costato il doppio di quanto lo avrei pagato in Italia. L'hotel è molto vecchio, in una zona solitaria (rischiosa a piedi) e la pulizia delle camere lascia decisamente molto da desiderare.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Hotel was great for what we needed. We were coming off a cruise ship and our flight wasnt until 7:30. We were able to check in early, take a nap and lay by the pool and then get a shower for our flight home. The hotel is VERY small. The tiniest elevators and hallways I have ever seen. Also the pool was also very small but there was only 2 other people there and they were also from our ship. think they were maybe 6 rooms per floor. Breakfast was included but we had eaten on the ship. There were restaurants nearby. They were able to call us a Taxi for the ride to the airport. As I said it was perfect for what we needed it to be.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si possono lasciare valori. Fastidamente puliti. Pulizia multipli al giorno. Tutte le foglie, le tende sono super pulite. Molte grandi bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Attività quasi quotidianamente, che vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala di lavoro, un giardino. Dispensatori d'acqua gratuiti. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile 24/7. Sicuro perché devi buzz in ogni momento. Qualcuno è lì 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto bello, conveniente, vegetariano e un ristorante molto bello con carne grande dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente dell'ostello. Mi hanno lasciato il bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per il lungo recensione, ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino era stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie a Che Juan Hostel.

We booked the HTL Urbano hotel on *********** for staying four times(two nights each time) during our vacation in Argentina.The very first time on November 2 through November 4, instead of the deluxe room for two they gave us a single room with a small bathtub with the slippery slanted side wall and rotating bathtub door.There is no safety handles in that bathtub.I stepped on the corner,felled with my face against the bathtub,got stitches at the hospital…We didn’t have time to talk to them,because we were busy looking for the hospital and a doctor and had the busy itineraries.After the second night we went to the Iguazu falls and left our luggage in their storage.We returned to the hotel two more times(after the trip to the Patagonia and Uruguay).We had the reservations made from home long time ago.On our last leg of the two nights stay( on November 16-18 after returning from the Colonia on the ferry,hotel informed us that our reservation was canceled, because they couldn’t approve our credit card.We had paid with the same credit card at that hotel twice for our first and third stay!We found ourselves at 10:00 pm at night without accommodation, and our luggage in the storage at HTL Urbano. Receptionists called his manager,and utter that conversation was very rude to us,refused to help,refused to let me to talk to his manager directly,refused to call a taxi for us!He said that he is nobody and the hotel doesn’t have a manager! I would recommend people to stay away from that terrible and unsafe hotel who’s employees have no integrity, not willing to help.Also hotel is located in the business area,which is deserted and unsafe at night
