Va bene, ma rispetto allo standard di un hotel a 4 stelle è da migliorare. Il punto forte dell'hotel è che si può fare il bagno nella sauna. Non mi sentivo bene e non l'ho provato. Puoi provarlo se vai.

L'Hotel nel complesso è stato fantastico. L'area benessere è la migliore in cui sono stato finora. La colazione era molto buona, c'erano molti pasti tra cui scegliere. Anche la camera era ok. L'unico problema è che il parcheggio non è compreso nella prenotazione, abbiamo dovuto pagarlo. Quando prenoto una junior suite, penso che dovrebbe contenere il parcheggio.

Pleasant stay. I enjoyed my experience in the hotel, only downside was it being far from the metro and not many activities around the hotel area.

Hotel moderno e molto pulito. Colazione completa e personale cortese ed efficiente. Unica nota dolente la posizione non centralissima. Ma questo era noto sin dall'inizio. Quindi anche se a Budapest con i mezzi pubblici ci si muove facilmente, non lo consiglierei a chi volesse fare tutte le sere tardi nei locali.

Comodo logisticamente per lavorare appena fuori città vicino alla statale camere decorose abbastanza ampie e pulite buona la spa inclusa nel soggiorno colazione intrigante ricca e varia il tutto ad un costo equo, il ristorante buono con cucina internazionale non troppo economico

Infrastruttura dei trasporti: decente. Ci sono fermate dell'autobus a 5 minuti dall'hotel che ti garantiranno un rapido accesso al Kelenfold Terminus da cui puoi accedere praticamente ovunque. Parcheggio in loco per più veicoli e/o pullman.(4/5) Servizi: buoni. piscina, jacuzzi, bio e bagni turchi finlandesi. Sala per aromaterapia, grotta di sale, bagno turco in stile hamam (non funzionava durante la mia visita), sauna a infrarossi. Almeno 3 campi da squash. Sala pesi con attrezzatura cardio. Ascensori. Pista da bowling a 2 corsie. Un bar (aperto solo dal martedì al sabato. Piccolo giardino con fontana. Ristorante. (3,5/5) Camera: pessima. Il letto era comodo. Era abbastanza grande per le mie dimensioni. Cassaforte in camera e frigo bar entrambi presenti. Toilette molto semplice e contenitori con marchio Rubin. Cabina doccia. Manca un sigillante sul fondo della porta di vetro. Quindi l'acqua allaga la stanza ogni volta che si fa la doccia. Che poi si allagherebbe sul tappeto della stanza e lascerebbe l'ambiente puzzolente umido. Quando segnalato al personale. Offrono asciugamani extra e dicono "questi bloccano la perdita usali perché è lo stesso in tutte le stanze" Posso vedere un'altra tipologia di camera, per favore. No (1/5) Personale: molto buono e molto pessimo. La stanza era accanto all'ufficio della governante, il che significa che fuori c'erano sempre passi e passeggini. La cosa buona però è se hai bisogno di un asciugamano extra o di un set di accappatoi. Sostituzione immediata. Le camere venivano rifatte ogni giorno ma non aspirato quotidianamente senza richiesta.Le posate che hai portato dall'esterno della stanza sono state lasciate affinché tu le restituissi. Il personale del ristorante era gentile e paziente. Il personale del bar se incontri "Pieter" (scusa se non è così che scrivi il tuo nome, amico) è un ragazzo davvero simpatico e appassionato di rugby. Il suo inglese è davvero buono. Ha un grande senso dell'umorismo e lavora duro per mantenere le vibrazioni nella giusta direzione. Reception: Daniel è stato fantastico. Aveva un'ottima conoscenza locale e accumulava informazioni su visite turistiche e cose turistiche. Ristorante: molto buono. Il cibo cotto era sempre preparato molto bene, il pollo grigliato era quasi perfetto, il risotto era cremoso e abbinato in modo fantastico con un vino bianco ungherese. Una frittata al mattino è il modo in cui provo le cucine e la consegna ogni volta (non sempre con gli ingredienti corretti ma... Forse barriera linguistica?) Contro: Il giorno in cui ho prenotato direttamente con l'hotel per l'offerta migliore. Ho trovato altri x2 siti con offerte migliori. Ho inviato un'e-mail e non è stata ricevuta alcuna risposta. Ho dovuto chiamarli per ottenere una risposta dopo che il trasferimento era stato confermato ed evidenziato tramite la mia banca, a quel punto hanno confermato che il pagamento era stato ricevuto. Nessuna risposta alle domande sulla mia camera o alle richieste dietetiche fino a dopo la conferma del pagamento. Had a lovely stay at this hotel and the staff were both friendly and helpful. Spa facilities provided a lovely end to our day and booking a massage with Peter was great value at £30 for 55 minutes. A tea/coffee tray in the room would have been appropriate and we found the balcony outside our room could only be accessed by a side door from the room next door so we had other guests sitting outside our room and couldn't open our windows,

The staff on reception were all lovely and very helpful and welcoming. The hotel is not in the centre but there are buses located opposite the hotel. Rooms were comfortable. The restaurant is a little on the expensive side. The breakfast is ok. I was surprised that they do not do fried eggs as they are a 4 star hotel. The breakfast is buffet style with a reasonable selection.

I stayed at the Rubin Hotel for 10 days at the end of March beginning of April 2023. I’ve stayed before but for a much shorter time. I used the hotel because I’ve been having dental treatment in Budapest and the Dental Surgery is within walking distance. As a vegetarian their menu for lunch and evening meals is very limited, only one vegetarian option and disappointedly the menu doesn’t appear to change? I also think it would be a nice touch to have a kettle along with coffee and tea in the room. This appears to happen in most other hotels I’ve stayed in, especially England, perhaps understandably. The room itself was good and because the Dental Surgery made the booking on my behalf, the price was reasonable. There is a Metro reachable by foot, approx 17mins, which is handy because the hotel is a bit out of the way to central Budapest. There of course buses but I found them a bit more difficult because understandably all destinations were in Hungarian, whether the hotel could provide a useful transport map, would be beneficial.

The hotel is located in buda side, 30/40 minutes from city center by bus. Bus stop is just right in front of the hotel. Very good selection of food for breakfast. Rooms are clean and beds very comfortable. The shower is amazing. There are a lot of activities available in the hotel such as saunas, pool, hydromassage pool, bowling. I highly recommend it.

We stayed three nights at the hotel. The staff was welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and updated. It was air-conditioned, which is very nice in Budapest's July heat. Breakfast was very satisfactory. The indoor pool was a welcome treat. There is ample parking in front of the hotel. The proximity to the Dayka Gabor bus stop and the Kelenfold train station is a definite plus.
