Hotel in zona Central De Partidas, Buenos Aires

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! First I'd like to say that the young man who assisted me when I arrived late at night at Up Tribeca was entirely professional and courteous with me, even though I checked out almost immediately after checking in. So: I initially booked three nights at Up Tribeca because the reviews for the hotel were all positive; however, the hotel ”ambience” is entirely artificial and - to put bluntly - weird. All the rooms are centered around an open-air courtyard (btw, that courtyard is the only fresh air in the hotel), and because I checked-in late at night, I had a very hard time trying to find my room number while walking the hallway along the courtyard, as it was lit by a few neon lights that (I guess) gave off a cool vibe, but no actual light. Because it was so dark, I mistook the wrong room for mine and kept trying to open the door with my card, until I noticed (again, hard to see with no light!) the ”do not disturb” sign on the door handle (sorry to whomever might have woken up to me trying to open their door.) I then continued down the dark hallway to my correct room, and when I opened the door, I was greeted to a completely windowless box of a room that reeked of synthetic air-freshener, making it smell like I just walked into a Zara Home Furnishing store. The smell was suffocating, and of course there was no way to open a window to get rid of it because no window existed. If you've ever watched the Apple Tv show ”Severance,” then you'll get the kind of atmosphere this room had: it felt completely claustrophobic and dystopic. I didn't spend more than thirty seconds in that room before I grabbed my suitcase and went down to the front desk, requesting a different room that had a window, only to be informed none of the rooms have windows. At that point, I asked him to call me a taxi, and I left for another hotel. To sum up: if you don't care that you're staying in a windowless box that smells like a home furnishing store in the local mall, you'll be fine at Up Tribeca. Otherwise, I would strongly recommend you book elsewhere.

L'albergo è a pochi metri da una delle Avenida principali di Buenos Aires, per cui ci si muove comodamente a piedi. 10 minuti dalla Casa Rosada e 20 da Puerto Madeiro.. una bella passeggiata all scoperta della città. La struttura ha bisogno di una rinfrescata negli arredi e nei colori.. la hall è cupa. Anche le camere dovrebbero essere rinnovate. Tutto l'hotel però è ben pulito, che è la cosa più importante. Il personale è sempre cortese e disponibile. La sala colazione ha tante finestre che si affacciano sull'Avenida quindi è molto luminosa ed è piacevole iniziare li la giornata con una buona proposta soprattutto di dolci e frutta

Sono andato all'Hotel Parada estremamente preoccupata per le valutazioni negative, ma ho rischiato per il prezzo basso e la posizione. Ho visto le valutazioni che hanno riportato questioni di pulizia e precarietà nel servizio in camera, quindi ho già viaggiato con lenzuola e asciugamani nella valigia. Tuttavia, sono rimasto sei giorni all'hotel e, onestamente, non ho visto niente delle carenze indicate dagli altri ospiti, forse l'hotel ha cercato di migliorare. Camere confortevoli, pulite, non c'è stato rumore notturno, nemmeno il sole entrando nelle camere. Rispondenti di servizio che hanno indicato che potremmo chiedere nuovi asciugamani ogni volta che vogliamo. I bagni non hanno una scatola, ma chi ha già viaggiato in altri paesi sa bene che la questione della scatola è un'altra tradizione brasiliana, e non è stato un fatto che ha reso la vasca incomoda. La posizione è ottima, con due agenzie dell' Western Union vicino, molte torte da bere. Mi sono sentito obbligato a fare questa valutazione perché tra tante valutazioni negative, i due camere occupate da me, il mio collega, e le nostre madri, non hanno corrispondeto alle critiche contenute nelle valutazioni.

Hotel chiaramente top di gamma. Camera ovviamente molto spazioso e confortevole. Bagno sia con vasca che doccia. Staff in tutti i ruoli super gentili e disponibili. Colazione con ampia scelta e tante specialità locali. Carino anche la patisseria di fianco. Comodo per visitare tutta la zona e il famoso cimitero e parchi.

Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si possono lasciare valori. Fastidamente puliti. Pulizia multipli al giorno. Tutte le foglie, le tende sono super pulite. Molte grandi bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Attività quasi quotidianamente, che vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala di lavoro, un giardino. Dispensatori d'acqua gratuiti. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile 24/7. Sicuro perché devi buzz in ogni momento. Qualcuno è lì 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto bello, conveniente, vegetariano e un ristorante molto bello con carne grande dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente dell'ostello. Mi hanno lasciato il bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per il lungo recensione, ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino era stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie a Che Juan Hostel.

Terribile proprietà, servizio e attrezzatura.Le suite sono bellissime, così è il Club Floor.La sala colazione è piena e lo spazio è tranquillo. Non può battere il servizio di Concierges Christian e Pablo, Butler Nelson (un tipo estremamente professionale che ha lavorato lì per anni/decenni) anche i campanelli e le squadre di custodia sono fantastici. Due volte nel corso di sette notti ho avuto un piccolo problema nella mia stanza e la squadra di manutenzione è stata li in 10-15 minuti per correggere rapidamente. Dopo aver visitato per la prima volta circa 20 anni fa e ritornato più volte, questa proprietà è ancora molto ben gestita e gestita. Kudos alla GM e all'intera squadra Intercon BA. A parte, due notti straordinari sono stati (di nuovo) a Don Julio e a Aramburu (consigliato da Christian)

Dalle foto sembra meglio. La colazione era ok, niente di speciale. Servizio di accoglienza un po' pessimo. Il primo giorno mi hanno chiamato dicendomi che avrei dovuto fare il check-out, dato che avevo prenotato per 5 notti. Un po' di confusione che ha impiegato un po' di tempo alla receptionist per capire cosa fosse successo. Inoltre ho avuto problemi con la tessera di accesso alla camera due volte, e la seconda volta sono riuscito ad entrare nella stanza solo dopo aver utilizzato la quarta tessera. Il materasso di uno dei letti era morbido.

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Un po’ impersonale, ma sicuramente elegante e formale. Quest’hotel si presenta tenuto molto bene, con una reception pronta a fornire ogni informazione utile, piscina e centro benessere a disposizione per gli ospiti e ampie camere accoglienti. Il buffet della colazione è un po’ freddo, impersonale appunto, ma ci sono varianti sia dolci che salate. La posizione è ottima per chi è diretto / proveniente dall’aeroporto di Ezeiza è molto utile il servizio gratuito di navetta aeroportuale messo a disposizione dall’hotel.
