Hotels con pick-up a Brno

Un hotel molto decente situato nella posizione perfetta (centro della città antica) da cui si trova vicino ovunque. Inoltre, è possibile raggiungere direttamente l'ingresso dell'hotel, che non è così evidente per altre strutture del genere nei vicini, a causa della zona pedonale in cui l'ingresso è molto difficile, e talvolta impossibile. Camera mantenuta in standard dagli anni '20 del secolo scorso. Confortabile, oltre a un letto con una materassi piuttosto dura.Colazione a un livello molto decente. Bello e utile servizio. Puoi rimpiangere che l'hotel non abbia un grande parcheggio sul sito, ma porta la macchina al garage, ma ha anche i vantaggi, perché la macchina torna pulita e è disponibile senza problemi di grande entità - si chiede solo il servizio e dopo pochi minuti la macchina è pronta a ricevere. Intorno a molte attrazioni interessanti e storiche, quindi il posto vale la pena di comandare.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

La posizione di questo hotel non può essere battuta. È vicino al centro ferroviario e tram di Brno, facile da camminare per quasi tutto quello che ti interessa vedere a Brno, bellissimi ristoranti a una passeggiata facile. Il personale era ok. Non troppo amichevole, ma cortese. La mia stanza era buona, ma era al retro dell'hotel. Alle cinque di mattina, mi svegliarono i camion che svuotano i residui dietro l'hotel. Il cibo in questo hotel non era grande. Il pranzo che abbiamo mangiato nel ristorante era un cibo ceco tipico e non rappresentava il paese.

Lovely place by the lake, recently modernised. Breakfast was excellent, good choice, on the second day there was an egg station for anything you want. Both days there is a barista providing proper coffee at breakfast which is included. They are an artist in coffee. We ate lunches and dinner at the hotel on the lovely terrace overlooking the lake. Food was good if quite simple, staff were excellent. We also booked a massage in the wellness centre, (2 hours a day general admission is included in your stay). The masseuse was amazing, professional and clearly trained. They have a fridge in the room and you just buy what you wish from reception. Prices are very reasonable. Around the hotel is a collection of little bars, restaurants and water sports places, it all feels very holiday like, probably because it is on the edge of the city of Brno. It was very busy round the lake on Sunday. Monday was quiet in the morning then things opened at lunchtime. We took an enjoyable trip around the lake on the regular boats that cross cross it and take you to different areas, took 2.5 hours in total. We will stay here again if in the area.

Questo hotel è a circa 15-20 minuti di taxi dall'aeroporto o dalla stazione ferroviaria, ma è proprio vicino al centro dove tutto sta andando, è anche molto vicino alla zona di sorgente recentemente ristrutturata e ci sono molte cose in giro. La stanza fa il lavoro, la mia camera doppia aveva una comoda divisione del bagno da un lato e il bagno dall'altro che è grande per le coppie, spazio per appendere la TV, facile da usare A/C e un piccolo balcone (vi consiglierei di essere inferiore se La camera è arancione e blu, ma non mi dispiace, e il letto è comodo e mi sono addormentato bene, sono venuto in un calore e l'A/C nella mia stanza era grande e mi ha mantenuto freddo, e la stanza è stata anche un po' fredda dopo che era chiusa. Il doccia è un tipo di pioggia con una doccia laterale per capelli e c'è un piccolo bacino con una coperta ancora più piccola per le tue cose. Wi-Fi era buono, ma così era il mio segnale mobile, quindi non ne aveva davvero bisogno così tanto. Per quanto riguarda il colazione, va bene - non brillante, non male, serve caffè e tè anche se il personale è disposto a prendere il piatto prima di finire il pranzo, non è brillante, ma male e buono valore per i soldi. Sarei rimasto solo per la doccia e l'aria con!

Advantages - location - pretty close to the city center, good calm area - small hotel – not too many guests - cozy rooms - decent breakfasts – for its price - friendly personnel trying to help in any situation Drawbacks - “tired” interiors – it seems like most of the rooms require some renovation - problems with AC which was critical for us in Brno in June (30+ C outside) - lack of flexibility from the hotel’s management side I need to explain 2 last points. We were in Brno in June 2023 because of health treatment and didn’t know how long it would last, so we booked 6 non-refundable days in this hotel. We specifically chose hotel, not Airbnb, because we were familiar with local summer and wanted to have a room with AC. However, when we checked-in, it turned out that AC in our room doesn’t work which we hadn’t being told. Then it turned out that there was a big ACs replacement in the hotel at that time (without any notification during or after booking). We managed to get another room on the second night, and at the same got information from the clinic that we may go home after day 3. Via Booking we asked for partial refund because of the inconveniences with AC and partly because we checked-out after 3 nights while paid for 6. After that , I experienced 3 or 4 months (!!) of correspondence with Booking and the hotel management which from the very beginning was ready to refund but always had some technical problems, and in the end just disappeared. Lot of waisted time. Strongly do not recommend, as, unfortunately, with all the advantages I mentioned above , general impression is negative.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto tranquilla, ben comunicata dal centro della città. Il prossimo vantaggio è un delizioso colazione regionale con il panorama di Brna in fondo.Grazie al personale competente e al servizio estremamente bello e professionale, l'ospite può davvero sentirsi a casa. Raccomando questo hotel a qualsiasi viaggiatore di tutta Morawa.
