"Grazie alle recensioni positive, ho scelto di soggiornare in questo hotel. La posizione è a 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione della metropolitana, il che non è male. "I selected the hotel because it was close to family, trains and buses. The breakfast was good, but the same very single day so became boring rather quickly. The air conditioners in the rooms are absolutely pathetic. It was a hot summer, and my room reached 35 degrees Celsius, with the air conditioner running at full capacity. I complained, and the friendly staff moved me to another room. Same problem. When I asked for my room to be cleaned, the bin was emptied and I received two new towels. No new linen and pillow case, even though I had to take cold showers for four nights to stop sweating. When I complained, I received two new pillow cases. My linen was not changed, the bathroom was not cleaned and the carpets not vacuumed once. I gave up asking. Even though the hotel is situated at a fantastic location, I will hesitate to use it again. It is not value for money. The staff was friendly and courteous."

"Come previsto dal marchio, le facoltà erano esclusive e moderne. La camera era confortevole e soprattutto pulita (macchia di caffè sul tappeto). "Mixed Experience at Hilton Syon Park: Room Delays, Unexpected Pool & other charges Rating: ★★★☆☆ I recently stayed at the Hilton Syon Park for four nights and had a mixed experience overall. While the hotel had some positive aspects, there were also a couple of disappointing aspects that affected my overall satisfaction. Let's start with the positives. The majority of the staff members I encountered during my stay were friendly and helpful (80% are foreigners). They were always ready to assist with any questions or requests, which made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Additionally, the hotel's breakfast, while very basic is just acceptable. The room was quite spacious and beddings satisfactory. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. Firstly, upon checking in at 5pm, I was disappointed to find that my room was not ready until 6:30pm. Although the gentleman at the front desk was kind and apologetic about the delay, it was an inconvenience after a long journey and negatively impacted my initial impression of the hotel. Another unexpected disappointment was the pool usage policy. I was surprised to discover that there was a charge of £25 per person for a 90-minute session to access the hotel pool, something that isn’t mentioned anywhere on trip.com. Considering the Hilton brand and the premium I paid, I did not anticipate such an additional cost for utilizing the pool facilities. This seemed disproportionate and out of line with the expectations I had for a hotel of this caliber. I heard other people complaining about it, even others complaining that they had paid for it and it was smelly. Additionally, it's worth noting that while complimentary water was provided in the room on the first night, I was surprised to find that there was a charge for the water on the following nights. This was unexpected, as I would have assumed that water would continue to be complimentary throughout my stay. It would have been helpful for this information to be communicated clearly, again not a nice feeling from a Hilton. On the whole, while the Hilton Syon Park had several positive aspects, such as friendly staff and an acceptable breakfast, there were a few disappointments that affected my overall impression. The delay in room availability during check-in, the unexpected charges for pool usage, and the shift from complimentary to paid water in the room were not in line with the level of service and value I expected from a Hilton."

"L'hotel è in una posizione comoda. Accanto all'hotel c'è un supermercato per le necessità quotidiane. Il supermercato vende frutta, verdura e carne. La camera dell'hotel ha una cucina, quindi è molto comodo cucinare da soli. Il personale dell'hotel è cordiale, ma poiché si tratta di un aparthotel, il servizio di pulizia delle camere viene effettuato solo una volta a settimana. Prenderò in considerazione di soggiornare qui la prossima volta che andrò a Londra."
