Il miglior hotel in cui abbia mai soggiornato a Bruxelles. Vicino a luoghi attraenti. Buon affare per la famiglia!

Buona atmosfera in hotel, colazione troppo costosa (17eu/persona), ma nelle vicinanze ci sono due negozi, quindi una famiglia di 4 membri può consumare tutte le varie colazioni per 10-15eu (in appartamento con cucina) invece di 68eu.

Buona posizione e aree comuni molto piacevoli e moderne. Gli alloggi necessitano di raffrescamento e aria condizionata.

Le condizioni della camera sono diverse da altre Citadines in cui ho soggiornato prima in quanto è decisamente molto logoro di quanto sembrasse sulla foto dell'hotel sul sito web. Peggio ancora, non c'è l'aria condizionata in camera e molti sono rimasti fuori nel cortile situato al centro dell'hotel durante le calde notti estive. Potremmo sentire rumori di persone che si radunano fuori dal cortile anche a mezzanotte poiché dobbiamo lasciare la finestra aperta per rinfrescarci. L'unico telefono nella stanza era rotto e mia moglie è stata trattata in modo sgarbato da uno staff scortese, un maschio belga africano sulla trentina (reception in servizio il 16 agosto dalle 11:00 alle 12:00) per non aver risposto alla chiamata di promemoria del check-out da un telefono rotto . Ha bussato alla porta della stanza e ha ordinato a mia moglie di lasciare la stanza entro 5 minuti e ha minacciato di addebiti per il check-out posticipato se non si fosse conformato. Mia moglie è stata respinta in modo ostile da lui quando ha supplicato per 15 minuti in più perché siamo già nel bel mezzo delle valigie. Alla fine dobbiamo lasciare la stanza in preda al panico. Questa è stata la peggiore esperienza con i miei numerosi soggiorni Citadines sia per l'ospitalità che per i servizi. E sicuramente dovrà effettuare il checkout e il sondaggio attentamente prima di prenotare qualsiasi Citadine poiché non sono tutti dello stesso standard. Abbiamo scattato foto in tutti gli hotel in cui siamo stati per questo viaggio, ma questo è l'unico che non volevamo scattare foto della stanza in quanto non è sicuramente quello che vorremmo ricordare.

We stayed at Citadines Sainte-Catherine Brussels for 2 nights. The location is definitely a plus – it’s convenient and within walking distance to many sights in Brussels. However, we were quite surprised to learn that there’s no cleaning service or towel replacement for short stays under 6 days. This made things a bit uncomfortable, especially when traveling with family. We booked a studio apartment for 4 people. While the main bed was okay, the sofa bed was not very comfortable to sleep on. We also didn’t take the breakfast option, so can’t comment on that. Overall, a decent stay for the location, but some of the amenities and comfort could definitely be improved.

The location is excellent. Next to Metro, lots of restaurants nearby and close to most tourist sites. Love the free coffee/ tea available all day. Only downside is it's a bit dated

Location is within walking distance to city. But the service attitude at the reception was bad. So terrible that I cannot believe this is Citadines standard. Both staff treated us like we owed them a living, don't even bother to smile or greet guests. Left us hanging around without bothering to help for more than 1hour! Luggages, please carry by yourself, even to wheel it to their holding room..absolutely no service. Worst than hostels. Citadine management, I hope u are reading this.

We stayed in an apartment for 4 people for 2 days. The room is not big but functional for 4 people. We didn’t use small kitchen area as there wasn’t enough space if we opened the sofa bed. Overall the room is clean, but a bit old for the furnitures and facilities. The toilet is a bit small too. But it’s in a good location, walkable distance to everywhere e.g. just 12min walk to the Grand-Place.

Rude reception, room was not clean, informed but reception just ignore. So disappointed

The location is great! You have a square in front which has many restaurants and bars. It’s near the central station and minutes walk to the city center. The room was big enough. The downside is that, we could’t find the AC. They only have electric fan.

the location of the hotel is convenient as there are shops nearby but the hotel is not equipped with air conditioner , they just provided with a electrical fan.

Superb location with great connectivity to public transport. Rooms are clean with a practical kitchen. Free tea, coffee and water. Helpful staff. If only the room had a balcony - it would have been perfect. I happily recommend !!
