Il lobby si scioglie puramente, ma il nostro piano sta sciogliendo terribilmente il bagaglio. Sono appartamenti autoserviti, quindi non si aspetta di pulire la vostra stanza ogni giorno! O di nuovi asciugamani puliti o di letto. Un hotel molto vecchio e la stanza aveva poca luce naturale. Per il prezzo che dovrebbero davvero essere in grado di ottenere un pulizia di vapore e sostituire alcune cose. Bagliore di polvere e forma nel letto, panino di fritto inutilizzabile, bin non era vuoto all'arrivo, vecchie biancheria in lana sul letto che comprendevano un foro bruciato da sigaretta! Le camere sono per lo più pulite, ma il telaio era grotto con diverse grandi tinture. L'appartamento con una camera da letto con una piccola camera è assolutamente inutile.

This was our first stay at the Macarthur Chambers Hotel in Brisbane, and wow what a room we had, Probably the most spacious apartment room we have stayed at in Brisbane, and I’ve stayed at a few hotels over the years, Everything you could ever want is included, a fantastic fitted kitchen, spacious lounge, two large bedrooms both with en-suites, and a separate study, and we found the apartment clean and tidy on arrival, The hotel is situated in a shopping complex that also has Apple Store, and a woolworths for convenience of getting groceries, We throughly enjoyed our stay, and we will definitely be making this our sought after accommodation next time we come over to Australia and head for Brisbane, Cannot fault the place,

Il mio più grande grigio è che era difficile controllare dopo le ore. C'era l'intercom che non sembrava funzionare... appena arrivato su Internet e il telefono non funzionava. Fortunatamente qualcuno è passato che poteva aiutarmi. Ho trovato anche tutti i messaggi sulle ammende per perdere le carte chiave e un sacco di altre cose un po' sconvenienti. oltre a tutto quello che la stanza era ben attrezzata e ben attrezzata.

Stayed with a mate as we wanted a convenient place to crash after a concert gig. The room was as advertised; clean and functional. Basic and possibly a tad dated, but definitely cannot complain about the price. The staff at reception allowed us to check-in half an hour early and were helpful later when we requested more toilet paper. The beds were clean and comfortable. The room and bathroom were well presented and clean. Airconditioning was great with no odd smells. The TV was massive and with some tinkering we were able to access Netflix etc. The windows only had a view of the opposite building. Blinds blocked out morning light. The mini-fridge came with a small selection of drinks at standard prices. Two complimentary waters were provided. The room had a kettle with complimentary tea and coffee and some biscuits. We had breakfast at the restaurant on the ground floor and were very impressed. If you're staying here definitely visit the restaurant. I don't really have any negative things to say and would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting budget accommodation in the CBD.

We always try to stay at Oaks Lexicon in Brisbane, as the location is brilliant and the service and staff are too. The rooms we've had (one bedroom-executive deluxe) and another (can't recall sorry) have been relatively spacious and comfortable. The best thing is they both had balconies - with lovely sunshine (and airconditioning for the hot months). We can't stress how pleasant and helpful the staff are, and both times a complimentary bottle of wine was refreshingly welcomed. The most recent stay there were roadworks below, (yes, through the night!) which is why the sleep was only 4/5 - yet we managed to sleep, eventually. The rooms were serviced beyond necessity yet it's nice to return from a day out to freshness. Love the location, close to the river and the city. Thanks guys, we'll definitely be back!

I want to say a special Thank You to Rafael who makes me feel welcomed. His smile is always authentic and warm, making me truly a guest and not worried about being first time to Australia. So, he is a genuine asset of the hostel. Besides, check in and check out are super fast and efficient.
The bathroom is very clean and spacious. There is hot water in the basins with hand wash provided. Above the basin is a very big mirror, so you can do make-up in the bathroom. The shower's water pressure is high enough, and you can move the shower head freely. So, it's perfect for backpackers who want to take a good shower and refresh themselves.
In the room, there are 2 electrical outlets on the bedside. So it's very convenient for charging your phone and using your laptop on the bed.

Scegliete per la posizione e il ragazzo, che era il punto. Così centrale per il trasporto dei collegamenti, negozi e il fiume, è ideale se si vuole esplorare. Le camere sono così grandi! Scegliete un appartamento a due camere per tre di noi che era enorme per un hotel centro città. La ricezione è stata molto gentile e utile, e un ex revisore ha commentato la pace che vi circonda quando entrate, che è un sollievo dalla rabbia e dalla rabbia della città. Siate ben consapevoli che è un vecchio edificio, quindi quando il vostro vicino accanto alla porta si gira in doccia, può esserci un interessante rumore dal tubo. Inoltre, siete in un centro città e mi sorprendeva di svegliarmi a 0200hs ro il suono di una telecamera CCTV che annuncia a chi gridava e urlava in strada che erano stati registrati - molto C3PO!

UUtente ospiteRimasi come una famiglia di quattro (adolescenti) in una suite da letto. Arrivato presto e uscito tardi venerdì sera, che era grande. Non c'è vista nella stanza, ma non c'è molto da fare. La piscina era grande, ma il bar di nuoto non era aperto venerdì, nonostante la pagina di casa dicendo che lo era. Era aperto sabato, ma siamo pronti a fare il checkout, quindi non era davvero nella fase del drink. Il salone esecutivo aveva una buona scelta di cibo e bevande. Non avevano altro che birre e vini, così non avevano spiriti, nemmeno basi. Le camere erano spaziose. La porta del bagno non si chiuse bene e non c'era nessuna chiusura che fosse un po' scomoda. Il letto di divano era un po' piccolo per 2 ppl e il letto re era molto spazioso. In generale, è stato un ottimo hotel per un soggiorno di notte come famiglia.

UUtente ospiteWhilst our stay in the Hotel X Suite was pleasant, there was nothing memorable about it. The suite was spacious, fitted with modern conveniences (ie. electric blockout curtains, Dyson hairdryer, zip tap and smart tv) and was generally comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom lacked privacy as it overlooked the street and directly faced another building across the road so the blinds were always drawn preventing natural light from coming in. Also, there is no separate toilet with lockable door. Although, the toiletries were nice and the shower quite spacious. Service was friendly but lacked a personal touch. Breakfast at Bisou Bisou had a limited menu but the food was overall good. The rooftop bar (Iris) had great views, a good tapas menu and relaxing vibe. The location of the hotel is convenient, within walking distance of the buzzing James Street precinct and a short car ride to the city centre.

This hotel is stunning. The staff at check in & out were super friendly. Room was modern, very clean and the bed was huge & extremely comfortable. Close to shops, restaurants. Public transport and the city. Highly recommend this hotel. We stayed in the deluxe room on level 1. Only let down is, there is no restaurant at the hotel so no breakfast room service.

UUtente ospiteWe stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

Innanzitutto sottolineo che i punti assegnati sono guadagnati grazie a una location davvero perfetta,e un personale davvero eccezionale per gentilezza e dedizione. Purtroppo un potenziale simile viene un po’ vanificato da una serie di punti negativi. Elenco quelli che derivano da mia personale opinione: - Pulizia: purtroppo temo che non abbiano mai pulito,in 2 settimane,la stanza,a parte il bagno e cambiare le lenzuola. Il letto era pulito ma per terra c’era sporco che è rimasto li per 2 settimane. - parcheggio con parcheggiatore: ahimè scomodo perché i valletti sono 1 o 2 e si rimane ad attendere per un po’. Che poi il parcheggio è li a fianco,mi lasciassero parcheggiare da solo….comunque 50 dollari al giorno eh… - internet a pagamento (un po’ lento) - interni pesantemente vetusti - coda alla colazione a causa di una procedura piuttosto noiosa per cui l’unica hostess doveva registrare e accompagnare al tavolo ciascuna singola persona. Risultato: coda di 20 minuti se arrivi nel momento sbagliato. - stessa identica offerta di buffet a colazione per 15 giorni. Insomma ci tornerei per la location e nient’altro.

Questa prenotazione è stata modificata e trip.com inviato conferma. Non era stato registrato, non è stata colpa del Wellington, ma del suo. Il destinatario è stato in grado di recuperare il pagamento per il 10°. Ci è ancora un altro pagamento che è stato preso dal nostro conto. Mi è stato promesso che questo sarebbe stato rimborsato tra 10-14 giorni. Aspetterò questo. Fortunatamente c'era una stanza vuota e abbiamo fatto un letto per la notte. Non userò trip.com per ulteriori prenotazioni.
Il Wellington ha bisogno di qualche aggiornamento. Le sedie in camera erano medie. La mattress dovrebbe essere sostituita. I doccia dovrebbero essere aggiornati. La TV non avrebbe collegato a nessun canale aereo gratuito senza grande interferenza. Fortunatamente Netflix ha funzionato. Prestare un colazione continentale per le notti sarebbe apprezzato e spero che un ristorante sarà ristattato.Ho soggiornato lì occasionalmente per ventidue anni e vedo la deteriorazione di ciò che era/ potrebbe essere un alloggio a quattro stelle.
