Hotel in zona Almirante González Fernández Park, Buenos Aires

Hotel was great for what we needed. We were coming off a cruise ship and our flight wasnt until 7:30. We were able to check in early, take a nap and lay by the pool and then get a shower for our flight home. The hotel is VERY small. The tiniest elevators and hallways I have ever seen. Also the pool was also very small but there was only 2 other people there and they were also from our ship. think they were maybe 6 rooms per floor. Breakfast was included but we had eaten on the ship. There were restaurants nearby. They were able to call us a Taxi for the ride to the airport. As I said it was perfect for what we needed it to be.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! This is a fantastic hotel ! Location , Quality of Rooms , Breakfast but above all else it's the Staff , at Reception, in the Dining Room and the people who clean and service the rooms ...all without exception ...superb. Friendly , efficient , eager to assist with all requests and always with a smile! They have made our holiday in Buenos Aires a great one and congratulations to NH Hotels for their staff selection and training processes. It's a winner and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone planning to visit Buenos Aires. Near to main shopping streets , a variety of restaurants and a short taxi ride away from all visitor attractions. Thank you NH Hotel Tango and your excellent staff.

Situato a circa 5 minuti a piedi dall’Obelisco e da Plaza de la Republica (la fermata della Subte più vicina è Uruguay) è una struttura accogliente, in stile moderno e minimalista, con camere confortevoli e spaziose (dotate di vasca/doccia, phon, cassaforte, frigorifero, desk di lavoro con una presa europea, riscaldamento regolabile). Il letto matrimoniale è molto ampio e comodo. Wi-fi gratuito in tutta la struttura. La colazione a supplemento, oltre il costo della camera, viene servita nel ristorante/bar della hall (indicativamente 8 Euro per persona), ma non l’abbiamo utilizzata essendoci proprio di fronte all’hotel, all’angolo, il Cafè Martinez con ottime soluzioni di ogni genere e altre caffetterie. Buon rapporto qualità/costo e buona base per la visita della città.

1 Avevamo il ceck in alle 2PM e siamo arrivati alle 1.30PM circa dopo un giorno intero di viaggio dall Italia e ci hanno detto che prima di due ore la stanza non era pronta 2 avevo prenotato un suite e ci hanno dato una camera che non era la suite, molto più piccola, senza soggiorno separato senza angolo cottura ne nessun optional, letto molto scomodo, lenzuola male odoranti, bagno pieno di muffa. 3 i due signori e ladri della reception GONZALO E CHARLIE ci hanno consigliato di pagare tramite bonifico dall argentina per evitare di pagare tasse e cambi valuta e dopo aver fatto il bonifico un giorni prima della partenza ci hanno detto che dovevamo pagare altrettanti soldi in contanti a loro due perché avevano fatto un errore di calcolo, in totale la camera alla fine mi è costata quasi il doppio!!! LADRI E DISONESTI!!! Sconsigliatissimo!!!

Habiéndome hospedado en Ibis Congreso antes de la pandemia, veo que ha decaído ya que ha perdido algunas de sus rasgos que son importantes para el viajero de negocios como asimismo para el turista nacional y extranjero. Una pérdida muy importante es que no ofrecen ninguna computadora de escritorio siendo que hasta la pandemia habian 2. Es algo que deben restablecer y se lo hice saber a la SubGerenta, quien tuvo una actitud desafiante al respecto. Otra depreciación es que no están ofreciendo el diario de papel como lo hacán en la prepandemia, me parece una excusa pésima sostener que pude contagiar covid.... La SubGerenta sostiene que ambos empeoramientos son parte de la pol{itica de IBis en la región, sin embargo, y tal se lo refuté, en países como Brasil siguen brindando ejemplares de los periódicos en papel y hay PCs en el lobby oen un Internet corner. Lo que sigue siendo de alta calidad es el desayuno, con mucha variedad. El servicio de bar también positivo.

Come un ostello dovrebbe essere gestito. Uno dei migliori che abbia mai soggiornato in, in 20 anni di viaggio. Cortine, caricatori, luce e una cassetta di chiusura per ogni letto. Grande serrature nella camera. Le camere sono super spaziose. Hanno casse di sicurezza individuali con una password nella zona di ricezione e una telecamera che li guarda così si possono lasciare valori. Fastidamente puliti. Pulizia multipli al giorno. Tutte le foglie, le tende sono super pulite. Molte grandi bagni privati intorno all'ostello con sapone, shampoo, condizionatore. Attività quasi quotidianamente, che vanno da empanada e compagno di lavoro a lezioni di tango. Una vasta gamma di aree comuni: 2 grandi, cucine pulite ben conservate, una sala tranquilla, una sala di lavoro, un giardino. Dispensatori d'acqua gratuiti. Personale incredibilmente amichevole e utile 24/7. Sicuro perché devi buzz in ogni momento. Qualcuno è lì 24/7. Proprio vicino alla Florida Calle per cambiare soldi. Il più vicino metro è a 2 minuti. Molti negozi, ristoranti super vicino. Incluso un posto molto bello, conveniente, vegetariano e un ristorante molto bello con carne grande dove si ottiene uno sconto per essere un cliente dell'ostello. Mi hanno lasciato il bagaglio mentre ero a Patagonia. Mi dispiace per il lungo recensione, ma dopo aver viaggiato molto e soggiornato in molti ostelli, ero davvero impressionato con il modo in cui questo ostellino era stato gestito. Rimanerei lì in un battito cardiaco e lo consiglierei molto. Grazie a Che Juan Hostel.

Abbiamo trascorso due notti all'inizio del nostro viaggio in Patagonia e l'ultima notte prima del rientro in Italia e ci siamo trovati molto bene Hotel vicino al centro con personale molto disponibile. Pulito nelle parte comuni e anche nelle camere che non sono enormi ma puoi tenere comodamente aperte le valigie. Sono dotate di cassaforte. Colazione buona e piuttosto varia. Sicuramente da consigliare

This hotel is advertised on many websites as a 4 star hotel with very high satisfaction rate. But don’t be fooled by beautiful entrance. Once you get into the elevator everything disappears and you are welcomed into the rooms that resembles of a hostel. The rooms are terribly small. But that is not what is bad. The rooms are extremely dirty. Grime is everywhere: bathtub, faucet’s, toilets…Just look at the pictures! But here is where it gets worse. On my son’s duvet, there is an old blood stain. I had to put 3 boys in one bed even though we booked a triple room. My pillow case wasn’t changed. It was dirty and there was somebody else’s hair on it. I immediately went to the front desk to ask for a clean pillow case. And even though staff speaks very little English (or in some cases no English at all) this is a conversation we had using google translate: - Hi, there is a dirty pillowcase on my pillow. Can I please get a fresh one? - No, I am sorry, the housekeeping is finished for the day (it was midnight). - That’s fine, I can change it myself but can you please give me a clean pillowcase? - I am sorry I can’t leave the front desk I am by myself. You have to wait until tomorrow morning. - And how am I going to sleep on a dirty pillow? - I am sorry there is nothing I can do until tomorrow morning. He finally told me to wait for a second and he will see what he can do after I asked him if he would sleep on a dirty pillow if it was him. 15 mins later he took me to a linens’ room where there was no pillowcases. I took one clean sheet and said I would wrap the pillow with it. If you can please avoid this place at all costs. You’ll pay premium price $150/night for a hostel experience. Unfortunately we booked 2 rooms for 5 nights and they won’t refund us, even though we wanted to leave immediately after getting into the rooms. Rooms are advertised with balconies, this one has none. Just dirty windows. I can stomach lots of things but sleeping on a dirty bed and in a dirty room- I cannot.

Un po’ impersonale, ma sicuramente elegante e formale. Quest’hotel si presenta tenuto molto bene, con una reception pronta a fornire ogni informazione utile, piscina e centro benessere a disposizione per gli ospiti e ampie camere accoglienti. Il buffet della colazione è un po’ freddo, impersonale appunto, ma ci sono varianti sia dolci che salate. La posizione è ottima per chi è diretto / proveniente dall’aeroporto di Ezeiza è molto utile il servizio gratuito di navetta aeroportuale messo a disposizione dall’hotel.
