Hotel in zona Alexandria Park, Brisbane

È sorprendente come un viaggio intero possa essere rovinato da una risposta stupida e incompetente a una domanda molto semplice: come faccio un checkout precoce. Se il personale non capisce come funziona la proprietà e la gestione vuole risparmiare denaro senza avere una ricezione 24 ore per La lettera di avvertimento (non una lettera di benvenuto) illustra tutte le regole di essere un cliente con Atrio, anche se trascorrerete più tempo a trattare con Miro vicino alla porta. Avrete bisogno di una chiave e di un fob per usare gli ascensori e accedere al parcheggio, e se la vostra partenza prima dell'apertura della reception non lasciate la chiave nella stanza come indicato, assicuratevi di ottenere la vostra auto fuori e parcheggiare e bloccare il percorso o parcheggio illegalmente sulla strada e Potete lasciare la chiave nella stanza e usare un ascensore per uscire dall'edificio, o metterla nella casella di controllo come ho scoperto più tardi. Se seguire questo consiglio non si ordina attraverso la sua gomma alle 6 (destinata a essere rimossa dalla stanza come per minacce dalla lettera di avvertimento) per trovare il numero di post-casa su dove lasciare la chiave. Le camere erano di buona qualità e la posizione è buona se non sono rumore. Se non mi fermo mai più, anche se sarò in ordine. Viaggiero' anche diverse notti alla settimana e questo avrebbe avuto l'opportunità di guadagnare un sacco di affari per la proprietà, purtroppo continuerò a cercare nuovi posti.

My husband and I recently stayed at the Herston Place Motel . We found the manager Chris to be completely professional ,friendly and accomodating. Nothing was too much hassle. He was very courteous and had a great and wicked sense of humour. He was well dressed and very likeable. A great character indeed. He treated us like long lost friends. The room was very clean and had everything that you could possibly need. We will most definitely stay there again on our next trip. Big thumbs up. Lyn and John.

Uno dei migliori ostelli che ho soggiornato in, molto pulito, moderno e amichevole, personale utile. Le camere da letto condivise sono diverse, da un letto condiviso in una camera condivisa, a una varietà di camere da letto e anche camere private in suite. Le camere da letto condivise sono pulite e si possono avere tutte per voi se si alza presto!! La struttura è situata a pochi passi dalla CBD, con numerosi posti di pranzo nelle vicinanze, oltre a un colazione gratuito.

We stayed here the night before leaving on a cruise that was leaving from the International Cruise Terminal. The main reason we chose this hotel was its close proximity to Roma Street Station as we caught the train from the airport. While it is close to the train station it is located at the top of a reasonable hill and it took a bit of effort to navigate the way to the top, apart from the effort. Several escalators/lifts and then a steep path with no real directions on which way to go. I thought I would be able to see the hotel to give me an idea which way but had to resort to Google Maps to find the way. Unfortunately we were on an early flight into Brisbane so as it was 09:30AM I was not expecting our room to be ready but just needed to store our bags so we good do some exploring. As expected, our room was not ready but the guy behind the counter checked me in, stored our bags and advised that the hotel was busy and our room would not be ready until about 02:00PM. No worries we will be back. We arrived back at 01:00PM and our room was still not ready and waited in the foyer till 02:00PM as previously discussed. Reception gave me our keys and we proceeded to our room on Level 1, or so I thought……..room card would not let me use the lift. Back to reception to have the card re-coded. On entry to our room, it was reasonably spacious and looked clean and reasonably comfortable. Décor a bit dated, but functional. We had a rather large balcony but we could not use it as there was no furniture so the balcony was wasted. Bathroom was small but functional, bit dated but appeared clean. It was only after we used the toilet several times that we noticed water on the floor. We ignored it for quite a while as we thought we had spilt water on the floor but it was not till the next morning that I realised it was coming from under the toilet. I reported it to reception on checkout. As we were tired from our early start we chose to order room service. While we knew how much it was going to cost it was very expensive. Two hamburgers and chips over $70. A bit steep, but as we were so tired we paid so we did not have to go out. The hamburgers were good by the way, but still way too expensive. Overall, this hotel was OK, but the room was supposed to be a superior room. OK. I would hate to be in a Standard Room………..as the room was pretty average for a Superior. After reading some of the other reviews the price we paid was fair and the location is good, just not when you have to push two big suitcases that we were taking on a cruise up the hill from the station. PS. It cost us $73 in the taxi to get to the Cruise Terminal.

Piccole camere nel centro città molto vicino alla stazione di Roma Street, ideali per viaggiatori in treno e visitatori a breve termine. Non va bene per le famiglie. Buoni ristoranti e caffè nelle vicinanze con il CBD una breve passeggiata in discesa. Molte camere dispongono di piccoli balconi per l'aria fresca.

La stanza è pulita ogni giorno. Non è possibile controllare in anticipo e alle 2:00 ci sarebbe una lunga coda alla ricezione e va tutto il cammino fino all'ingresso. Le chiamate a Recep richiederanno molto tempo per rispondere. Ho chiesto un check-out 30 minuti dopo, ma il puliziatore ha aperto la porta e è entrato anche prima che il check-out fosse stato programmato. La pulizia è venuta di nuovo e Recep mi ha chiamato prima di lasciare la stanza, anche se avevo già informato che sarei venuto 30 minuti dopo. L'hotel è situato accanto a un pub, quindi si aspetta che possa essere rumoroso il sabato sera.

Grande posizione, super vicino al ponte dove si può prendere il Cityhopper gratuito a Riverside. Passeggiare a Fortitude Valley attraverso il ponte storioso che è super bello per camminare a piedi. C'è una pizza a Manhattan vicino - perfetta per le tazze, una super deliziosa panna francese Christina Jacques Bakery e molte opzioni di cena. Il parcheggio gratuito è quello che ho bisogno, quindi ho scelto il punto, di solito ritorno intorno 5-6pm e ci sono ancora molti disponibili. Docce calde sono disponibili facilmente con pressione regolabile dell'acqua, ben fatto. Chromecast disponibile, la dimensione della camera è buona per adattarsi a 2 grandi valigie con un sacco di spazio a sinistra. Il colazione è buono, è ala-carte che riduce i rifiuti alimentari, essi permettono anche di prendere il caffè e il cibo quando non ho avuto tempo di cenare per il mio colazione. Buon posto per riposare dopo un giorno di vista. Molto valore per soldi e vere per le foto.

Wasn’t planning on staying here, but was bumped to this accomodation at the last minute by Clix. So a bit disappointed as we were staying at one of their other buildings which was closer to restaurants etc and had a better pool. The apartment was clean and looked out over the hills and river, the bed was comfortable. Could have done with more kitchen utensils like a baking tray for starters. Stove had a wok burner but no wok or fry pan. Tiny wash basin with no side bench so had to put stuff on floor. Shower door handle had coroded and needs replacing. Disappointed in the pool, even though technically out doors it was all under cover thus no sun light so a bit chilly as it acted as a wind tunnel. Also was on 22nd floor and could still hear trains that ran past building.

L'hotel è in una posizione fantastica. Dritto a Southbank e a due minuti a piedi da Fish Lane. Il parcheggio è il primo in e potevamo vedere solo forse 7 parchi ospiti, tutti presi. Tutte le foto sul sito dell'appartamento e Booking.com mostrano una varietà di camere. Non ci avrebbe mai preparato niente per la stanza orribile che ci fu data, non mostrata in nessuna foto, la sala era un futon disgustoso piegato con una copertina malvagia. Il puliziatore del vuoto era montato sul muro proprio nel bel mezzo della piccola sala da pranzo? Fortunatamente, il check in receptionist è riuscito a trovare un altro posto per noi, per cui siamo molto grati, quindi assicuratevi di ottenere quello che avete pagato e che avete aspettato. La cucina e gli occhiali erano tutti sporchi.La ricezione è chiusa alle 3:00? e nessuna ricezione domenica.C'è un grande negozio di bottiglia e bar gin vicino alla porta

Fantastico - molto grande posizione, vicino al centro convenzionale, la barca e la zona shopping. Molto moderno e pulito, grande avere un posto per fare un pezzo di tosta e una tazza di tè al mattino. Raccomanderei molto a chiunque rimanga più di pochi giorni a Brisbane.
