Stayed at this hotel for just under two weeks in September. The rooms were very clean, and the hotel runs a sustainability provision which is great as who needs their room cleaned every day. We were located just outside one of the pools which made a great morning habit to sit and read a book in quiet with the most amazing views. Also had a member of staff come and give fresh cold water and watermelon totally unexpected. The stunning views of the mangroves, close walking distance to the local town, with bus service right outside the door. All the staff were polite and lovely with a special shout out to housekeeping and reception as being very attentive and nothing being too much. Great hotel would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again. The food was great, good value and extremely tasty. Didn't have many breakfasts but what we had was lovely. In the evening we would sometimes choose from the Mangrove bar menu - the pizzas I would say were a highlight and best I have eaten. Not one to take many photos but attached a few - difficult to capture paradise

Grande vista sulla Baia Roebuck. Molto pulito e molto spazioso e situato in una grande posizione vicino alla spiaggia di Town. Camminando distanza dalla spiaggia, centro città/città, mercati, take away outlets, birra di Matso, bus stop – camminabile a tutte le attrazioni, tranne Cable Beach, ma è abbastanza facile catturare il bus a Cable Beach, con l'autobus fermato proprio lungo la strada. È un vecchio stile, tuttavia molto ben mantenuto. Il personale è molto accogliente e amichevole, e nessuna richiesta è troppo difficile. Il personale di pulizia fa un lavoro sorprendente per mantenere le camere pulite. L'area di soggiorno è grande e arricchita con un divano, tavolo da caffè, TV a schermo piatto e DVD player. Ci sono molti canali TV da scegliere. La cucina è piena di dimensioni e ben attrezzata con potti, pannelli, vasca e vetro. Cottura, forno, microonde, frigo a pieno formato, tavolo da pranzo e sedie. La camera da letto dispone di un letto confortevole, letti puliti, cassaforte in camera, tavolo per ferro/acciaio, asciugamani da spiaggia. Carichi di attacco e spazio di magazzinaggio. Il condizionamento d'aria funziona bene e l'area di soggiorno e la camera da letto hanno entrambi i ventilatori soffitti. Il bagno è più vecchio stile, ma molto pulito e ben mantenuto. Grande illuminazione e un vero e proprio buona luce. Buona ventilazione. Buona pressione del doccia e la camera da bagno ha una doccia e un bagno separati. Il asciugacapelli è in stile molto vecchio attaccato al muro – ma ha funzionato. La proprietà ha una piscina molto grande, palestra e lavanderia sul posto. Ben situato & pulito e buon valore per i soldi.

Questo hotel è in una posizione privilegiata che guarda la baia. La mappa di Tripadviser in questa lista, come visto sul mio computer, mostra la posizione sbagliata. L'hotel è al di sotto della Weld Street, al di là del Bedford Park, con viste illimitate sulla baia di Roebuck. Tutte le caratteristiche locali sono a piedi a distanza, poiché questa posizione è tra la Cina e la Città e la pierre. Matso è vicino e i mercati sono all'altra parte del Sud St. È anche solo a 20 minuti a piedi dall'aeroporto che abbiamo fatto perché abbiamo fatto (solo bagagli) per un volo mattina perché avevamo tempo. Il servizio di mezz'ora vi porta attraverso la Cina e sulla Cable Beach. Il Conti stesso è una meravigliosa miscela di efficienza rilassata. Tutto il personale che abbiamo incontrato è stato qualificato e amichevole. Non c'era alcun problema che non fossero felici di affrontare con successo. Ci siamo divertiti nell'atmosfera del giardino nella zona di cena/bacino/giardino alfresco. È solo rappresentare Broome piuttosto che quello che si potrebbe ottenere da un edificio moderno. Abbiamo avuto due soggiorni e entrambe le camere erano di alta qualità e avevano un soggiorno privato all'aperto, vista sul giardino e sulla piscina. Era molto rilassante. In generale, era un grande luogo per soggiornare a Broome.

Questo è un grande posto per stare me e la mia famiglia è rimasta in una cabina che era molto bella e pulita si può dire quanto erano nuovi e la doccia è stata enorme la pressione dell'acqua è stato sorprendente e è stato così caldo la piscina è stata buona ma è un po' sporca ma tu sei Potete ancora nuotare in esso il parco caravan è facile da navigare anche. Il personale era molto bello, il balcone era grande, c'era un divano grande, così come 2 sedie ci erano anche alcune porte scivolanti che erano bellissime la hall è un po' piccolo, quindi è 1 persona al momento la cabina è molto ben decorata e arredata La cabina che stavo per soggiornare aveva 2 TV. Il Landry era buono, era carta operata e avevamo vestiti puliti alla fine del giorno era un grande comodo piccolo posto per soggiornare consigliere di andare qui.

Non mi fermerò mai più in questo hotel! Hanno messo insieme due letti singoli per fare un letto doppio e erano ineguali. Il mio partner e io abbiamo avuto il peggior sonno 4 notti che abbiamo mai avuto nella nostra vita. Quando ho preso le mie preoccupazioni al personale il primo giorno mi è stato detto che erano completamente prenotati e non potevo spostarmi. Non mi sono offerto alcuna compensazione o trattamenti complimentari. Il mio partner e io doveva passare un bel paio di gioielli in due letti singoli! Ogni giorno ho dovuto cacciare dopo la pulizia per chiedere nuovi asciugamani e mi è stato detto che la pulizia non era inclusa nel costo della mia stanza. Non ho mai sentito parlare di una cosa del genere in un hotel.

Goditi sempre il mio soggiorno qui, un letto e una camera confortevoli, con balcone e un ottimo servizio cordiale?

We enjoyed our stay here and the hotel was nicely located (very near Cable Beach but not too near, and near a nice little corner store which even does lunches) I was surprised that the lifts were not working (not much of an apology on the notices) - and that we hadn't been notified in advance. While we had an offer to help with luggage, many people wouldn’t be able to manage the stairs even with luggage being carried, so I don't know what would happen if they arrived and found there were no lifts! Our room - a pool view room - was spacious and the bed was fine. There’s a big desk and a sofa. The lighting was a bit dim; and all the surfaces were very high - not great for a shorter person. I couldn't even reach the top hanging rail in the wardrobe! On the other hand there was heaps of storage space in both the bathroom and the bedroom. I had forgotten, until glancing just now at another review reporting the same issue, that the toilet bowl was stained; when I reported it the reception person looked at me as though I was mad (no apology - but it was fixed that day!) We liked the pool, but I think for safety the location of the steps within the pool should be made visible from the pool itself. While not heated, the pool temperature was comfortable, despite being 'winter'. We ate in the restaurant one night, and although the ambience was lovely, the choice was limited and the food wasn't great. But it was OK. The breakfast is probably the weakest aspect. The continental breakfast is OK, but with some standard things missing, such as orange juice, and the bread for toast was stale; and you can have a meal cooked to order (but you won't necessarily get what you asked for - and all I got when I commented on an error was a shrug!) The breakfast staff when we were there were offhand and unhelpful, unlike nearly all the other staff at the hotel. I did enjoy seeing the tiny fans rotating above the plates on the buffet! If you eat breakfast outside, beware the birds who will swoop on your food if you are not there. In general we would return, but hope that the breakfast experience improves, and that the room cleaning is supervised (and that the lifts are fixed!) If you are a bit claustrophobic, go for a top floor room, as the copious vegetation, while delightful, obscures the view in front of some of the lower floor rooms overlooking the pool.
