Premier Inn Bridlington Seafront

As you know we frequent this hotel each year and on average this hotel/amenities and staff NEVER fail to disappoint. However on this occasion i must point out previously when we have come to check in 30 mins before (3pm check out n) there has never been an issue but on this occasion (anal) we were all made to wait till 3pm to check in, personally i have a feeling that early checkin from 11am charge £10 and they want to push this regardless, but oh well. Sorry to say on this visit the quality of the breakfast was NOT up to par, bacon was (microwaved) undercooked and not pleasing, same could be said for the scrambled egg and sadly not the best breakfast which we have become accustomed to over the past. Placing all this aside exemplary stay yet again and thank you to all the staff for a nice stay

Clean and comfortable room apart from too hot, air conditioning kept switching off leading to restless sleep, bed very comfortable and not just 2 pillows but 4 on the double bed.Everything you would need from towels to hair dryer. We had family room so found it strange on 2 cups and 2 glasses. When 3 of us but just went and got another, maybe they think kids don’t have hot drinks. Tea coffee, milk sugar available in reception if you run short. Easy access to floors by lifts. Plenty people there with wheelchairs. Check in was long as everyone seemed to arrive at checkin time, only 1 member of staff on reception. Our actual checkin was fast and painless, just the length of time waiting when not enough seats was a bind. Breakfast was fabulous, evening meals- would recommend the Fish Pie. Chips are dry, fish are huge. Always ask for extra gravy or custard. Pie had plenty filling. Stay away from jam Roly poly.

Came to stay for a family wedding, just can’t fault this hotel it was in the perfect location right on the sea front, as always with these hotels, they are clean and tidy , bed is just so comfortable, staff were brilliant, reception staff were really helpful and friendly even the manager stopped for a chat, he was lovely. Will be returning in the summer for some sight seeing.

Another great stay at this hotel in Bridlington, brought the family for a few days for the half term holidays, it’s such a great location for the beach, kids loved it, as always staff really friendly and helpful, we definitely will be back again soon.

We checked in at 3.30 pm on a Sunday. Only one member of staff was at check in and only one machine for self check in was apparently working. This was unfortunately malfunctioning as well and none of the other guests, including myself could get it to produce working room keys so just had to rejoin the queue for check in. I made the mistake of raising the issue with the receptionist who proceeded to shout at me for mentioning the delays. I have to admit that in all my travels, this is the first time I have been publicly humiliated in such a way. I gather from other people in the queue that delays at check in at this hotel are common place. If this is the case, they should either let you collect your room keys early or advise you to check in late in the day. Or of course, have fully functioning self check in machines! I use premier inn fairly frequently and this is the first time I have had to wait this length of time for check in and have never had a receptionist shout at me.. Apart from this experience, we found the location extremely good with a good sized car park available.

Excellent seafront location close to all amenities. Nice quiet rooms and comfy beds. Staff very friendly and the food was great. Also they had a very good choice of gluten free food.

One of the best Premier Inns in terms of customer service and great customer experience, all the staff (reception, housekeeping, bar and restaurant staff) are always so helpful, friendly and professional. The location is perfect right on the sea front, with plenty of free parking for hotel guests, the hotel has had a few upgrades since our last visit like room heating controls and seems well maintained, the food we had was good and beds were comfy, All In all a good stay.

Great location, reasonably priced, comfortable and friendly. We both had a great night's sleep. It was a pleasure being there.
