"We had clear communication by email before our arrival in London from China. Train delays from Heathrow did not cause a problem for our late arrival (midnight) in Brentwood. An upgraded room gave us a private bathroom was no problem. The breakfast is excellent and great value for both of us. We recommend this Guest House in the strongest manner possible, having extended our stay to four nights."

"Lovely and modern inside main reception/restaurant area, but a few teething issues which will hopefully get sorted now up and running again. I was given the key to someone elses room, so walked into a room full of belongings and then the next day my key lost it's programming, so had to go back to reception yet again. Rooms aren't very sound proofed, so there was a few nights where I had people non stop walking through the corridors at gone midnight shouting and singing where likely drunk from the bar. Overall okay stay for the money though, bottles of water and a few biscuits were provided too which was a lovely touch. Bar prices very reasonable too"

"Очень хорошее и спокойное место, в шаговой доступности магазины, рестораны, паб, аптека, парихмахерская. А так же пешком до метро 10 мин или на автобусе до метро Ромфорд. В отеле очень хороший английский завтрак за 12 Фунтов стерлингов. В комнате был вентилятор что в жару очень спасал ночью, уборка каждый день. Персонал знает русский язык. В целом все по домашнему, я остался доволен отдыхом за эти деньги."

"Overall good place and location is fantastic. Bedsheets were not as excepted asthere was a stain on one of them but they looked fine and washed."

"Ho prenotato una dimensione regina e non è una. Molto piccola, stretta. Potrei prenotare ancora qui, forse? Se avessi bisogno di qualcosa urgente e vicino a Romford, ma a parte questo non. Per favore, smettila di pubblicizzare la stanza come la dimensione della regina quando non è la dimensione del letto o della camera. È troppo spaventato per 2 persone. Fortunatamente non ho avuto bagagli su di me, perché sarebbe stato peggio."
