Visiteremo regolarmente città. In questo caso Brugge. Questo trova un hotel che è il valore, l'aspetto e autentico come nessun altro. Non parlo nemmeno dell'ospite e del calore che Hans e sua moglie ci hanno fatto vivere come ospite. Una camera in cui non manca niente. Altamente pulito, aria condizionata, bagno separato e bagno. L'appartamento è realizzato con rispetto e con sensibile amore per la storia dell'edificio. Io nominerò le belle sedie, il letto con storia per Lucca italiana. E con gli adeguamenti moderni di questo tempo. Doccia Reggente, doppio vetro, TV LED e mobili caratteristici. La colazione estesa è servita nella parte più antica (secondo secolo) dell'hotel e non solo da molti panini, insabbiamento, frutta fresca, ma anche senza la colazione è già un'esperienza. In breve, fantastico e siamo sicuri che arrivare qui ancora .. Tornate indietro.

Posizione ottima, vicino al centro e a 15 min a piedi dalla stazione. Esteticamente molto bello, la camera spaziosa ed arredamento molto di classe. Il personale molto cordiale e disponibile. Avevo richiesto di avere in camera una bottiglia di champagne per festeggiare l’anniversario e senza problemi mi sono coordinata con lo staff. Non avevamo la colazione inclusa, ma l’abbiamo aggiunta senza problemi per il secondo giorno di soggiorno. L’unica cosa negativa é il costo della colazione, che però si allinea con i costi per mangiare fuori del paese, e comunque avremmo potuto chiedere qualsiasi cosa, quindi ci sta.

Hotel molto carino, idealmente situato a pochi passi dal municipio e dalla piazza principale. Gli ambienti comuni, perfettamente climatizzati, sono sontuosi, in particolare il bar che dispone di diverse sale riccamente decorate. La mia stanza, abbastanza spaziosa, era nell'edificio moderno, molto confortevole, molto silenziosa e molto pulita, come nuova. Piacevole bagno con WC, vasca e doccia, porta in vetro opaco. Vista (indiretta) sul canale. Peccato che non possiamo spalancare la finestra, solo una piccola apertura. La stanza è ben climatizzata e beneficia comunque di una buona ventilazione. Mi sono pentito della mancanza di spazio esterno in questo hotel: niente terrazza, tutto è chiuso. La colazione viene servita in un'ampia e luminosa sala al piano terra (-1). Il buffet è abbondante, fresco e con ottimi prodotti (colazione inglese completa, pasticcini, waffle, frutta, crepes…). D'altra parte, il caffè filtro è nella media e il tè molto deludente per un hotel di questa categoria. Servizio impeccabile, personale molto disponibile e discreto. Ho visto la SPA, nel seminterrato, che sembra carina quando fa freddo (niente piscina) ma non l'ho provata a causa delle alte temperature durante il mio soggiorno! Foto dal bar.

Posizione davvero centrale e comoda, ma l'abbiamo comunque trovata generalmente tranquilla e silenziosa. Le campane di Belfort hanno suonato per la prima volta (credo) dalle 8 del mattino e le abbiamo sentite. Ma aggiungono atmosfera. Camera/bagno molto ordinato e pulito. Spazio per appendere e scaffali piuttosto piccoli, senza cassetti. Va bene per un soggiorno di pochi giorni. Nel complesso compatto ma sembra molto moderno e aveva tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno. Impressionato per il prezzo ed è stato un soggiorno incantevole! Anche il deposito bagagli è una funzione utile dietro la reception, ma i bagagli non sono etichettati, quindi è self-service/a proprio rischio.

Stayed here as part of a coach tour. The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff friendly/helpful. Parts of hotel could do with some refurbishment, but felt it was value for money. Breakfast choices were varied and plentiful. Cereals, pastries, cold meats & cheeses along with hot items and facilities to make your own waffles with choice of toppings. The freshly squeezed orange juice was lovely and so much better than the watered down option you get at many hotels. The bar always seemed to be popular/busy in the evening. The location of the hotel was ideal and within easy walking distance of main square and most attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

Abbiamo goduto il nostro soggiorno in questo hotel a pochi passi dal Centro. Abbiamo provato la colazione che era buona, poiché il personale di servizio ha offerto omelete fresche cucinate. L'unico rientro è la strada per l'hotel che abbiamo trovato un ascensore fuori dalla stazione ferroviaria al livello del parcheggio che conduce all'hotel è molto Dirty n Smelly. Al check-out abbiamo usato l'Hotel Back Road che conduce alla stazione ferroviaria invece di usare il Dirty/Smell Lift.

We booked this because it has Tesla charging points and we needed two rooms and parking. Had we realised it is a Best Western we would have gone elsewhere. It was snowy and icy and the staff were too lazy to salt the dangerous paths. Breakfast was dire and the waitress (who appeared to be doing everything on her own) gave the impression that she would rather she, and we, were anywhere but there. Inhospitable. The bin outside the main entrance was full on arrival and stayed that way. The male receptionist had nicotine stained fingers, which seemed rather off putting for some reason. You get the measure of the place at breakfast. Every chair is worn out. Typical worst Western. The food was inedible: powdered lumpy scrambled egg, grey mushrooms that looked as if they had been refreshed in hot water, juice made from concentrate. It all looked a bit grubby. Tesla chargers were fine - but nothing to do with the hotel. It's about a 20 minute drove to central Bruges. My advice is use the chargers but stay elsewhere. On no account use the restaurant - they can't cook for toffee!

Spacious rooms with a full desk to work at and fast wifi make this hotel well suited to business travel. The location is just off the highway which is convenient, although it's located in an industrial area so not well suited for walking/restaurants. The breakfast is one of the best you will find and the bar and restaurant have a limited menu but good quality food. The staff is friendly and they provide excellent service.

UUtente ospiteIl proprietario della proprietà, Jason, ha ovviamente pensato di mobilitarla e ha preso grande orgoglio e cura della sua manutenzione. La proprietà si trova sul lato più tranquillo della vecchia città, ma si trova comunque a circa 5 minuti a piedi dal mercato. La stanza è ben progettata, spaziosa e pulita. Il colazione personalmente preparato da Jason è sveglio e delizioso. Un fantastico soggiorno!

SSusanIl secondo soggiorno all'hotel. La stanza non era così grande come le stazioni precedenti, ma era pulita e aveva tutto quello che ci serviva. L'hotel stesso è bellissimo, un servizio eccellente e il colazione è uno dei migliori che abbia mai avuto in un hotel. Naturalmente non è un soggiorno economico, ma per un 5* è molto buono e io sarò certamente di nuovo. L'unica cosa che vorrei commentare, e che mi sembra molto particolare, è che i servizi igienici complimentari non sono contrassegnati. Sarebbe bello avere L'occitane, Molton Brown o Elemis soprattutto in un 5*.Ma come dico, un hotel molto bello e non sarà il mio ultimo soggiorno

UUtente ospiteLa struttura è stata molto confortevole, la struttura è stata molto pulita e la camera familiare è stata pulita e ha un carico di spazio. Le noci dal minibar sono più economiche di quelle del supermercato che non potevamo credere. Solo in fondo, la testa del doccia non rimarrebbe nel proprietario, quindi dovremmo tenerla a doccia che era vergognoso. In generale, se tornassimo a Bruges, ritorneremmo.

UUtente ospiteL’hotel si trova in una posizione perfetta, in pieno centro, a 5 minuti da Markt Place, ma in una zona tranquilla e affaccia su uno splendido canale. Le camere verso il giardino sono ampie e silenziose con grandi finestre a doppi vetri con tende oscuranti e letti comodissimi. Sono dotate di TV a grande schermo, frigo, bollitore con te e caffè e cassaforte, climatizzatore e caloriferi. Il bagno grande è ristrutturato con gusto è fornito di kit shampo/ body lotion. L’hotel si sviluppa all’interno di un palazzo antico arredato con mobili d'epoca, molto bello, ma avrebbe bisogno di una “rinfrescata”, niente di importante sarebbe sufficiente imbiancare le stanze e verniciare le porte… e io sostituirei la moquettes che, anche se pulita, non da mai la stessa sensazione di pulizia di un parquet in ogni caso l’ho largamente preferito a quelle catene di hotel impersonali e ristrutturati in genere con camere minuscole. Non ho usufruito della colazione che veniva comunque fatta in una bella sala vista canale, perché un po’ fuori dal nostro budget. Complessivamente comunque il soggiorno ha avuto un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo Il personale è stato molto professionale e disponibile e l’ultimo giorno abbiamo potuto lasciare i bagagli in una stanza chiusa posta a piano terra ed usufruire dei bagni al piano seminterrato per tutta la giornata. Norme anticovid perfettamente osservate.

RRashidThe only thing good about the hotel was the location. Every thing else was bad. This is NOT a hotel you should book if you are driving and will like to park your car. The hotel will tell you that there is a huge public parking right across but will not tell you that to get to the parking lot will take 15 minutes of driving though walking back is 5 minutes. Also there are no clear directions and the whole old town is mostly one way. Hotel is old and not well maintained. Color scheme is very dark and lights very gloomy. Paint on walls and even doors are in bad shape. Washroom need lot of upgrades. I would never again stay in this hotel in fact will stay away from NH hotel chain.

CCowbella posizione con una fermata dell'autobus vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. ci sono molti negozi di waffle e negozi di souvenir nelle vicinanze. l'hotel è stato ristrutturato da un vecchio edificio immagino perché non c'è il condizionatore d'aria. è stato fornito solo un ventilatore. ma lo scenario fuori dalle finestre è fantastico. può vedere il fiume da lì. il bagno era luminoso e pulito. tuttavia, c'era un grande passo dalla porta alla porta. non capisco bene perché ci sia stata fornita una stanza del genere (avevamo due bagagli grandi e due bagagli a mano). altre stanze non hanno tali gradini in quanto nessun avviso è stato posto alle loro porte.

UUtente ospiteHotel is located very close to the highway, creating a lot of noise. Place is a bit outdated. Our family room was fine. Beds are OK. Everything clean. TV with international channels. Bathroom with shower in bath (curtain) so be careful as slippery. We liked the breakfast which is in buffet form including pancakes; good bread etc Terras with snack and beer offerings. Some are a bit pricy. Parking at hotel at 5 EUR/day Little half hour by bike to Bruges center or 15 minutes by car. Very friendly staff at reception.

UUtente ospiteMolto accogliente e confortevole camera privata (con bacino!) per ricarrare da sola per incontrare altri viaggiatori nelle aree comuni. Il personale ha organizzato una notte di gioco e abbiamo giocato a birra pong e uno e ho incontrato persone dagli Stati Uniti, Francia, Australia e così tanti altri! Anche loro hanno la loro birra, deliziosa, il 8.9 è mio preferito. Grandi nuove connessioni e esperienze, grazie Lybeer e soprattutto il personale, Gustavo Leo e Luis tre brasiliani che mi hanno fatto dimenticare che sto viaggiando solo! Bella ostello complessivo 🫶
