Hotel a 3 stelle a Bron

The identity of the hotel is a little confusing; there is at least one other “ Ibis” very nearby, and the hotel entrance and reception is prominently headed “ NOVOTEL” with “ Ibis Styles” in smaller lettering,without any distinguishing logo, beneath, The Novotel reception and restaurant are modern and attractive.The receptionist gives directions to the “Ibis” and makes it clear that the Ibis breakfast is in the Ibis section, not the Novotel restaurant.After walking the length of a smart Novotel corridor,the era of woodchip paper,painted over in basic bright colours ,is reached in the” Ibis”. Having just come from three ( 3 and 4 star) hotels in Rome and north Italy ,I thought the Ibis expensive for the room facilities offered.There was no fridge or hot drink facilites;not even a bottle of water.The bathroom had a basic doorless shower,only one towel per person,and not even a toilet brush.The firm bed would have been comfortable without the pointless soft foam mattress topper,which caused it to feel excessively hot.Only being early May, the airconditioning was not functional,and the busy road discouraged having the windows open.The space between the outer plastic window frame, and the inner wooden one, had many cobwebs. To mention a positive aspect,we had a good meal at the Novotel restaurant,and breakfast in the bare Ibis breakfast room was of the usual standard.

Eravamo già venuti all'hotel per la nostra strada di vacanza, e cosa dire se è solo il nostro secondo passaggio era sempre così perfetto; avevamo chiesto le stesse camere che andare e questo è stato rispettato, è molto piacevole. - Una bella colazione, le deliziose madri. Se riusciremo a farlo, ci riserveremo senza esitazioni.

Le camere erano eccellenti, parcheggio gratuito, il capo ha fatto un ottimo lavoro, i cibi sono davvero buoni. Il RESECTIONIST è fantasticamente buono. Il colazione è stato davvero buono, e si è davvero divertito il mio soggiorno.

Decepcionante, cogimos este hotel pensando que sería mejor que un Ibis Budget y no, las habitaciones son enanas, no hay aire acondicionado por lo que te mueres de calor, la limpieza justita (en nuestra habitación había una uña postiza en la repisa) ,las paredes de gotelé manchadas de lo que parece una matanza de mosquitos. El papel de wáter parecía carcomido.... Por otro lado la chica de recepción era muy amable, el desayuno estaba bueno y tenía buena variedad (3 tipos de pan, croissant, pain du chocola, queso, fiambre, mermeladas, mantequilla, cereales, un par de tipos de pasteles, magdalenas...) y la chica que lleva el servicio de desayuno también super maja, atenta, cuando de llegas te explica las diferentes opciones. Sinceramente lo mejor del hotel el equipo humano, bueno al menos las dos chicas con las que coincidimos. Estaban haciendo reformas espero que sea para mejorar ni que sea la climatización de las habitaciones

Hotel un po 'concentrato, l'esterno fa paura, l'interno sentono il chiuso. La persona à l'accueil non era particolarmente piacevole neanche. Le camere sono di dimensioni standard, parzialmente rifaite con una vecchia moquette al suolo. Les joints de la douche sont à revoir ainsi que l’étanchéité en raison de l’orientation du pommeau de douche et du jour sous la porte c’est l’inondation assurée. Non c'è servizio di ristorazione stasera, dobbiamo prendere la macchina e fare qualche chilometro. Il colazione offre una varietà di prodotti industriali di base (bassa qualità di cioccolato, succhi di frutta industriali,...), senza frutta pressata. A 115€ la notte si spera di meglio.

Novotel is supposed to be a 4* hotel, it's one notch below Sofitel in the Accor portfolio. Yet this hotel leaves a lot to be desired, and it is a far cry from 4 stars. Here is a summary of what we put up with over a 3 night span: - They never made our room, even though we put the sign outside, and I personally spoke with the chamber maids, and asked them to do it. - The door's don't close, they get trapped on the carpet; so, unlike other hotels, where you exit the room, and the door closes behind you, here you need to make sure you pull it - Safe box not working - Mini fridge not working - Not enough power sockets near the bed to charge devices - Only one person at the front desk looking after 2 hotels is by far inadequate, there was usually a line of people having concerns at all times. - Food in the restaurant is average at best... THIS IS FRANCE FOR CRYING OUT LOUD... FOOD IS YOUR THING! - The bar is not sufficiently assorted - The breakfast buffet is a joke. The only way to have eggs is scrambled and reheated in a microwave All in all... not a good experience. If you can... stay somewhere else
