Because the Premier Inn (PI) hotel car park was quite small, I couldn’t find a parking slot one day and was suggested to park the car at the car park of holiday inn (HI). The staff said they would provide us a discount voucher. Later when we gave the HI car park entrance ticket to the PI hotel staff for the discount voucher, the staff JUST returned us with the discount voucher (which very much looked like the entrance ticket) but not with the entrance ticket as well. At that time we did not notice this. Until we wanted to drive out from the HI car park, we found that the one we got back from the PI staff was a voucher! We went back the PI for help and would like the staff to check whether the entrance ticket was left somewhere at the check-in counter at the lobby. It’s because when the voucher (which looked like the entrance ticket) was returned to us, we were sure that only the voucher was returned but not with the entrance ticket. However the staff became very rude and refused to check for us (she did not even called the staff who dealt with the car park voucher for us last time). I think she was very irresponsible! She just asked us to call the HI car park manager, who never caught our calls. We actually did not mind to pay the parking fee. We just wanted to drive out from the HI carpark. Finally, after 2 hours, problem was solved!! We were suggested by the HI carpark staff that we actually could simply press the button “lost ticket” on the pay machine located at the HI carpark and pay the fee. I think the PI staff should have provided us with more information about how we could deal with this problem and should have called her colleagues about the loss of HI carpark ticket. It must be somewhere at the PI check-in counter where we gave it to the staff earlier. Therefore, due to the irresponsibility of the rude staff, I don’t really recommend staying at this hotel if you drive to Bristol. On the other hand, other staff were polite, helpful and friendly.

L'hotel è un edificio molto vecchio, alcuni come le popolazioni, le strutture sono molto vecchie.L'antica struttura della stanza dell'ascensore, la camera è più grande e il letto è più morbido e più pulito!Anche se la finestra è molto piccola, il bagno è più grande e ha un guasto indipendente, lavanderia e lavastoviglie! L'hotel è un bar sotto. La signora che riceve la ricetta è molto educata e amichevole. Si prega di notare che la camera dell'hotel è molto scarsa per il suono. Tutte le attività della stanza accanto possono essere sentite chiaramente. Il rumore del bar di notte influenza anche molto il riposo

Una delle case di Mews è stata prenota per noi, per nostra figlia e per il suo ragazzo per rimanere nella notte della sua laurea. Era perfetto. 2 camere da letto abbastanza grandi, entrambi possono essere costruite con letti matrimoniali o gemelli grandi. Uno è poi e c'è un bagno separato. Abbigliamento, scarpe e bagni L'Occitane forniti. Le camere da letto e la sala utensili sono le scale con un grande spazio aperto di alloggio in alto. Piattaforma cucina abbastanza ben attrezzata per quanto posso dire. (non abbiamo cucinato, ma ho controllato). I mobili e gli accessori sono ovviamente abbastanza nuovi e tutto è di buona qualità e tutto il posto era senza spot. In breve, assolutamente non potevamo sbagliarlo. Il nostro solo dispiacere? che non ci fermiamo più. Per chiunque cerca un alloggio vicino all'Università di Bristol è vicino e mi consiglierei assolutamente questo posto

La guesthouse è in una posizione pazzesca nella Old City dalla quale è possibile raggiungere quasi tutti i landmark della città. Molto bello l'edificio in cui è ospitata e gestita da personale di reception veramente gentile. Decisamente molto meno accogliente la cuoca della colazione, però è molto brava nel suo lavoro quindi le possiamo perdonare il fatto di essere scortese! La camera era caldissima, senza aria condizionata (ma questa è stata una mia colpa perché pensavo ho dato per scontato ci fosse), ma con un ventilatore a disposizione che ci ha salvato la vita e il sonno. Pulizia non eccelsa dove la moquette era l'ultimo dei problemi: all'arrivo c'era una macchia rossa non ben identificata all'esterno della porta del bagno e la prima sera mi è caduta senza accorgermi la bustina del medicinale che ho preso. Dopo le pulizie era ancora lì. Soggiornando a Bristol, se non fosse estate e non sapessi di non rischiare di morire di caldo, comunque ci tornerei ma più per la posizione e la pigrizia di dover cercare un nuovo posto.
