Il Moxy Hotel , un nome, una garanzia... è posizionato in una zona strategica, non molto lontana dal centro, facilmente raggiungibile a piedi con una bella passeggiata o in bus (fermate a due passi dall'hotel). Soggiornare in questa struttura è come sentirsi a casa...la casetta del confort in quel dì Bruxelles. Tutto perfetto, nuovo e innovativo, design free, ambienti molto accoglienti e moderni e non mancano libri, giochi da tavolo, giornali e per chi ha voglia di cantare e suonare ci sono anche le chitarre. This hotel wasn't perfect but it worked well for us. With Marriott status I was having a hard time deciding between the various options. While the Renaissance doesn't have the best location (near EU parliament but a healthy walk from Grand Place and other central areas) and is a little rough around the edges，what I liked was the convenient (once you find it) and reasonably priced parking, reasonable prices in cash or points, solid four star breakfast and reasonably good (if not a little older,) rooms. Also the exec lounge was a nice advantage but really could be much better. They were disorganized, under staffed and constantly running out of food even early after they opened. Not enough utensils for serving, and hot food was very basic; no sweets. In the room, only one robe for two people and none available via front desk, and a broken shower gel dispenser. Overall, a busy, modern and functional hotel in a reasonable location with a pretty good cost benefit equation

Avevamo una stanza sul retro che era ben illuminata e silenziosa. In caso contrario, la stanza e le altre aree necessitano di manutenzione. Il parcheggio in hotel è un vantaggio.

The room size was OK. I was in a Deluxe room on the 2nd floor with balcony and view to the inner courtyard. I had specifically asked for a quiet room on a higher floor (arrival was on a Friday, stayed until Sunday). During both nights there were festivities going on in the hotel (first a bachelor party and the next night the wedding). The noise (music, etc.) in the evening and during the night was unacceptable for such a high standard hotel. Even when the windows were closed, the noise was clearly audible. Around midnight I went to the reception to complain - both nights. I was told that this event would go on until at least 3 a.m. I was offered to move to another room - but I did not accept that, since I expected to be disturbed by the noise in most rooms. I was told that at my check-out a manager would be available to take in person my complaint - which, of course did not happen. On Saturday after lunch I wanted to have coffee/cake with a friend in the hotel restaurant/terrace. It took the waiter almost 20 minutes to come and take our order. When arriving at our table, he just told us that there is a QR code which we need to scan in to see the menu. We did not place an order and left - very disappointing experience! Another issue was that I was travelling alone and was put in a room with connecting doors, which I believe is not suitable for solo travellers, esp. for females. I informed the hotel about all the above and received only very poor replies. The noise situation has to be improved - if a hotel does not have suitable rooms for parties, then don't rent them out when you have paying guests who at least want to sleep at midnight.

Ci ho dormito solo una notte. L’hotel è datato, un po’ vecchio. Infissi vecchi. Tende oscuranti buone. È a due passi dalla stazione Schumann e quindi prendendo il treno dall’aereoporto di zaventem (il più importante) si arriva in circa 20 min. I treni partono in media ogni mezz’ora. Quindi molto comodo, praticamente a fianco della commissione europea. Abbastanza pulito. Riscaldamento ad aria un po’ rumoroso. L’hotel è caro per quel che offre. La colazione costa circa 20 euro ed è di qualità normale, sui dolci siamo messi male. Personale gentile soprattutto il ragazzo italiano della sera. In sintesi ottima location e albergo buono ma non eccellente. Per lavoro puó andare.

La nostra camera era abbastanza grande, non così per il bagno, un po 'vecchiata ma bello in generale. Il letto è impeccabile e molto comodo. Wifi è buono. Il ristorante era purtroppo chiuso. Il colazione e il parcheggio sono un po 'troppo costosi. Il servizio alla ricezione dipende da chi c'è.

4 of us stayed here in a quad room which was surprisingly very spacious. The hotel is located within walking distance from Bruxelles-Midi Brussel-Zuid train station and bus depot where we caught the Flixibus. At the time the hotel was surrounded in scaffolding and looked like a building site but on entry the inside was clean although slightly cluttered as there was a lot in such a small reception. As you entered, a massive information stand stood separating the reception from the narrow breakfast area. The wooden reception area looked welcoming as lots of plants around and interesting pictures on the wall. Check in was quick & easy. The smallest and oddest lift and I've ever been in took us 2 at a time to the narrow corridors where we found our room. As we entered the room, there was a single bed to the left and the bathroom on the right. Long side the bed was a mirror and at the end of the bed was a chair, a large 5-headed lamp and a desk that held a fridge on one side with a flat screen TV above the desk. The TV could not be properly viewed from the single bed as it was in line with it so it would have probably been best viewed if the TV was placed in the corner for all sleeping areas to view. In front of the desk was a large L-shaped settee which was also wrongly set up to watch the TV as half of the settee meant you had your back to the TV. The settee was used as a bed and situated by a coffee table under a large window that had a city view. To the left of the settee was the large double bed with a headboard that had built in bedside drawers with bedside lamps on each one. Opposite the settee was a large, old-fashioned double wardrobe. There was another window in the room that was small and showed a small balcony which you couldn't access. The mosaic bathroom has 2 sinks with a glass shelf and a large mirror above plus a hairdryer next to them. There was also a bath with a shower hose attached to the bath taps and another small window viewing the inaccessible balcony. We didn't have breakfast but the breakfast area looked clean and basic with a coffee and vending machine and all with table settings for 2. At the end of the breakfast area was a large garden with some artistic statues and at the beginning was a small lounge area with armchairs and a coffee table. The hotel was also located within walking distance to the main shopping, restaurants, bars and club areas.

La posizione è abbastanza buona, il centro della città.Percorso può raggiungere il palazzo Wang e ”piccolo William”.La stanza è pulita e igienica, il cibo circostante è ricco e il parcheggio sotterraneo è anche molto conveniente.

Lavoro con gruppi di tour e vedo diversi hotel, ma non ho esitato a dire che questo è il peggiore hotel che abbia mai soggiornato con gruppi. Durante le 3 notti che ero in essa - i miei clienti erano inondati da sopra, l'elettricità è uscito diverse volte, e il giorno in cui l'ascensore è andato via dall'hotel si è rotto. I miei clienti negli anni '70 hanno dovuto portare le valigie dal quinto piano. Sono pienamente responsabile delle mie parole perché ho 39 testimoni, la maggior parte dei quali rimanere in questo ”hotel” ha causato problemi invece di riposo.Inoltre, terribile caffè in polvere e zucchero chimico troppo dolce.Mi sono abituato a molti e ho viaggiato in tutto il mondo. E non critico mai gli hotel, ma tutti dovrebbero sapere questo incubo.

We stayed on a Saturday to Monday in June, reception staff let us check in just after 11:30am which was really nice. The room was great and spacious, bed very comfy and large, air con worked perfectly for a hot weekend, the shower was amazing and good power, also the lovely L’Occitane products!! The hotel is modern and clean, good breakfast, lovely lounging bar area outside - although expensive, the espresso martini was a good one and I enjoyed the club sandwich. A couple of times our vodka was forgotten & we were just given soft drinks but they sorted it at the bar, a shame that the cheaper vodka brands were all gone though.. Louise is a good area and also not a far walk to the main grand place central area too. Our favourite restaurant nearby was colonel steakhouse, there are also lots of shops and bars. I wish we stayed more than 2 nights. If we return to Brussels we would definitely stay here again thank you!
