Hotel in zona El chalet de la 9 de Julio (esta cerrado, mil disculpas), Buenos Aires

L'hotel è situato nel centro di Bu City, molto vicino alla strada e a Fangxian a settembre 7.L'igiene è pulita e il servizio è caldo.Ho usato tre pranzi in un ristorante dell'hotel. Mi sento bene!Il calcio dell'hotel è super lode 👍🏻

This was a very reasonable hotel in a great location, there is no bar or restaurant in the hotel but almost next door are a number of bars and restaurants which serve plentiful good food. The rooms are not plush and could do with refreshing but they were comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had scrambled eggs and all the meat cheese and baked items and was free. We stayed 6 nights in all. 3 before our cruise and 3 afterwards.

Abbiamo trascorso una settimana a Buenos Aires e questo hotel è stato una piacevole sorpresa. La nostra stanza era pulita, tranquilla e confortevole. La pressione dell'acqua nel doccia era terribile. La stanza era un po' piccola ma ancora abbastanza gestibile. Portate le mutandine, come il pavimento della tela nella stanza si raffredda.Vi consiglio anche di portare con voi qualche hangar di maniglia, il tipo di filo che si ottiene dai puliziari secchi che non vi importa di lasciare dietro. Non c'è un asciugacapelli nella stanza, ma si può ottenere uno dal desk front. Si può anche ottenere un tavolo di ferro e di ferro dalla custodia di casa se ne ha bisogno. Non c'è un tipo di uscita elettrica nella stanza, ma c'è un tipo europeo. Il colazione incluso era sufficiente: pasticceria, tagli freddi, cereali secchi, formaggio, caffè, tè e succo d’arancia fresco. Se arrivate presto, il desk front memorierà il bagaglio per voi fino a quando la vostra stanza non sarà pronta. A pochi passi dall'hotel, vi sono molti attrazioni, oltre ad eccellenti ristoranti. Solo un isolato di distanza è un piccolo posto familiare chiamato Viejo Alsina che offre un'ottima cena a un prezzo molto economico. Il famoso mercato San Telmo è a mezzo chilometro di distanza. Per qualche motivo Uber non può prendere o lasciare l'hotel. È circa un quarto di chilometro al punto di pick-up più vicino. Il servizio auto (Talixo) che abbiamo prenotato all'aeroporto e da esso è stato permesso di tirare alla porta del lobby. Questo è stato $74 per un viaggio in giro. In tutto questo, questo hotel era perfetto e il prezzo era un negozio ($321 per la settimana). Potrebbe essere stato il tasso d'inverno, ma l'inverno è il momento migliore per visitare BA.

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

We stayed for 1 night around 2 weeks ago before our cruise. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was and the front desk host, Daniel, was very friendly and helpful. We arrived at the hotel late morning after a long flight from the US. We were relieved that our room was ready. We were starving and Daniel recommended a restaurant near the hotel that was excellent and affordable. Our room was on the top floor with a great view of the plaza. It was in a great location and we walked all over and saw landmarks like the Obelisk and Teatro Colon. The room was comfortable and had a mini fridge and sofa. The breakfast was very good. Highly recommend this hotel and it was very good value.

Dopo aver volato 12 ore o meno in una città che non avremmo mai visitato, in un paese che non avremmo mai visitato, in un hotel che avremmo visto solo online, siamo stati eccitati, stanchi, e un po' inquietanti. Ma tutte le nostre preoccupazioni sono andate fuori dalla finestra entro pochi minuti dall'arrivo all'Hotel Vitrum. Ci sono stati un caldo e un'autenticità per le loro interazioni che non possono essere insegnate in alcun manuale di servizio clienti. La nostra suite era ancora tranquilla, moderna e quasi senza spot. E posso raccomandare il letto mentre dormivamo 12 ore. La differenza di zona temporale tra BA e Auckland non è favorevole ai viaggiatori di oriente. La posizione per noi è stata fantastica. Palermo è camminabile, ecletico, hip, crudo, storico e funky. E il cibo (con birra artigianale) - oh mio - tante scelte di qualità vicino o persino lontano. Asado, alfajor, empanda, choripan e tutti i Milanosi si può mangiare. Lanciare il vino e camminare tutto è essenziale. Fortunatamente Vitrum è in una passeggiata facile dalla metropolitana, quindi tutto BA è la vostra ostetrica. Che perla di una città è. Non possiamo aspettare di tornare indietro. Devo dire che il concierge venezuelano, che ci ha fatto sentire più accoglienti, ha un posto a tavola per voi se lo fate mai in Nuova Zelanda.

Hotel com excelente custo benefício. Localização muito boa! Por avaliações em sites de hospedagem, pedimos para não ficar no 1º andar e essa é a melhor dica que posso dar. O nosso quarto no 2º andar era bem silencioso! Acho que, de fato, os quartos do 1º andar devem sofrer bastante com o barulho. Oferecem um café da manhã simples que quebra um galho. Indicaria mil vezes.

Un po’ impersonale, ma sicuramente elegante e formale. Quest’hotel si presenta tenuto molto bene, con una reception pronta a fornire ogni informazione utile, piscina e centro benessere a disposizione per gli ospiti e ampie camere accoglienti. Il buffet della colazione è un po’ freddo, impersonale appunto, ma ci sono varianti sia dolci che salate. La posizione è ottima per chi è diretto / proveniente dall’aeroporto di Ezeiza è molto utile il servizio gratuito di navetta aeroportuale messo a disposizione dall’hotel.
