I migliori hotel con spa a Bruxelles

La posizione di questo hotel è davvero ottima, proprio all'interno della Stazione Sud, molto comoda per chi viaggia in treno dalla Stazione Sud. Sebbene la posizione non sia nel centro della città, è accettabile raggiungere il centro a piedi per circa mezz'ora. Poiché non è molto lontano, abbiamo praticamente scelto di camminare, non molto in macchina. Anche la camera è molto pulita, il divano con configurazione extra nell'ultimo amore è molto comodo. Abbiamo prenotato una camera doppia e la biancheria da letto era di buona qualità. La colazione è molto ricca.

Location was good, room size is perfect for our small family. Love the services that the hotel provides, super fast and efficient, and fuss free. Hotel even provide lounge area, where hotel guests can go there for a small drink and some appetiser for free. I think every hotel should have such service provided, it is just super nice and welcoming back to the hotel. When we were there, it was raining and hotel staff was even offering us in house umbrella for us to use, and we returned it once we are back at the hotel. Room was a tab bit dark at some corners, but otherwise all is good. Nothing to complain about. Will definitely visit again when we are back in Brussels.

Loved this hotel! It came recommended by a friend who raved about the lovely (and quiet in the middle of the city) courtyard view. The front desk staff was very accommodating to move us to a room with that view. Lobby is sophisticated and welcoming. The staff was very helpful with printing and scanning several business documents for us. We didn't get to enjoy the restaurant or bar, but they looked very inviting. The one thing that keeps me from a five start rating is the lack of electric and USB outlets available. One side of the bed in our room had no outlet except for the lamp. The desk only had one outlet - this presented a challenge with seven computers/devices between us. Lots of great bars/restaurants nearby in walking distance. Definitely would stay here again!

Lovely Hotel. Bedroom was clean and tidy with a very comfortable King bed. The “Kitchen andBar” was a great place to eat with friendly staff. Reception staff were very helpful and there is a mini market with a Small selection of essentials you can buy. My one downside was the English Breakfast. Most items were cold and the bacon and sausage were poor. The rest of the breakfast selection was good.

The room size was OK. I was in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view to the inner courtyard. I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor (arrival was on a Friday, stayed until Sunday). During both nights there were festivities going on in the hotel (first a bachelor party and the next night the wedding). The noise (music, etc.) in the evening and during the night was unacceptable for such a high standard hotel. Even when the windows were closed, the noise was clearly audible. Around midnight I went to the reception to complain - both nights. I was told that this event would go on until at least 3 a.m. I was offered to move to another room - but I did not accept that, since I expected to be disturbed by the noise in most rooms. I was told that at my check-out a manager would be available to take in person my complaint - which, of course did not happen. On Saturday after lunch I wanted to have coffee/cake with a friend in the hotel restaurant/terrace. It took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come and take our order. When arriving at our table, he just told us that there is a QR code which we need to scan in to see the menu. We did not place an order and left - very disappointing experience! Another issue was that I was travelling alone and was put in a room with connecting doors, which I believe is not suitable for solo travellers, esp. for females. I informed the hotel about all the above and received only very poor replies. The noise situation has to be improved - if a hotel does not have suitable rooms for parties, then don't rent them out when you have paying guests who at least want to sleep at midnight.

Rimasi per tre notti e aveva un bel soggiorno, solo il problema era che gli ascensori non lavoravano la mattina dovevo controllare, ma oltre che che questo hotel è un gemello nascosto nel centro della città di Place des Martyrs. La stazione Rogier è a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro commerciale, per le connessioni aeroportuali, ferroviarie e metro. L'hotel ha una piscina e un benessere, una mini-studio e non molti hotel a Bruxelles hanno piscine.La stanza che ho chiesto era una tranquilla stanza a piano alto, lontano dagli ascensori, stanza 306. Molto comodo, ma siate consapevoli che la grande finestra superiore porta molto luce, dovete chiedere di chiudere o sarà molto luce.È meraviglioso fornire i bagni Milton Brown e ho goduto il caffè e il tè Nespresso fornito. La custodia della casa era utile, ho perso un orecchio nel bagno e una delle signore aiutava a recuperarlo, quindi grazie per il suo aiuto. La piscina, la sauna e la stanza sono grandi, ma siate consapevoli che non c'è spazio per cambiare, quindi andate direttamente al pavimento pronto per cambiare e indossate le mutandine fornite nelle travi da bagno. Il personale è stato molto utile e amichevole, e rimarrei sicuramente qui se ritornassi a Bruxelles.

Il soggiorno complessivo è stato buono con un caldo benvenuto e consigli turistici dal personale del front desk (Martina) e dall'angolo del bevanda benvenuto. Tuttavia, ci sono alcune cose che vorremmo che l'hotel potesse migliorare. In primo luogo, la zona di doccia è molto slipperata. Pensavo che il materiale di pavimento per la zona di doccia non fosse giusto per questo scopo. In secondo luogo, quando abbiamo controllato, abbiamo chiesto al personale del front desk (nuovi che non ci siamo mai incontrati prima) di aiutare a chiamare un taxi per la nostra famiglia alla stazione ferroviaria. Il personale ha detto che il taxi dovrebbe arrivare tra 20 minuti. Dopo aver aspettato 20 minuti, passando il tempo in cui il taxi doveva arrivare, abbiamo chiesto al personale di controllare lo stato del taxi. Poi il personale ci ha detto che il taxi non sarebbe venuto e non c'era impegno del conducente del taxi a prendere l'ordine e ci ha consigliato di chiamare Uber da soli. Siamo stati sorpresi e delusi, come avrebbero dovuto dire prima di noi sull'infiducibilità di chiamare un taxi. Come l'Uber aveva richiesto un altro 15 minuti di attesa, per assicurarci di poter prendere il treno, andammo con i nostri figli e il bagaglio pesante tutto il viaggio alla stazione in un giorno piovoso e ventoso!

Nice hotel for staycation. Clean. Big room and bathroom. But a little bit far from city center

Situazione ottima all’aeroporto di Bruxelles. Camera buoma (forse un po buia), con bollitore e servizio lavanderia. Doccia ampia, e comoda. Buon piano di lavoro. Ristorante normale aperto dalle 17.00 alle 23.00 e a pranzo fino alle 14.00 Buona anche la sala fitness. In definitiva ottima soluzione
