This hotel rooms were ok to a point that it was reasonably well kept however, a number of rooms were being renovated which didn't lend itself to a clean quiet environment. There is an elevator and a coin laundry. There used to be 24hr coffee, when reception quizzed about it, they said that new owners dispensed with the practice. There is still a breakfast of sorts supplied. There is a Denny's nearby and an African Restaurant adjacent to the property, which didn't appear to be very popular and that appears to be the only food outlets in the near vicinity.

I've stayed at a variety of hotels, but most of them have poor customer service after one or two day period. However, in extended stay, it was lot different and beyond my expectations. I never lose the first attention, nice approaches, and customer service. And I'd want to thank Ms.Evette for this kind of treatment. She constantly welcomed visitors, asked for whatever we needed, and treated us as if it were the first time.

Original room they gave us hadn't even been cleaned yet and it was completely trashed when we opened the door into the room. We told the front desk, they came to look at it and was confused. They put us in another room but it smelled heavily of cigarettes, eventhough it was a no smoking room. They put us in a different room and we later in the night learned the air conditioner barely blew cold air, so it was quite a humid night in that room. Sinks had huge cracks in them, toilet rocked, brown stains on bathtub, sticky carpet (we kept our shoes on entire time in the room), barely any bath towels, no microwave in the room, broken furniture in the room, trash on the carpet out in the hallway, lots of random people loitering the front entrance and parking lot most of the time. Do NOT use this place at all!!

Staff at front desk was nice enough, and I thought this was a good enough value to stay further from downtown since it says it's a new building but geez, how about a little soundproofing? You can clearly hear the neighbors TV (and they aren't trying to be obnoxious). I had to check the window to see if it was open as the geese outside sounded, well, like the windows were open. The rooms design is plain and unattractive. Overall, disappointing. The parking is free and so is breakfast.

I had a great experience at Best western Brooklyn Center Hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable, perfect for a restful stay. The location is convenient, close to local attractions. For the price, it exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend for budget travelers!
