Excellent hotel. Loved the rooms, the customer care, the cafe, the games for Kids. Definitely recommend this hotel to everyone. The rooms were very clean. The Air Con was working perfectly. Had a very good night's sleep. Ample space for parking as well.

A nice hotel located near the highway. The room is spacious and well equipped. Clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast is excellent too. One the best hotel we stayed in during our Eastern Europe road trip.

We had booked a room for three adult people. When we got there, there was only one prepared bed with only one duvet! We talked to a woman in the reception, and it is by far the worst hotel service we have ever experienced! At this point it was almost midnight and the response we got was that she did not know where the bedding and sheets were kept. She had us follow her and after a while she found only one duvet and one sheet for this duvet. She handed it to us like so, not prepared, and when asked she said to us: “Does it look like I do that type of work here?”. After this we went back to the reception as this was completely unacceptable treatment from a receptionist at a well known hotel chain. She was not solution oriented AT ALL. She told us there were not any other available rooms. She never apologized. She would not give her full name , and said that she was quitting her job here. She told us she hade never been in this type of situation before. She told us she had no one to ask for help and that the people who work here during the day, and who would know where the bedding we needed were, were not here at this time of the day. She told us she was not hiding the bedding from us, that she sincerely did not know where it was. We did not get the room prepared as we had booked it. She even asked us what WE (!!) thought she should do. She said that the only option she saw was to give us back our money and that we could leave the hotel, at 00:30 at night (!!!!). Outrageous!!! We were all so dumbfounded and shocked by this completely unacceptable way of treating your clients that we absolutely considered to pack up and leave. After some time of talking and being dumbfounded by this TERRIBLE service she suddenly said the she could separate us and give us one more room. We accepted this and that was it. We are going to take action after this and call the director of the hotel and tell him about this experience. This is the absolute worst service experience we have ever experienced. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE! And SHOCKING as this is a known hotel chain with great reviews! I am still lost for words, as I also was after talking to that terrible employee with no service skills to say the least.

Best part was the room, a double - plenty of space, well-appointed and well-cleaned and maintained. I was there for a convention and it's difficult to rate the restaurant fare properly. They ran out early of non-meat options. However, a polite, 'diplomatic' remonstration with the chef resulted later in an attractive a la carte fish dish served at the table. The breakfast buffet was fairly good. Service overall could have been more friendly. The sauna/wellness area was underwhelming and had strange hours: door locked until 6pm, which is also when they switch on the heating. Dinner from 6.30pm?! The taxi they ordered for me (the hotel is about 10-15 minutes outside the centre) failed to arrive - the driver "forgot" - and they couldn't get another. I only caught my connection thanks to one of the organisers frantically driving us in her car. Loud music at night from the stage at the sports ground opposite but, hey ho. Conference facilities were good, and well-staffed. I think everyone was pleased. Overall a good experience at the Quality Hotel Brno Exhibition Centre. compa

Nice hotel, good rooms, fair location. Too bad the staff is not friendly or professional. The girl that checked us in on March 29th looked annoyed. Same thing for the lady at the Brasserie restaurant during breakfast. There was another girl also in the breakfast room that did not speak English, not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Positive note: the only smile we witnessed at this hotel came from the girl that checked us out, the exception. Our Reservation number 1524487

Wir haben dieses Hotel im Zuge einer Hundeausstellung besucht. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Bad hatte eine Badewanne. Freundlicher Service beim Ein- und Auschecken. Das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr groß und abwechslungsreich. Wir haben auch dort zu Abend gegessen. Das Essen war sehr gut, der Kellner war sehr aufmerksam, aber plötzlich weg und der zweite Kellner war sichtlich überfordert. Wir mussten fast eine Stunde auf die Rechnung warten. Bei den anderen Gästen dauerte es genauso lange, bis sie bestellen konnten. Die meisten waren auch verärgert, nahmen es aber teilweise mit Humor.
