At the hotel, upon check-in, they took 200 euros from me as a deposit. That same night I saw that they had charged another 510 euros from my card. In the morning I went to the reception, the girl said that the money had been charged by mistake and that it would be back in 2 hours. The money was not returned. I went to the reception in the evening, they told me that upon check-out, you will get back both the 200 euro deposit and the 510 euros that were charged by mistake. IN THE END, NO ONE RETURNED THE MONEY!!! This is the first time this has happened to me. I travel a lot and this is the first time that 4 days after check-out, I still have not received money in my account. Not only did you take a deposit of 200 euros, but also because of your employee who charged 510 euros from me by mistake, I was left without money on my card. Why should I suffer because of your employee? Who made the mistake? Why did they charge me extra money, no one is answering! The hotel rented 710 euros and did not return it!!! Anyone booking this hotel, please keep this in mind.
In addition, we were given a disgusting room on the first floor with a view of the WALL. Although we booked a good room of 40 square meters.
