La posizione era incredibile! eravamo proprio nel bel mezzo dell'azione e tutto era molto comodo. il check - in è stato fantastico, i signori del da che ci hanno aiutato a fare il check-in Callum è stato super gentile e molto disponibile. Il personale della colazione è stato fantastico, la mia ragazza è vegana e le hanno preparato salsicce vegane fresche senza costi aggiuntivi! La camera era pulita e molto bella, anche se sarebbe bello avere alcune cose gratuite come bottiglie d'acqua o spazzolino da denti / pasta, tuttavia è stato un soggiorno fantastico!
anche il check-out è stato semplicissimo e senza problemi, abbiamo appena lasciato la tessera della camera in una scatola, super conveniente soprattutto se hai un programma serrato.

una volta qui c'era la notte garantita, adesso in pratica tuttala notte gente sui piani che sbraitano e sbattono porte, un inferno, le porte non sono più adatte a fermare il rumore, altra cosa indecente le tessera per aprire le porte, si smagnetizzano ogni ora, appena arrivati ci hanno consegnato due tessere non siamo riusciti ad entrare in stanza perchè entrambe erano smagnetizzate, torna indietro e rifai la fila per tessere, abbiamo soggiornato 5 giorni e avremo dovuto far ri magnetizzare le tessere 20 volte, le tessere le abbiamo sempre tenute lontano da cellulare e altri fonti magnetiche, a volte funzionavano per aprire prima porta del corridoio, appena arrivati davanti alla porta della stanza già non funzionavano più, e l'avevo tenuta in mano.......... VORREI FARE INVECE I COMPLIMENTI alla ragazza bionda con occhiali che lavorarava al terzo piano per pulizie.

A pochi minuti dalla stazione e dal mare, molti ristoranti nelle vicinanze, la stanza molto spaziosa e pulita , il letto e i cuscini veramente confortevoli, lo staff molto gentile, ci ritornerò sicuramente

Pazzesco è a dir poco, non c'è verso di contattare il servizio clienti sono scappati tutti, prenoti e poi anche se hai formula cambio data, non la puoi cambiare, così se non ti rechi in hotle ti sottraggono i soldi, uno schifo totale però se considero che dopo mille mail e telfonate nessuno mi contatta è evidente che la società è prossima al fallimento

Issues with heating and hot water most of the weekend. Reported to reception, said engineer on way but was not resolved. Left Monday morning still not able to shower! Heating in friends room locked at 17 degrees. Generally unclean in communal areas. Check-in was slow automated service machines not working. Bed was lovely.

If you’re looking for a budget-friendly place to stay in Brighton, the Premier Inn Brighton is a solid option. The location is absolutely ideal, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to the town centre and The Lanes for shopping, dining, and soaking up the vibrant atmosphere Brighton is known for. Whether you’re exploring the seafront or enjoying the quirky boutiques, you couldn’t ask for a better base. However, the hotel itself is a bit of a mixed bag. The rooms are very basic and have definitely seen better days – they’re dated, a little tired, and could really benefit from a refurbishment. That said, they’re functional, clean enough, and perfectly fine if all you’re after is a place to lay your head for the night. For the price, it’s hard to complain too much. It’s not somewhere to stay if you’re after luxury or modern comforts, but for a quick and affordable stay, it does what it needs to. The great location and low cost make it a reasonable choice for those on a budget who want to be right in the thick of Brighton’s buzz.

Staff really good all round. Food well cooked and served. Hotel could do with a bit of a refurb, but was very clean overall Location is excellent, The Lanes are literally over the road. The car parking in the area is expensive but very good discount from hotel in North Road car park.
