Hotel in zona Barn Hill, Broome

如果連續入住的話，需要整理房間，一定要去前台提醒酒店打掃房間並且補充房間內用品，否則酒店是不會給連續入住的客人打掃房間的。不過酒店環境還是不錯的。

in Oct 21 we had made a booking at Broome Time Resort (BRT) for a group of 6 of us for 3 days from 25 -29 June 22 after returning from a Kimberley Hiking Tour. After immediately receiving the Booking Confirmation in Oct 21 we believed our accommodation would be available when we arrived A day before we actually left for the walking tour BRT allowed us to leave some of our bags with them (much appreciated ) and on these we were required to label the bags with our name, number as well as the check in and check out dates of our upcoming booking (still have the bag tag) However while we were on the Tour and completely out of communication (ie NO Reception for emails or Phone Calls) BRT cancelled our booking. Although once we were back in Reception and at the BRT Check in desk we could see that they had tried to contact us 2 days before we turned up - as planned and booked for as in Oct 21 - to find our Booking cancelled and we had no where to stay We were initially told there were No rooms available but after questioning why our booking was cancelled at all and where we were meant to find accommodation on such short notice - thankfully 3 rooms were found for the one night so our group of 6 could stay (at least for this night) Although 4 of our group had to find accommodation elsewhere for the following night Besky (the Duty Manager) was able to get us all 6 of us back into BRT for the remainder of our stay (again much appreciated) However we can't be the only group to make a booking at BRT (well in advance and receive a booking confirmation) go on a trip to the Kimberley - therefore being out of communication for the majority of the trip and definitely 2 days before (we were at Purnululu) so I'm not sure why BRT wouldn't know or expect this and have another process - or whey they would cancel it at all before our booked check in date. Still have not received any explanation as to why the booking was cancelled - and even so - as the booking confirmation was received and they had our bags (with check in/ check out dates) on them whey they would cancel our booking

四年後又住到了同一間酒店，這次是為了看著名的月亮天梯。我們酒吧外面的平台上邊吃晚餐邊等天梯的出現，樂隊現場駐唱助興，充滿了節日的氣氛，太棒了。

Rimanere in una YHA è sempre un rischio calcolato, ma con alloggi prenotati in Broome mesi e mesi di anticipo (non menzionare i prezzi disgustosi riscossi nella stagione secca!!), pensavo che lo darei un giro. Quite franchly, I’ve been mind-boggled by the amount of lazy, selfish individuals (generally late teens/20-somethings) who just leave all their dirty cups and dishes and empty food and drink containers all over the place as well as the frozen mess they leave the kitchen in . I prodotti per la colazione sono lasciati aperti e non coperti o rivestiti sui banconi, con cucina usata coperta in scaglie laggiu'per tutti i voli dalla porta di cucina non chiusa a scivolare. Il latte/burro è raramente rimesso al frigorifero. Non si sbarazzano mai delle stronzate che fanno, ma di solito lasciano che gli altri lo facciano. Questo accade quotidianamente. Non riesco a immaginare lo stato delle loro case! La luce brillante di tutto questo disastro è il manager Shaun, che è sempre così gentile, utile e accogliente. Oltre a tutto ciò, le camere molto basilari sono buone, se Minamilist, e le bagni condivise sono pulite quotidianamente (grazie a Dio!). Il Wi-Fi è gratuito, ma non funziona nelle stanze, nemmeno le stanze private. Devo dire che questa esperienza è stata un occhio-apertore per dire il meno.

Recentemente ci siamo trasferiti al Seashells Resort, Cable Beach, in un appartamento di 1 camera King per 4 notti. Questo resort è in una posizione fantastica. Sta camminando a piedi da Cable Beach. C'è un fermo di autobus direttamente fuori dal resort per catturare il bus nella città di Broome. L'appartamento è molto confortevole.L'area soggiorno dispone di aria condizionata e un ventilatore soffitto, come lo fa la camera da letto. La cucina è ben progettata con lavastoviglie, caffè, tostapane e caldaia, ha anche un cucina con piatti caldi e una microonde. Il raffreddamento è pieno.Una comoda tavola da pranzo e salotto per guardare la TV. L'esterno ha un ambiente esterno e un ventilatore soffitto. Ci sono BBQ comuni all'aperto con impostazioni all'aperto per godere del vostro BBQ. La zona della piscina è molto bella con molte sale da piscina. Se hai una macchina, è disponibile un parcheggio. L'unico punto di svolta è che la doccia è nel bagno, ma questo non ha dedotto il nostro soggiorno. Torneremmo certamente a questo resort.

TLDR: seems to be popular with long-stayers. Don’t expect help with issues unless on first-name basis with management, the rooms are “too cheap” for that. The thought behind the poor rating is that had there been no issues during my stay, I would have rated the place as average, and had my issue been dealt with differently I would have given the place a good rating. However, such is not the case. The rooms are as expected from the very low price, it’s just two bunk-beds in a small blue room. I had no issue with this since I tend to not spend much time in the hotel anyway. When I arrived, however, I soon met two girls who informed me that they weren’t staying in my room, in which four girls including me were staying, but they were going to move in soon and were for now just keeping their stuff in the room. I didn’t want to make a fuss, so I didn’t bring it up with management at first. It did however bother me, because this meant that it wasn’t just four people coming and going in the room, sometimes very late, but six. I felt that paying full price for a room with two extra people in there hardly seemed fair, and so I told management. Management’s response was to huff that I hadn’t brought it up sooner, and then go looking for the other girls staying in my room to ask them about it. When they couldn’t find them they informed me that they would look into it and get back to me the next day. I was checking out the next day but that morning they still hadn’t spoken to the other girls (not sure why that had to be done first 🤷‍♀️). I left my bag behind reception to come get later and told them I’d be back at around 5pm. When I got back the person I had spoken to wasn’t there, but the person in reception told me that I would not receive any compensation because: I had already payed, the room was really cheap, and they couldn’t control if the girls did this kind of thing. I didn’t argue, because it was clearly not there decision to change. The fact that I had payed is irrelevant, and for a hotel to not be able to control how their rooms are used is worrying. As for the fact that the rooms are cheap, yes, for a four-bed dorm. I didn’t stay in a four-bed dorm however, but a four-bed dorm also used as a storage unit. I would like to add that the vibe here is very much that everyone stays for a long-time, so the staff and guests are close and seem to be friends. Perhaps the service is better once you get on a first-name basis with management. The pool area is very nice and the toilets are mostly clean. I didn’t use the kitchen so I can’t say anything about that.

Circa 1.x chilometri dalla spiaggia di cavo, può anche andare a piedi, c'è la migliore auto.L'intero hotel è un appartamento, l'ambiente è ancora disponibile.Le condizioni della stanza sono buone, la camera da letto è aperta.La cucina è completa e la cucina non è sotto pressione. Il receptionista è uscito dal lavoro presto. Se arriva tardi, ricorda di contattare in anticipo. Il receptionista metterà il receptionista nella casella di password. Non abbiamo contattato in anticipo. Non possiamo rimanere per un tempo finché non è arrivato un personale di un casinò e ci ha dato la casella di password. La gente del casinò ha il controllo dell'hotel e di un hotel all'altro lato, quindi è difficile trovarlo.

Rimasto al resort Billy per tre notti in una tenda di lusso regina Absolutamente amava l'alloggio e la proprietà molto in atmosfera con l'ambiente locale amato rimanere in una tenda di lusso. Era molto pulito e confortevole ben posizionato in Cable Beach Tent aveva una moderna bagno con una bella cucina nel retro con tetto fan e aria condizionata Una zona molto bello veranda dove si può sedersi e avere pranzi esterni che hanno solo è stato cucinato sul tuo bbq privato Dean e sua carina moglie Sharelle sono ospiti di questa proprietà e stanno facendo un lavoro meraviglioso molto amichevole e a disposizione di te ogni volta che hai bisogno di aiuto con qualsiasi cosa insieme con loro ben esperienze e piacevole Personale della reception e del resort Consigliare attentamente questa proprietà a tutti i miei doveri quando si soggiorna a Broome
