Hotel a Brisbane

"I booked this hotel for a conference and had a great time. The staff were helpful in checking us in early (though we had to wait for a bit). The rooms were clean and the location was perfect. I would highly recommend it."

"Overall very pleasant experience. Clean and well prepared rooms. Enough space to place the luggages. Staff members are very polite and helpful. A king sized bed was mistakenly placed for us when we requested 2 regular sized beds. The staff offered to send in a bed as a compromise for one night, and the man who brought the bed to our room was very polite and careful. The location is also close to a bunch of spots and food courts, making it an excellent choice to stay at for multiple days."

"Il personale dell'hotel è molto pensativo: abbiamo prenotato per due adulti e un bambino, e avevano tutto preparato al nostro arrivo, compreso un letto extra con asciugamani, sapone e altri elementi essenziali. La posizione è fantastica, tutto è a passeggiata. Il personale del desk front è gentile e amichevole, sempre pronto ad aiutare con tutto quello che abbiamo bisogno. Ho anche lasciato alcuni beni dietro, e hanno risposto immediatamente per risolvere il problema. Raccomando molto questo hotel!"

"Il letto non pulito ha la polvere rossa, il telaio e il pavimento incollato, l’insecto morto sul bordo del divano, tutto ciò che ho scoperto nella mia prima notte. Non ho chiesto di cambiare la stanza perché ero molto tardi per scoprire a notte più meno stanco dopo il volo di giorno intero. Non è stata la peggiore parte, dopo aver fatto la lavatrice, d la macchina di asciugatura non funzionava correttamente. Ho provato tre volte, si fermerà da sola dopo aver lavorato per 10 minuti o per un massimo di 20 minuti. Questa è la prima volta che noleggio un appartamento in Australia. Se vuoi pulire la tua stanza.Non consiglio molto l'appartamento e andare a cercare appartamenti o hotel serviti."

"La signora in ricevimento è un po' brutta quando sono arrivato e sta per controllare. Ha appena detto “nome?” invece di “possa avere il tuo ID, per favore?” come al solito in un altro hotel o appartamento, che mi rende incapace di reagire immediatamente. Il tesoro della stanza ha un odore e penso che ci sia un vuoto d'acqua, che si estende verso la camera da letto, non credo che non l'abbia controllato e lasciare che la gente rimanga in Fortunatamente mi restituiscono due notti di soggiorno perché devo andare prima per evitare il ciclone, che è solo il punto buono per questo appartamento. Potrei restare qui di nuovo, ma chiederò il cambio di camera se c'è ancora un odore sul tappeto."

"Tale grande hotel, fantastico servizio e tutte le attrazioni di cui hai bisogno, la stanza è molto spaziosa e la vista è bella soprattutto la sera, molto facile da raggiungere al centro di Brisbane, si consiglia di rimanere qui se sei visitando Brisbane"

"We booked this hotel for 8 nights, 1 bedroom apartment with a living room and balcony, kitchen with stove and fridge, bathroom with washing machine and dryer. The location is so convenient, in the centre of the city, walking distances to ******, riverside, botanic garden, shopping malls, bus and train station. Excellent!! Highly recommended!!"

"My son and I came down to Brisbane for a theatre weekend and some shopping. The location was fantastic, really close to Queens Street Mall. The cleanliness of our hotel was brilliant, nothing to fault. The staff were fabulous and really did their best to keep us happy. The only thing that could be improved would be bottles of water and more amenities, such as toothbrush, shaving kit, tubes of cream and possibly a mini bar. The overnight menu could be improved upon too."
