Nice new hotel, recommend it to my friends. People are nice to help. Lots guests but still managed well. Few safeguards at front door, that’s not usual in AUS hotels, but good.

Stavamo per rimanere qui per 3 notti, ma dopo una notte ci siamo lasciati. Sfortunatamente, condividevamo una stanza con un snorre incredibilmente alto, come un animale di qualche tipo. Naturalmente, questo non è il fallimento degli ostelli, ma coppiando questo con una luce esterna molto luminosa più una luce frigorifera luminosa all'interno della stanza, ho avuto max. 1.5 ore di sonno. Ho trovato anche uno dei funzionari di ricezione che era rude, come quando mi sono chiesto di un accoppiamento a circa 9PM, mi è stato detto “La ricezione è chiusa” mentre lui si è allontanato da me. Poi è tornato un minuto dopo, e purtroppo la ricezione non era chiusa. Non mi consiglierei di rimanere qui!!!

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

L'Hotel Soho a Brisbane è certamente un grande valore per quello che paghi. Le camere possono essere un po' piccole, ma hanno tutto quello che ti serve: un frigo, un ufficio, un letto confortevole, e un bagno decente. E 'anche bello e tranquillo. L'autobus libero fuori è un enorme plus. Non c'è ascensore, che mi ha fatto un po' di male con la mia questione di schiena, ma è il mio dovere controllare la prossima volta. Gli ospiti sono al massimo – super amici e benvenuti, probabilmente il migliore che abbiamo incontrato durante i nostri tre mesi di viaggio.Considerato il prezzo, si ottiene un sacco di soldi qui.

Stayed for business and then to go out on the town that night We had the 2 bedroom Business had desk right at window incredible city river view ! Mirror in bathroom had 3 types of lights you could use perfect for make up :) Bed room full length mirror Was more spacious then I thought it was going to be in lounge and veranda And view was beautiful Headed out in town location was awesome easy location Also was very easy drive to get there and easy to find Staff lovely even lent us a phone charger

La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. Non è possibile controllare in anticipo e alle 2:00 ci sarebbe una lunga coda alla ricezione e va tutto il cammino fino all'ingresso. Le chiamate a Recep richiederanno molto tempo per rispondere. Ho chiesto un check-out 30 minuti dopo, ma il puliziatore ha aperto la porta e è entrato anche prima che il check-out fosse stato programmato. La pulizia è venuta di nuovo e Recep mi ha chiamato prima di lasciare la stanza, anche se avevo già informato che sarei venuto 30 minuti dopo. L'hotel è situato accanto a un pub, quindi si aspetta che possa essere rumoroso il sabato sera.

Questo hotel è a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Queen Street Mall e anche molto vicino al Tesoro ******. Sono arrivato alle 2:00 (ora di check-in), ma un grande gruppo di tour cercava anche di controllare l'hotel. Così ho lasciato il mio bagaglio e sono tornato più tardi. La mia stanza era situata al livello 12 e al retro dell'edificio.Poiché l'hotel è al contrario di un sito di costruzione, è stato saggio avere una stanza che si trova al retro di questo edificio. La vista non è eccezionale - solo un piccolo cortile con edifici più alti intorno all'hotel. La stanza era molto spaziosa con una comoda sedia da letto e lampada per vedere la TV (a distanza). Ci sono due connessioni. Uno gratis con velocità Internet più bassa e un'altra rete per $5 con velocità più elevate. Mi è stato dato accesso alla rete di velocità più alta gratuita quando visita la ricezione per un buono. La connessione a Internet è stata eccezionale, ma spesso è scaduta e si deve riconnettere più volte. Tuttavia, notate che ci sono due problemi con la vasca da bagno. Il bagno non è abituato a troppo carta, e è stato spesso bloccato. (fortunatamente ci sono spogliatoio fornito per sbloccare il bagno). In secondo luogo, sembra che ci sia un problema con l'acqua sotto il bacino, che ha lasciato l'acqua nel pavimento del bagno. Scaricare i pavimenti bagnati, usando le tole che ho messo sopra l'acqua. Nonostante questi problemi, consiglierei ancora questo hotel. Esso rappresenta un buon valore per i soldi in una posizione privilegiata.

Wasn’t planning on staying here, but was bumped to this accomodation at the last minute by Clix. So a bit disappointed as we were staying at one of their other buildings which was closer to restaurants etc and had a better pool. The apartment was clean and looked out over the hills and river, the bed was comfortable. Could have done with more kitchen utensils like a baking tray for starters. Stove had a wok burner but no wok or fry pan. Tiny wash basin with no side bench so had to put stuff on floor. Shower door handle had coroded and needs replacing. Disappointed in the pool, even though technically out doors it was all under cover thus no sun light so a bit chilly as it acted as a wind tunnel. Also was on 22nd floor and could still hear trains that ran past building.

Che fantastico luogo per una pausa urbana. Una buona posizione e belle camere. Il bonus aggiuntivo di una piscina al tetto, sauna e stanza a vapore ha completato il viaggio delle ragazze. Siamo stati spezzati per la scelta per le opzioni di cena nel complesso. Molto consigliato e sarò certamente indietro
