Hotel idealmente situato vicino alla Grand Place e al quartiere storico. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. La camera è un po' piccola per un 4 stelle, ma i servizi a disposizione sono presenti (macchina da caffè Nespresso, asciugacapelli, wifi, ecc.). La colazione era una delizia, lo consiglio! Ci sono due parcheggi a pagamento nelle vicinanze.

IL RECEPTIONIST DEL POMERIGGIO UN IMPRESENTABILE QUANDO INSITUA LE CORNA DI CAPRA A CAUSA DEL MIO SECONDO COGNOME. LA RAGAZZA LA MATTINA È INCANTEVOLE, CI HA ACCOMPAGNATO A PORTARE LE VALIGIE IN CAMERA PER SALVARLE PRIMA DI CONSEGNARE LA CAMERA, IL SIGNORE NEL POMERIGGIO MI HA DATO LA CHIAVE IN MODO CHE IO VADO A PRENDERLE E MI HA CHIESTO COME SE L'HO FATTO NON DARLO PRIMA DI PRENDERE L'ASCENSORE PER ANDARE IN CAMERA.

Hotel ben posizionato vicino al centro di Bruges. Colazione discreta con molta scelta. Biancheria da letto un po' dura e puzza di fogna in bagno. Ma impossibile dormire prima delle 2 del mattino. Prima per la fiera in piazza vrijdagmarkt fino alle 00:30 poi per la musica e le canzoni nel bar dell'hotel e poi per la gente che chiacchiera nei corridoi e sulla terrazza esterna come in pieno giorno. Nessuna civiltà da parte di queste persone e nessun commento da parte dell'hotel? Quindi tutto è permesso in questo hotel?

L'hotel era pulito e il personale era gentile e disponibile. Una posizione ideale per visitare la città. La colazione era un po' banale e la stessa ogni giorno. Le uova strapazzate purtroppo su una base pronta. Non c'era molta frutta fresca e non c'erano nemmeno i panini ai cereali. A volte pane di grano. Un grosso inconveniente era il trambusto direttamente di fronte alla casa e alla nostra camera. Non è colpa dell'hotel, ma non ci è stato detto al momento della prenotazione. Anche se siamo stati 7 notti non ci è stata offerta un'altra camera sul retro anche se molte persone sono rimaste solo una notte o due. Questa fonte quotidiana di rumore fino alle 23:00 o talvolta fino alle 00:30 era estrema. Mi aspettavo più supporto dallo staff qui.

Es war alles wie erwartet. Sehr gut. Das Frühstücksbuffet habe ich aber nicht gebucht, da ich es zu teuer fand. Schade dass man nicht à la carte bestellen konnte.

Superbe hôtel récemment rénové. Les chambres sont grandes, superbe salle de bain. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et de qualité. Le seul bémol ( pas un vrai café)

Hotel molto pulito e stanza spaziosa, posizione a 10 minuti a piedi dal centro e con parcheggio pubblico a pagamento vicino all’hotel. Molto consigliato come punto d’appoggio per visitare la città di Bruges. Personale molto cordiale e affabile.

Ho soggiornato in questo hotel solo 2 notti e mi sono trovata benissimo. Il personale della reception è stato molto gentile e professionale. La camera non era grandissima, ma completamente rinnovata, materassi e cuscini comodi, bagno pulito e nuovo, con un vero phon (che per noi donne è importantissimo). Inoltre era molto calda e la temperatura era regolabile manualmente. Tutta la struttura è apparsa rinnovata e pulita. Del ristorante non posso scrivere nulla in quanto non ne ho usufruito. L' hotel si trova in una posizione centrale vicino alla fermata degli autobus e a pochi passi dal centro storico. Per un viaggio a Bruges io consiglio questo hotel, qualità prezzo molto buona.

Ottima struttura a pochi passi dalla stazione dei treni e dal centro storico. Le camere sono spaziose e la sala dove si gode della colazione é immensa. Colazione ottima. Il servizio offerto dalla reception é pure buono. Lo consiglio.

Ottima posizione per muoversi a piedi, camere spaziose e pulite, bagno pulito comodo e malto fornito, personale molto gentile il ristorantee apprezzabile per le specialità locali ma non di più .

I stayed here in December on a coach tour for the christmas markets. The hotel is situated in an excellent position for visits to the markets and amenities. My room was excellent, recently refurbished I believe. The bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was superb being served in an atrium, with plenty of natural light. The choice of items was great. I will certainly be returning.

Revue of Hotel Le Bois De Bruges, Bruges-Belgium, of our stay on 29/12/2024 to 02/01/2025 The hotel advertised as four-star and charged more than € 300 per night. Based on our experience, see below, we would rate it as low as a two-star hotel. 1.The staff at the reception had no elemental host manners and behaved unprofessionally when we had to deal with them. Moreover, we were not the only ones; we witnessed guests angry and agitated when trying to address short comings of accommodation as well as facilities. 2.Our accommodation was less than a 25 square meters and had no coat hangers. When taking showers we had to place the soap bar on the floor; amazing!!, there was nothing where to place the soap. There was no shampoo and the shower room which was not properly clean. One time a peace of soap was left stuck in the floor drain, this resulted in water overflow that we had to mop-up ourselves. 3.The restaurant service was very poor; on our first diner the wine ice bucket was placed on the adjacent table and had pour the wine ourselves, on other occasion, when we ordered two Cavas, the bar lady look as we were a bother, further we had to take the drinks ourselves after ruddily being told “you can sit in the entrance lounge”. 4.The venue for the much heralded New Year’s Dinner, costing almost € 350 for two, looked like a cheap restaurant. Furthermore, there was neither decoration nor festive wishes. The dish service was very untimely and unprofessionally handled. Just before 12 o’clock we had to remind the waiter that they forgot to serve us traditional Champaign. Our stay at Hotel Le Bois De Bruges began on a rather sour note. Upon arrival, the room assigned to us had a strong odour of sewerage, which made it quite unbearable. To make matters worse, we found that there were still some contents left in the toilet, which was completely unacceptable and a clear oversight in housekeeping. Unfortunately, as we arrived late at night, we did not report these issues to the staff at that time. Throughout our stay, we also experienced frequent problems with the lift, which was off more often than on. Given that the hotel is rated as a 4-star establishment, it felt much closer to a 2-star experience. The quality and condition of the facilities certainly didn't reflect the price that was charged. Despite these initial and ongoing issues, the hotel did have its positives, but these problems significantly overshadowed our overall experience. We hope the management takes this feedback seriously and ensures better cleanliness and maintenance standards for future guests.

We booked five rooms and parking at this hotel. First, the hotel is in a great location, minutes walk from the main square. We had a disabled room. The room was big, the beds comfy and the bathroom was excellent. Plenty of room for a wheelchair. We ate in the restaurant in the evening. It was busy but Eugene sorted out a table for six for us. The food was superb and very reasonably priced. It was the night of a CL game and the restaurant/bar was full of away team supporters. Eugene managed brilliantly. Check out was easy and we were able to leave the car in the car park until we left at c13:00. All in all a very pleasant experience. The rooms are great - the staff are even better.
