Premier Inn Buckingham

Overall OK stay at Premier Inn Buckingham. Comfortable beds and good sleep other than the sound of the air conditioning being bothersome. Rooms were mostly clean aside from some dust and stains on sofa. The big let down was the welcome. The person at reception who greeted us on arrival was very cold, stared at us unconformably and supplied us with incorrect information about breakfast times. Staff also do not readily answer phones when there are issues during the stay. Also, because of the incorrect information given, we missed the majority of breakfast and did not get value for money for the breakfasts we paid for. Premier Inn have not supported us in trying to get a refund. All in all, the stay was practical and convenient with an appreciation for a good night's sleep and the facilities. However, we were disappointed by the staff at the Premier Inn.

The hotel was well located as we were visiting family in Buckingham . The hotel was warm and clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were helpful and friendly. I was a litle worried about the safety of my car as it was full of Christmas presents, as we were on our way to visit other relative. I did not have to worry as the carpark had video camera survellience and was very safe. I will definately stay here again.

I stay here at least once a month. Staff are lovely, rooms are good but getting a good night's sleep with the heating system they have, you have no chance. It is so noisy. I complained about this last month but still not rectified. Please sort out your heating system.

I like to use Premier Inns as I'm usually guaranteed a decent nights sleep. This hotel seemed quite new to me. I found it cleaner and fresher than some of the others I have stayed in. The girl at reception was very helpful with some questions I had. It has a big car park that was well lit and felt safe. A nice size room for me and my son. We had breakfast in the Beefeater across the car park. There was plenty of room there. It was a bit slow topping up the cooked breakfast, we had to stand and wait a while. They could probably benefit from an extra pair of hands in the kitchen. A second hot drinks machine would also be handy as it would cut down the queue for tea/coffee. Overall, a nice stay in one of the nicest Premier Inns I have used.

Stayed one night here with our daughter and her husband on the way down South. Lovely helpful guy on reception. Unusual rooms with a chair instead of a sofa bed… and a smaller desk. Our bathroom had a shower, no bath. However, lovely comfy night’s sleep, quiet hotel, plenty of hot water. We had a meal in the restaurant.. the meal was ok but the service was unbelievably slow… although the girl serving us was SO helpful and pleasant. Clean and comfortable with free parking.

Lovely welcome from Yathu. Pleasant room,clean and tidy. No problems. Then we had meal deal. Awful,waited ages treated like second class citizens whilst walk ins were served quickly and professionally. Food awful, a really disappointing experience. I followed this up the next day, October 19th, and was promised a meal deal refund- Yathu,Jade and Rachel were very helpful and understanding. Guess what 1 month later no refund. I am very disappointed indeed and will be on the case until I get my refund. So ladies come on,Yathu,Rachel and Jade sort it out. I will be ringing shortly and again tomorrow.
